Happy Birthday Naruto 10/10

I wanted to create something that'll beat an old Sasunaru drawing of mine (click here to see it!) I created three rules for myself: 1) it had to be full body 2) there had to be movement and 3) there needed to be a background. Not sure if I'm going to color it the same way I did the old illustration. Im still working out the tones--I'll think about it!
