This, What's In Joe's Mouth video was inspired by a receipt out of the @giantfood @savory.online magazine. They made a Grilled Chicken Thigh with Peanut Noodle Salad. I of course made a few changes. Marinade for the chicken: 3 TBL Soy Sauce 1 TBL Rice Wine Vinegar 2 TBL Extra-virgian Olive Oil 2 Cloves of Garlic, smashed Salt & Pepper 1 lbs. Chicken Thighs or Breast ( I just let the chicken marinade while prepping the vegetables. You could let it marinade for up to 6 hours. Cook chicken 3 - 5 minutes per side. Let cool completely.) 1/2 Package Thin Spaghetti 1 7 oz. Package Fresh Bean Sprouts 1/4 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter Juice of 3 Limes 1 TBL Red Curry Paste 1 TBL Fish Sauce 3 Green Onions, whites and greens 1 Red Pepoer, thinly sliced Cook Spaghetti according to the package. 30 seconds before the pasta is done, add the bean sprouts and red pepper.. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter through the fish sauce. Once the mixture is smooth, add the pasta and vegetables. Mix well to incorporate. Add the green onions and mix well. Divide the noodle salad into four plates. Thinly sliced the chicken and add on top of the salad. Marinade for the chicken:
3 TBL Soy Sauce

all and I love to cook with my Hamilton Beach Seating Slow Cooker! Today's recipe came out of the Giant Foodstores Savory October magazine, and then I put my own Stylization on it! You will need: a lbs of Italian Sausage, (I used Hatfield Sweet Italian Sausage), 1 small spaghetti squash, 1 small onion, a 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes(, I used Furmano's Chunky Crushed with basil, garlic & oregano, )1 minced clove of garlic, 1 cup of stock, (I used my own bone broth), and seasonings,( fresh cracked black pepper, Hymanalyn pink salt, 1/2 a palm of Spice Island Thyme, 1/4 palm of fennel seed, and a palm full of parsley, oregano and basil, last four from McCormick, all crush in my palm to release their oils). Brown the ground meat for 7 minutes, transfer to your Slow Cooker. Add the remaining ingredients, stir together. Split the spaghetti squash, clean out the inside and place cut side down on mixture. Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. Run a fork though meaty part of squash and add it to the sauce, let cook for a few minutes more. Plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
