Something I noticed recently is some hermits have a SEVERE lack of fics centered around them, like I get that people either don’t watch someone or just genuinely don’t know how to write them but I’d love to see more of the underrated hermits get the spotlight in the fics! So here’s my list of “hermits that need more fic centric things!”

Mainly because most fics I see are usually mumbo, Grian, and scar centric

All of these are my opinion and if you want to add something yourself feel free

He's not scared of microwaves, he's scared of possessing microwaves.

Mostly because of the incident where he and Mumbo blew one up and he got grounded for like a month.

Never posted this but I got my collector X card a few weeks back! I’m so happy with this card and put it next to my signed impulse (traded my signed grian for it)

The art on this card is done by @sweetest-honeybee ! This card is so well done and once I get a proper shelf this is definitely going on my collector shelf. Please show Rosie some love for this amazing card!

I know everyone is having a hard time right now with the news and I want to say that it’s valid. All of our hearts are with scar and his family through this hard time, and just like when we lost TFC we will stay strong together. Okay I had a idea and I wanna see how hermitblr thinks (if everyone has the same reaction or not)

Most of us headcannon impulse as an demon/imp and Skizz as an angel right?

Imps (in media) are smaller n such I’ll say… about cat sized.

And well angels can be biblically accurate.

So imagine if you will, bdubs going to ask impulse what he thinks of a build and seeing a tiny cat like creature and a biblically accurate angel just vibing in your besties base.

What would y’all do/say/think whatever if you were bdubs bc I’m curious

And if you don’t have angel Skizz and demon impulse tell me what they are! I love seeing various versions of them :)

Skizz putting stress’s ice gift in a frame is so accurate to me. If you ever see my valuables chest on multiplayer servers I guarantee you that I have at least one random item as a gift I got. Because even the most worthless item in the game will bring me joy if it has a silly name or was gifted to me.

Also the fact he thought it was gonna explode at first is very hilarious. Silly coded. All of them.

Positive honeycraft rant

If y’all haven’t heard of honeycraft, it’s a vanilla SMP I am in with 11 others, most are here on tumblr! And earlier this month we celebrated one YEAR of our little corner of the Minecraft community, and as a holiday gift to them I wanted to share my thanks to them!

@stormjay0 is currently on hiatus but will not be spared by my appreciation. Her content is so enjoyable and very underrated, the two of us are the chaotic braincells of the server. In the best way of course!

@exnoh is pm the only boy on the server and we love ya for it buddy xD seriously though he does his best to make it to meetings like everyone else but it’s hilarious because he’s muted the entire time and doing his own thing. Also his sona is so fun to draw sometimes.

@mixinu and @mgeekingout are the equivalent of cookies and milk, in the chaotic good way. I honestly can’t tell you how much these two are made for each other it’s adorable, they are both extremely talented artists and it drives me insane /pos

@sweetest-honeybee our beloved admin! Despite having almost no prior experience in being the admin back in s1 you couldn’t tell! She’s honestly the best base buddy I’ve had so far and the story we are making together with our terrible skits is cringey yet kinda engaging lol! Also we enjoy just talking about mcyt in general 😌

@fluffy-papaya is our current admin for this season and they are doing a great job! If you love lore PLEASE go and look for their videos because they are so good. Me and fluffy are the two biggest pranksters on this server, and we tend to prank each other sometimes lol

@redwinterroses isn’t on often but she is NUTS! 2 Smps AND still going to school, working, AND writing?? She’s crazy XD in all seriousness though I can never get enough of hanging out with Red.

SCPOwo and Faren, owo doesn’t have a tumblr and idk about faren so woops, but anyways owo is our pun loving friend (me too) as well as our local eldritch horror, no lore or videos, Just here for fun like me! Faren is the chill person on the server and honestly I want to hang with them more often, we get along really well!

@lelilawesell is one of our two new members who joined in the beginning of s2 and in skizzlemans words “friendship Jedi master” immediately when I met them I knew she would be a great fit for this fun server and I wasn’t more right. Also has one of the best laughs imho.

And last but definitely not least we have pistachio/Tashi! Our other new member is writing some amazing lore as well and is a great builder! After bee introduced her to our little server it would only make sense to have her join as well, also we both are good at improv lore. :D

That’s about it! Of course there’s so much more I want to say about them because being on a server with these amazing people is a dream, and even if some of them aren’t on often it makes those small moments even better. I still can’t believe it’s already been a year on honeycraft and I’m excited to see what the future will bring 💙

Yknow what’s funny about being on a hermits supporter server? When they acknowledge you on their stream and walk around you to show something off, like a cosmetic.

That was me yesterday. I was just chilling in the corner like “maybe I’ll get a screenshot or two with impulse” but this man runs up and says

“See look, Sammys got some special wings!” And walks around me to look at them and I’m standing there like: hhheaahh.. *nervous noise of breath and slight fan girling*

I think I played it cool enough on the stream but god I was a wreck after that :,D also if you wanna see that clip:

God I hope impulse doesn’t see this XD I’d die right on the spot if he saw this post lmao

As of yesterday it was my 10 year anniversary of being in the Minecraft community, and Jesus if I had known I don’t know if I would have actually gotten into Minecraft /lh

In the past ten years my life has had so many twists and turns, for better and worse. Seen streamers and youtubers come and go, their communities fall and rise, and the crazy part?

It’s still going.

The Minecraft community is one of all ages and all demographics, all types of players and all types of creators. The best times in my life are crafted from this game. Minecraft is timeless. And so are it’s creators.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you to everyone who plays and the devs as well as the content creators for bringing me to this point and I hope more comes. Y’all are amazing people.

It’s been so long and I still don’t know how impulse would have explained that he was a rotom to skizz! But I’m pretty sure at some point skizz gets him to possess almost everything in the house. Sounds tiring.

I mean, he possessed a controller by accident, so that was a pretty good demonstration right there.

Skizz did have him possess a few things (lightbulb, the controller again, the actual TV, an air conditioner) but Impy was saved when Skizz's mother came home, because what Skizz's mother doesn't know won't hurt her.

Unfortunately no, I don't.

Art is something I mostly dabble in on the side, and there's a distinct limit to what I'm capable of doing and what I'm willing to post and so on. But in the case of pokehermit!Impulse I just literally haven't done any art for him.

I do have a writing piece about Skizz finding out about the fusion thing which I should probably post tho.

I have just recently fell in love with the way you draw impulse in the scattered au! It’s so amazing, can I maybe get a ref sheet? :D

So, here's the thing: I don't draw a whole lot. I do sometimes, and I enjoy it, but I write a lot more than I draw. So I don't really have much reasons for making ref sheets.

Here's another thing: Seadragonpulse(I'm assuming you're talking about seadragonpulse because otherwise you're just talking about vague figures) has a really inconsistent design. Sometimes he has an underbelly, sometimes he has fins on his limbs, his spines are constantly moving around and every now and then I forget he has ears. Like in this picture, for example:

Here I included the underbelly and shoulder spines that didn't appear in the picture book version, but forgot the visible gills, ear-fins and leg-fins that I usually include. Also the tail spines are just. Completely different (I think I prefer the other tail design tbh, but I do like the neck spines here).

Also whether or not he has a visible sclera depends entirely on how I'm feeling that day.
