He is an overachiever, and tries to be like them both, constantly overworking himself and falling into hysteria of not being able to meet his own expectations, ignoring achievements he already made. Hi so finally some actual content from me! I have a job and work most of the week so be easy on me, introducing Frankson a Lucky contestant and Other Frankie fankid!

Ironically he very much started from a old joke I made parodying how fnaf fankids were, than I started thinking about fleshtrap and how much of a cool body horror idea it was actually. What would happen if you mixed a hyped up adrenaline junkie with a gambling addiction with a Animatronic rabbit who runs a gameshow and cares mostly only about money? You get Frankson

Frankson is everything that could go horribly wrong genetically in this scenario, his bones are metal leaving a large chunk of him organic but due to this his frames are rusting from the inside out causing him to have the robot equivalent of a severe and terminal bone density issue which will eventually take is life. On top of that the fact he's rusting from the inside adds more pressure to his body, so he commonly is suffering from other medical problems on top of that, he struggles with basic functions such as walking, eating, bathing and even putting clothes on his body.

He's tall and scrawny and knows he isn't a pleasure to look at, he knows he's a abomination so has gotta awfully God at avoiding the spotlight and staying in the shadows. He dispises his own face hating his incapability to do basic tasks, but what he can't make up for physically he can make up for in pure vision and planning. Frankson has lived his entire life in this gameshow behind the scenes he knows how to play his cards right, he lives and breaths it as he knows nothing else.

Despises the higher-ups and wants nothing more for them to choke in the very real game they puppet, no for the suffering and deaths of the contestants no for the fact his creation is tied to this very show, and that he'll die doing nothing but this show.

His relationships with his parents are mixed, he doesn't blame them funnily enough for the situation they are in completely. Lucky is human, humans aren't logical and he understands that Lucky isn't perfect. Very distant with Lucky still as Lucky was more focused on the constant training year round along with the fact he's always been sick so they didn't even expect him to make it to adulthood. Lucky basically just gave Frankson to Frankie to take care of.

Frankie was a bit more okay with it, he wanted Frankson for the idea of having a mini backup Lucky but when that wasn't a option he was pretty bummed only to find out his son is also really good at paperwork and writing! So win still free office worker, Frankie and Frankson are very business motivated even at the end of it all. He really is his son after all.

That's the basics! Lucky and Frankie have a weird fleshtrap baby who grows into IAM, will write more silly stuff when I post about him more

The fankids I have currently for my Starlight AU are; Starlight (sonadow), Dimout (knuxouge), Phantom & Jazz (part of a future AU for the fankid AU) (infidget), Opal (metamy) and Peri (name's a work in progress) (REDACTED)

I also have a Boom!Shadarry fankid AU (it's actually older than the Starlight AU); Ecliplse (shadarry) and Dani (sticks/amy)

2. Why did you pick those names/that name?

Starlight and Phantom - asked a discord server cause I was stuck on names

Dimout - reminds me of diamond, also just fun to play around with the light/dark theme

Jazz - I was thinking of Princess Jasmine, stuck with the name when i realized i made the siblings Phantom and Jazz >:]

Opal - I thought the name "Opal Rose" was cute

Peri - was thinking "pirouette" cause she looks like a dancer to me, like i said though, I might change the name eventually

Eclipse - Thought it was fun

Dani - Dani Phantom, also a name i might change

4. Having this/these character/s as their parents, how did it affect them?

Starlight - I feel like Sonic and Shadow would be pretty hands off which left Starlight to have to learn things on his own via trial and error, he has fun though - He's homeschooled by Amy as he doesn't exist in the eyes of the law and they've been putting off getting him an official birth certificate

Dimout - Knuckles is training Dimout to be able to guard the Master Emerald. Dimout doesn't care much for training but feels the pressure to do so and live up to what he thinks are Knuckles' standards. Rouge is often doing GUN missions but when she's with Dimout she tries spoiling him to make up for it. She's his hype man, hypes him up no matter what he's doing (much to Dimout's embarrassment).

Jazz & Phantom - Gadget tries his best, not great but not bad either. Infinite likes to go on long tangents about his old power and his hatred for Shadow (cause i think it's funny). Jazz and Phantom just tend to roll their eyes whenever he does. Both Jazz and Phantom have a better relationship with Gadget, Jazz is closest with him compared to Phantom as they've been work-out buddies since she was small. Infinite tries living through Phantom as he has a bit of the Phantom Ruby in him (hence the red eye), he wants him to harness that power to help Infinite. Phantom does not like Infinite for that reason.

Opal - Thanks to Amy she has a big heart. Metal helps her out with maintenance and how to fix whatever issues occur with her (she's also a robot, not sure if I mentioned that before).

Peri - (REDACTED)

Eclipse - Lived in the woods for a while, Sticks taught them to use their instincts and how to survive in the woods. Eclipse left soon after learning what they needed. Once Barry found them in the trash, they took them in and tried teaching them how to "behave". Shadow didn't care much for them before but now they like causing chaos together.

Dani - Sticks and Amy taught her to be tough and independent, to never let other people's opinions of you stop you from doing what you think is right. She could be a little paranoid thanks to Sticks' conspiracy theories. Dani also cannot control her temper at times.

5. Any planned stories/events with the kids in your head?

I scrapped so much of the original story for both so bear with me if there isn't a whole lot

Starlight AU - Starlight and Dimout meeting, Peri as a whole, might do the whole Eggman turning Starlight against Sonic and Shadow thing I had planned before, the future au

Boom!Shadarry AU - mostly just Eclipse and Opal interactions and shadarry getting together

11. How are their relationships with other relatives (grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc)?

Starlight and E-123 Omega love to blow things up together. I mentioned this already but Amy takes on a more mentor role (?) with Starlight. And while Tails thought he was fine at first, he does not want him near his lab or equipment ever again.

Big infodump on one of my Transformers OC's.

This is about my skystar fankid, Scatterwing. EXCEPT, this is an AU version of him for my original Transformers fanstory/universe.

More under the cut. Very word heavy. Apologies for no pictures, yet.

Unfortunately, I don't have my Starscream and Skyfire designs. However, while Starscream is kinda coloured like in Galaxy Force, Skyfire is purple, black and green, like Shattered Glass. I am also unsure if I wanna use Skyfire or Jetfire as her name, but for reasons, she is Skyfire here. She and Starscream are both ladies.

Basically, Starscream stole these abandoned protoforms and wanted to make an army out of them. Skyfire was like "WTF" and their relationship was getting rocky already but experimenting on protoforms is way too far! She fought her wife and essentially divorce happens.

Skyfire takes the protoforms and travels to Planet Athenia for a safe haven for them, (btw the story is already on Earth so Skyfire traveled quite far on her own), hoping they can grow to be who they want to be, instead of forced soldiers. Starscream however, managed to keep one protoform. The Nemesis had Shockwave in 'stasis lock', so STSC snuck in and stole what Shockwave had been collecting, the robot equivalent of DNA of many Transformers.

Very sus, but Starscream just needed 'hers' and Skyfires. She was NOT over that divorce. She also does all this behind Megatron's back. So, she modified the protoform with the 'DNA' (data?) and essentially activated it early.

This became Scatterwing! He turns into a jet like STSC, but his colours are like magenta/maron-ish. Scatterwing though, is like... a teenager, maturity wise. He wants to play with tuoys. But no, Starscream is going to mold him into a warrior, and if anything was to happen to STSC, Scatterwing was to take her place. He is Starscream's heir.

I stole honoured Armada!STSC here by giving Scatterwing wing swords, so his wings can be de-tached and used as swords. He basically goes through training daily with Starscream, in a cave somewhere on Earth. Scatterwing is to never leave without permission, etc etc. Scatterwing must only call STSC "Commander". Eventually though, STSC gets a bit too attached to Wingy, but wants to deny it in her spark. That's right, Starscream mother.

Wingy though, once escaped out of curiousity and met Airazor and learned a bit about the outside world. Should note that Scatterwing doesn't have a Decepticon logo yet. Also during one point, makes a passing by with Skyfire, and both of their sparks feel, weird? As if they're connected. I'm abridging these scenes greatly but they're important for Scatters.

Eventually, the secret is out (sorta) about Scatterwing because Starscream's Seekers, Thundercracker and Skywarp found Wingy and they keep it a secret but kinda become like, weird aunt and uncle to Wingy. (For reference, Skywarp is a prankster gossip internet troll type, she/her. Thundercracker is Soundwave's ex... bandmate and plays rock n roll. He/him).

Wingy becomes more happy and such and it makes STSC smile? But STSC is reminded that Scatterwing is to be a warrior and starts being more harsh towards him, a Decepticon cannot be soft after all. At one point, STSC gets fed up and almost hits Scatterwing, but stops herself, as she's reminded of how Megatron treats her, and does not want to end up like him.

BUT AT ONE POINT Scatterwing accidentally calls STSC 'Mother' instead of 'Commander' and STSC is in shock! But eventually she just... hugs Wingy and goes "that's my boy."

So, at one point, big Autobot vs Decepticon fight, Skyfire is there so STSC is fuckin pissed going all out etc. But Scatterwing shows up without permission and is worried about his mother. In the midst of their fight, Wingy ends up in the middle to protect STSC, but gets damaged. Skyfire is shocked, he didn't want to hurt this child that came out of nowhere. But because Wingy is KO'd, STSC kinda loses it Dark Sonic X style, or a frenzied state where she is mindlessly attacking everyone with such power once hidden before. The power of a mother.

Anyway, after med bay stuff post-battle, Scatterwing believes he's not good enough to protect mother. So, he decides to harden himself up. No more playing games, he HAS to be tougher. it's what Mother wanted, right?

But the truth is, Starscream wanted Wingy to have more freedom, now that she had character development. But Wingy is so deadset on being stronger now, and he's losing his joy and whimsy.

My bestie and I were hanging out today and I brought up the idea of fankids specifically for the Nightmare Mode characters and. We have some fun ones and I wanted to share. I would also like to note the only ship listed here I don't actually support is the first one

Abducius + Zoth + Yog: E. Bola, the Bloodletter (14/15, they/he) A very tall plague doctor looking guy who's "beak" does in fact open like a beak, and is full of razor blades. Their nails are also as sharp as razor blades, and they have like. A whole bunch of arms hidden under their cloak. They can drop and move like a centipede if they wish. They are very loud and annoying, finding everything to be a joke. They literally live in the walls. They mostly avoid their fathers as Yog doesn't seem to actually care about them, Zoth is rarely home, and Abducius is a little to eager to punish him. Very jumpy. Literally the worst instigator ever. Is very protective of the other kids (including Quachil).

Bryn Mawr* + Teutates: M11257403LY a.k.a. Molly (13, they/it) the Weapon. Molly outwardly looks like a bomb. They are made of grey steel and have no facial features except glass eyes that look welded on, and behind them the colour of their eyes shift in a warm colour spectrum. They wear a black military uniform with no medals, dog tags with the nuclear waste symbol painted on them in yellow, and a red beret. Molly is capable of flipping inside out, exposing all around it to radiation and risking an explosion, but that only happens under dire circumstances as it can only explode once. It rarely shows emotion other than extreme anger. It has a very strong bond to its parents and often goes out to help them. It has a robotic voice with no emotion behind it, and speaks like a soldier. It is also very susceptible to manipulation. This becomes important because Yan Luo Wang Diyu realizes they are a weapon and wishes to train it. It scares the other kids, but it isn't bad.

Shub + Ishtar + Lilith: Buggaboo (5, she/her) the Crop Carver. Buggy looks like a giant bug, specifically a cicada. She has big eyes, wings that are almost too big and antennae, as well as demon horns that stick straight up and red runes all over her body. She wears a little yellow and white sundress. Buggy is five. She is happy to do literally everything. She loves to "draw pictures" on farmer's fields and play hide and seek, even if she's bad at it because she gets very loud when she's happy. She's never seen without one of her mamas with her, they take very good care of her. Sweetums. She also is usually seen with E. Bola as he has claimed her as sibling no. 2.

Xezbet + Drugia: Amygdala, or Amy (17, she/her) the Trapper. Amy is a ghost with shackles around her neck and wrists, who is surrounded by floating hands. She wears a long, tattered white dress and glows blue. Instead of a face she has a black void, and she has flowing white hair. She helps her mother and father by creating labyrinths in people's dreams (with her mother's help) to trap them so her father can take their souls. She herself takes pride in her work, and she loves designing her traps to suit whichever poor soul she's tormenting. She's cordial to her neighbors and isn't all the agressive towards them.

Dagda + Izanami: Gl'bgolyb or Gloppy. (18/19, he/him) the Impersonator. Gloppy appears to be a wooden puppet body at first, being held up by something behind it. Its face is worn and scratched, almost unrecognizable as a face. The rest of its body is equally weathered and worn, splintering in off places and moving jerkily. Gloppy himself is actually a flesh creature behind the puppet, a mass of skin and eyes and mouths and ears and anything you can think of. Gloppy is a very jealous person, wanting to be seen as the most disturbing thing here but losing to Molly. Despite this he is the next reasonable of the kids next to Amy. He mostly just acts as a lure.

Chaugnar + Nyogtha: Mal (28, she/her) the Slaughterer. Mal wears a lamb mask with blacked out eyes and a simple red robe. Her hair can be seen, it's sort of fluffed out behind her head. She often visits her parents and helps out with rituals as she carries out sacrifices (she also works with Zoth). She usually babysits the younger kids, or teaches them how rituals work and how they are meant to be done. She's actually a very pleasant person!

Also important to note. Mal and Buggaboo have real world counterparts (Malinda Schmidt, and Sheila Bubbles (Margarette adopted her from one of her friends who couldn't take care of her), but no one else does. Amy and Gloppy may be based off of Roman and Lois' and Alf and Rafttellyn's kids but. Yeah. E. Bola and Molly both have absolutely no basis in reality and only exist in the nightmare.

*Here Bryn Mawr is Francis 2's nightmare form. Bryn Mawr is a spirit from Welsh folklore who goes from house to house during Yule, asking to be let in. If you let her in she'll eat for food and join your celebration, and if you refuse to let her in she curses you. So I feel it fits. Bryn has a pleasant looking face, quite cute actually, but wears a muzzle. He also wears torn clothes that show mouths all over his body, and he has claws and a cat tail. He is usually used as a hunting dog for whoever needs one.

Sooooo UPDATE ON FLORIAN THE FANKID!!!!

I made a chsrscter sheet and such of her~

It looks very rough I know, but it's mildly the thought and creative process thst counts!

Some facts about her and her front, side and back! Along with the colors of her of cource of cource. [Lore under the cut!]

Dr. Robotnik created her as stated, in order to have this perfect ultimate thief to steal the chaos emeralds for him, and potentially kill anyone in his way. She was going to be raised and trained by him to perfectly take out Sonic and others who would stand in his way.

He's worked with Clutch and Nack/Fang on numerous occasions, so it it wasn't the hardest thing to get bits of their DNA here and there to create Florian.

Her project name is Chrysoberyl, referring to how those are a good luck and fortune charm of a gem, and can be roughly mistaken for emeralds. They're also beloved to high-end ones awesrness!

Her cloning tank (??I guess that's what they're called?) Was labeled C-045 because she was the fortyfifth and final attempt at being created. The others simply turned to liquid or never developed properly. Needing robotic parts then shutting down soon after, a real mess in the lab.

While this final attempt to have her "Grow Slower" to ensure she developed right, and with the now mixing of DNA (the others where as just clone attempts no splicing) was perfect on the surface level, it still raised some issues....He never implemented a failsafe into her DNA and never took into account *mild* mutations.

Nothing serious, but when the unlikely and mildly bickering pair that are Clutch and Nack wandering through the twisty halls of Robonik's lab, they accidentally stumbled on the room, and after some sickening horror freed her, and the place ultimately mildly definitely caught fire because of course it did it's just their luck.

The idea of the FailSafe being implemented into her DNA would have just ensured she either A. Didn't make it long outside of the sure before she was ready, or B. Return to him and act in X manner at a certain age....he never did that, because frankly he didn't think of it is all, he never thought anyone would find it.

The "DNA Mutations" aren't much of a mutation, and are very harmless. But there comes an issue when you combine much younger DNA with older DNA, and when one has leg problems* no one knows about.

In other words, even if she stayed in the tube, she would still be wobbly. She's extremely wobbly, and can't do much, granted she's meant to be a baby and toddler ish age? But the fact is, she crawls better than standing, although often tends to curl up and sleep or cry because she needs some little extra knee paddings. Sensitive needy sickly little thing.

Her favorite thing is Clutches Coat. It's what she was wrapped in upon being freed from the chamber, and she is often hiding inside it or holding onto it while he goes about his day like normal. She also likes Nack's hat, it's fun to hide under.

Her other love, are chao! She has a plush chao she carries around/drags and chews on that has a bell inside of it. She's very gentle despite being extramly grabby and bitey...just...likes to chew on stuff and is extramly curious!

Nack named her! Clutch sadly couldn't properly come up with a name, even though it was his idea to save her- it was Nack who named her Florian.

She lives in this Tshiet Nack got her with a Chao on it and it makes Clutch mad because she needs proper clothes outside of a t-shirt that's massive on her and socks..

Clutch got her a necklace she wears constantly and tries to somtimes chew on.

She looooves wrapping her tail around stuff, it makes her extramly happy and she likes to dangle from places for short periods of rime until she gets woozy.

Very wobbly, woozy, dizzy little thing. They think she wasn't quite done in thr tube yet, but can't be certian.

When the lodge gets ultimately destroyed, Clutch actually asks Vanilla to watch Florian while he gets a new place situated and work finished. Nack also is nicer to them all.

Nack is mkre distant wirh Florian becuse he's scared he'll hurt her by accident, but really loves her just is scared is all.

Clutch either had s kid before or always wanted to be a dad because he's instantly good with her and knows exactly what to do.

*[I read that Nack prefers to bounce on his tail because his legs are slow? Or bad and saw a Tumblr post about it and I as the local man who limps took that to heart and decided he has bad legs- thus Florian also has very bad legs.... and also she wasn't done in the tube quite yet.]
