NEGATIVITY

Unresponsive to full re-acclimation, both invasive and non-invasive. Displays violent tendencies, hysteria, and a disregard for the safety of others or himself.

PHYSICAL

5'2" tall, average GAMMA-CLASS physique. Height and build are disarming- #13 fits into small spaces with ease and moves very quickly. Do not lose visual.

#13 possesses saliva with an acidity that can range from 1.1 pH to 3 at will. Contact with saliva can cause effects ranging from chemical burns to paralysis. Feature was not developed by RYSCORP and was implemented by previous handler.

#13 has an internal device installed by previous handlers which punishes both excessive emotional responses and magic use via electric shock. RYSCORP has deemed this enhancement unnecessary for removal. #13 also possesses a metal implant around the jaw and occipital bone which is intended for use as a muzzle to ensure employee safety during examinations. Metal implant has been damaged by #13. Muzzle deemed unnecessary due to advancements in personal safety equipment. RYSCORP has deemed the damaged implant unnecessary for removal.

DEMEANOR

Prior to re-acclimation attempt #84, #13 was shut off, combative, and refused to cooperate or provide information to improve care. Post-attempt #84, [see tape log 097 for footage], subject responded incorrectly to treatment and has displayed erratic, hysteric behavior since. The results are irreversible.

Post-attempt, #13 still carries these traits, but actively instigates and irritates staff during examinations. On the rare occasion that #13 is amicable during inspections or procedures, attitude changes rapidly and can cycle through the full emotional spectrum for no discernible reason. #13 is amused when himself or others are in pain, no matter it physical or emotional, and displays irregular speech patterns that are interrupted with laughing fits.

#13 was acquired via annexation of NEOTERICO. #13 had been in NEOTERICO's possession for an indeterminate amount of time due to poor record keeping on their part. RYSCORP's estimate is, at the minimum, five years.
