Rosie lost her sister, Lily, this weekend. I don't think she misses Lily or even realizes she's gone. Rosie is a special kitty and has some deficiencies, but she's loved very much. However, she hasn't stopped wearing fragrance. Let's see what she's wearing today. Crêpe de Chine by F. Millot. This was one of my favorite fragrances in the 1970s, and this bottle of eau de cologne is from that era. Crêpe de Chine was created in 1925, and presented at the Paris Art Deco Exposition on June 6, 1925. Which fragrance did Rosie choose to wear to Sunday School today? Looks like she went a little downmarket so as not to offend the ladies on the second pew at Kingston Baptist. It's Avon 'Lily of the Valley' circa 1990s. The little glass container is slightly oval-shaped like a flower bulb. The stopper is frosted acrylic in the shape of leaves and tiny Lily of the Valley flower droplets. The slightly green fragrance is perfect for a springlike day, wouldn't you agree?
