Genesis looked across to Sephiroth as he continued to shove the Shin-Ra energy bar into his mouth, stuffing his cheeks as he chewed the monstrosity of beige cardboard that had been formulated for their energy requirements and that alone… and no, no he couldn’t swallow all of it at once, but he had enough decorum to look defeated as he paced himself. “Y’kno… wouldn’ have a probl’m.. f’ it was phallus shaped…” Oh look, there went his etiquette sailing over Sephiroth’s head.

Please summerize the plot of your rp with BrighteyedInfantryman clouuuuud because you two are my favorites and I want to get an idea as to what sort of universe to expect. Please give me an answer in 400 words max! (Teases)

Alrighty!  But know that I can’t give you a full description because not even Brighteyedinfantryman is aware of the plot twist I’ve got coming up. (462 words. My b)

After the events of DoC, Cloud seeks out a mercenary that works for Don Corneo.  The mercenary, Zack Fair is a hazy version of his old self due to the constant pain of his injuries and a drug addiction.  Cloud offers him a job. The pair bond on their trip to Modeoheim, Cloud gives Zack care. Conversations about Angeal’s death, Zack’s death, and Zack’s feelings for Cloud surface.  In Costa del Sol, they both have breakdowns due to the stress–Zack kisses Cloud. They reevaluate their relationship.  

Glitches happen. Things stop adding up.  Monsters are behaving in ways they shouldn’t.  Zack recognizes his behavior is unlike himself. Still, they stop caring as they build a seemingly normal life– until Sephiroth appears. 

Cloud snaps out of it. Malnourished and desperate, he begs Kunsel to place him back into the simulation based on Zack’s DMW. The program, affectionately called Data, was created by Reeve to give Cloud a bit of comfort–it looked like Zack on screen but fell short personality-wise, still knowing to improve as it recognized itself as a companionship program.  Cloud got addicted to the sandbox programs it made, such as the mercenary program.  

Cloud returns to find Zack dying from fever (the program’s been supporting “two minds” for too long and is overheating)  Eventually, the program shuts down entirely.  However, Rufus planned for this.  Commissioning from Reeve a “Zack Fair” puppet from the remains of Zack’s body–Cloud can have his mercenary in the flesh.  Mercenary Zack was put in the body, Data stayed in the system.

Understanding that they can bring the dead back to life, ShinRa begins an experiment to raise fallen SOLDIERs.  Aeris returns by use of the white materia.  Angeal and Sephiroth return by DMW method, much like Zack. This causes a rift in the lifestream and all souls return to the land of the living.  Zack Fair is no exception.  Appalled that he now has a full living twin, he deems the puppet “Z2”.  WEAPON senses there is no energy left in the planet and attacks. Zack, Z2, Cloud, Sephiroth, Angeal, (and an incredibly dramatic Genesis) step up to save the day.  It leaves Z2 incredibly wounded.  Recognizing that Z2 keeps Cloud sane, Zack agrees to give up skin and organs to keep Z2 in good condition.  This leaves Zack with the affectionate nickname, Patches.  Grafts take to Z2 perfectly. 

Since Zack can be harvested to create more Zacks, ShinRa begins another Super Soldier project.   

Data discovers that he can create millions of worlds, playing Zack and Cloud off of each other to keep himself entertained.  Sometimes–he borrows one or the other and waits on them to notice that they’re not in the right world.  He’s also realized he can alter the originals while they’re in his domain.

I can’t get into Zachary’s life yet because I haven’t played it out with Brighteyedinfantryman!

FINAL FANTASY VII Chatzy Content and Behavior Rules 

This chat is set up by Aisha - Sephiroth. This applies both IC and OOC. If needed, please listen to my guidelines/warnings/pointers. I (Aisha) reserve the right to carry the name ‘rpSephiroth’. And rpSephiroth will always be designated with a black text colour.

IC wise, this chat happens in the Shin-Ra building’s lounge area. The lounge area is part of a promotional event to let civilians 'get to know’ ShinRa. It is open to employees and visitors alike. No timeline specified. There are at least three couches, black, red, and white. Sephiroth considers the white couch ‘his’. 

NO Godmodding/Metagaming. (continue reading)

      Godmodding is statements that directly state that you have touched/harmed/controlled another muse without the players permission. “X punched Y” across the room is unacceptable. “X threw a punch at Y” is acceptable since it does not state the hit landed. Please use common sense for this, IE, if your muse is close to another or you know the mun OOC, you and your friend likely know each other’s boundaries. This problem mostly comes when muses start fights with each other. Do not control someone else’s character. The only exception is express permission from the other player.       Metagaming is giving your character information they would otherwise not have, or have not learned in-chat yet. It’s important for you as a player to have the information, but do not suddenly give it to your character to wield. Given the nature of this chat, characters are going to learn things they otherwise would not know. Let that happen naturally through IC chat dialogue/actions. Again, common sense.

Do not be TOO weird (crack). We are not expecting you to be rigidly in-character 100% of the time but you also cannot be wildly OOC as well, especially if this involves your muse consistently harassing others to the point godmodding is also applicable. I or another mod will warn you. If a kick does not rectify this behaviour, you will also be IP banned.

IC/OOC is not the same. Do not assume a character’s actions/behaviour are in line with what the player believes. This will prevent most spats. Let your character make false assumptions, mistakes, etc. If you are questioning, send a private message to the player to sort it out.

No child-versions of your muse, unless your muse is your child (e.g. Marlene, Denzel, Moogle girl, or characters which canonly have been considered a child Rufus, Cloud). Babysitting threads quickly become exhausting and plotless. And they really tick me off. 

Room is Canon/AU/OC friendly. Please note that if you own an OC it will be up to you to put the extra effort to explain your OC to people not familiar with them. Providing bios, refs, and so on. Muses do NOT have to be FFVII muses only, but again, please explain your character to those not familiar. Your OC can be “Relative of X” but whether other characters accept/reject that OC is their choice.
