Do you have any recommendations for Insta pot recipes? We got one as a gift, but haven’t figured one what to do with it yet.

!!!!! i'm only being a little hyperbolic when i say the possibilities are ENDLESS—i've used it for everything from curries to pasta to rice to mashed potatoes to cheesecake. typically if you google "instant pot [insert whatever kind of food you're craving here]", there's a recipe for it. (that's how i find most of my newer recipes these days, or figure out ratios and timings for making plain grains or rice or whatever.)

i personally really like the instant pot for recipes where you can just dump everything in and hit start, although sometimes there may be some sauteéing involved. number one recipe i make on the reg is this burrito bowl (recipe calls for chicken/ground beef/turkey but honestly you could get away without it). other recipes i think about a lot are this chicken yellow coconut curry and pad thai.

iamccyh was one of my first mha fics i read when i got into the series, i remember being absolutely stuck to my phone when i first found it during a slow convention. i've been SUPER behind for ages (adhd making me put it off in literal yonks) but man that's so valid??? you might discontinue it? like i'm almost exactly in the same boat as you (haven't read the manga in 2+ years, now 24 compared instead of 20ish) and all i wanna say is thanks for being my intro to the fandom <3

and ain't that the question! i'm in a weird place with IACCYH—i actually re-read through it recently and i still think it holds up, + i have at least some idea where i wanted it to go. i actually had like, 3/4s of the next chapter typed up when i posted that last chapter! 

but that being said, i’m at a v different point in my life than when i started it (i was 17 when i started and am 22 now) and haven’t kept up with the manga for the past 2 years. at this point, i would have to make myself sit down and re-read in order to feel comfortable writing it again—and even then, i have some of my own feelings of personal weirdness about writing a romance between young high schoolers, given my current age. they were my age when i started reading but i’m pretty far out from my high school days at this point, LOL

this is all a very long-winded way of saying: in an ideal world i would like to finish, but in all honesty i likely won’t. i wouldn’t be doing the characters or the story justice. but writing it was such a fun experience in general + i always feel so honored when people tell me they enjoyed reading it. it meant a lot to me back in the day and even now, and i hope people still enjoy it going forward!! <3

iaccyh is kind of at a weird point for me right now! i’ve been a bit hesitant to continue it because it’s been a hot second since i’ve been caught up on the manga, and i’m a lil concerned about keeping characterizations accurate :^(

that being said, i’m hesitant to say it won’t EVER get an ending—i have a tendency to come back to old media i enjoyed and throw myself into creating for it. so i guess the TL;DR of this is... it’s in purgatory hell. which is not fun for anyone and i’m sorry :(

Hi!!! I usually don't got to author's tumblr's after reading a story, but holy cow. I read iaccyh and you absolutely NAILED Todoroki's character. I loved seeing Deku from an outsider's perspective and Todoroki breaking down his barriers while being with Deku?! And how much they trust each other- while showcasing Todoroki's insecurity due to his past trauma? BEAUTIFUL. A+ !!! Thank you for sharing!! I just hope you have fun writing it wherever it goes!! As a fanfic writer, I get the stress!!
