We had the best time yesterday at You Brew It in Citrus Heights. With the owners' assistance, we made extra strong Imperial Chocolate Stout thst we will go back and bottle in two weeks. I highly recommend going with someone you want to spend a couple hours with, and make something great! We enjoyed samples and played games during the down times. You can also make your own wine. My darling took me out for icecream at Devil May Care ice cream and frozen treats to celebrate my 11 year anniversary at work. I had a large (two scoop) sundae with beer, popcorn & pretzel icecream and chocolate icecream cream, topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, peanuts and Two cherries. 🍒 He got the carmel corn and chocolate icecreams, also with the same toppings.
