  “ワッパかけて”     literally translates to “cuff you up”. ワッパ     is a slang used by cops to mean handcuffs, tho it literally means     “something ring-shaped”  

“弁当無し”     literally translates to “no bento box” but apparently “to have bento box”     is a cop’s term for having a suspended sentence.

Bumboclaat     - a swear word; an equilvalent of “What da fuck” in Jamaican. Interesting     fact: Bumboclaat means “bottom cloth”, a term used to describe the cloth     used by women to soak up the blood during their menstrual cycle before     pads were commercially available (source: Urban Dictionary). And you can     find tons of songs with that phrase on youtube.

“まんじゅう”, in short, it means “dead     body”. When I first googled all I find was “steamed buns” but it didn’t     make sense at all. So I looked into dialects, and in some areas it means     “vagina”, which is a little more convincing. Then I stumbled upon “hidden     language used by cops” and voila there’s a whole list and I found it. “臭いメシを食わしてやるぜ”     literally means “eat smelly rice”, which is a metaphor of doing time in     prison.  

“サンピン”’     comes from "さんぴん‐ざむらい” which     translate to “samurai that only earns thirty one cents (very little)”. In     other words, a low-rank/low-income samurai. Pretty obscure word that no     one uses.

It’s a myth that the main motivation of cops to arrest ppl/give out tickets is to “earn points” or meet the quota, which in turn would give them a raise or bonus.
