Note
How the fuck does azzi know Curry
- azzi was one of the first female players to be invited to his exclusive camp where she also won a bunch of 3pt shooting contests (including over male players)
- became the first athlete to sign NIL deal with an NBA player when she signed with sc30 in 2022, which includes an under armor partnership + steph mentoring azzi
- also designed a shoe together to highlight gender inequality (that steph wore in the 2022 Nnba finals)
- azzi was invited back to curry camp but as a coach
- steph has publicly supported her a bunch of times like wearing her jersey to a presser on her bday and also other stuff across twitter and instagram
i may be azzi’s #3 fan bc steph lowkey takes the second spot🤣

Hello! This was asked for by @kananarchiste and I've finally gotten around to writing it up-- my pattern for my crochet doll of Commander Cody-- and I'm giving it away for free! (If anyone does make this, please tag me-- I'd love to see it!!)
Commander Cody crochet doll pattern
Tumblr media
I've never written up a proper pattern before, so I apologize for any confusing bits or mistakes in advance. If you get stuck on something or if something is unclear, please shoot me an ask or DM and I'll do my best to help out.
Additional Pictures:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yarn Weight: 4
Hook: 4 mm
Colors:
White
Yarn in Jango’s skin tone (I used Lion Brand Yarn’s Skein Tones yarn in adobe)
Black
Dark brown (for scar; contrasts with skin tone)
212th gold/orange (this can be hard to find. I got mine at a local independent store)
Grey
Extra materials:
Buttons and thread OR safety eyes (I used buttons because I like the look of them better)
Stitch markers
Yarn needle
Abbreviations Key:
Ch – chain
Dec – decrease
FO – fasten off
Inc – increase
Rep from * – repeat from *
Sc – single crochet
Sc2tog – single crochet two stitches together
Ss – slip stitch
St – stitch
Additional Notes:
All parts save for some embellishments are worked in the round. It is recommended that the crocheter mark each round for clarity.
Entire doll is worked in single US crochet.
Magic circle is NOT used.
I’m not sure what the gauge is, but mine is quite tight. Use a smaller hook if you feel as though your gauge is too loose.

That hunter guy also helped with a mock draft this page on twitter created putting azzi at 18 and aneesah at 13. I was very appalled 😳
He lost me with that list😭. Aneesah at 13 is crazy but Azzi at 18 is nasty work. There's no way she drops that low. She's the face of steph curry's SC30 brand. Ain't no way in hell she's 18😂 steph curry literally endorses her all the time

Y’all have to realize that Azzi is not signed to Curry brand, she’s signed to SC30 which is bigger than his shoe brand and she does more for him. Lay goes to an Under Armour school so Curry Brand has more opportunities to promote her. Unlike Azzi who goes to Nike and they can’t really promote Nike on an Under Armour brand. ND is also an Under Armour school so that’s probably why he was hyping her up. At the end of the day if that man signs her it’s going to be a business decision because of the hype that she has. But if he isn’t then done get upset over nothing or make assumptions. He’s probably unaware of her online antics/attitude.
Regardless of if UConn is a Nike school or not Steph is still able to promote Azzi as he pleases when she’s signed to his brand. Obviously if he signs HH that’s up to him but I’m just stating I don’t agree with it and I would hope that he researches athletes he signs before attaching his name to them… I’m not upset over a comment I just said I found it weird and I’m gonna call that out the same way I did with P and the Nike ad. Ofc as a fan I want the best for both girls.

Yeah people also forget she has a different deal so she does more curry events cause she’s signed to the parent company SC30, so she helps out with his events and stuff and does her camp but it’s less so photo shoots and stuff. Maybe she’ll do more later on, but yeah I think unfortunately a lot of her career has been getting mentally/ physically more healthy. And I thought she had an agent? It was some guy and his daughter was in a video with Azzi once? Maybe they split from him cause all I see is Katie around.
i think she has an agent but her mom her manager.

Azzi attends a Nike school so it makes sense why UA/Curry Brand doesn’t promote her like the do Lay for example. Lay goes to a UA school so it’s easier for Curry Brand to promote her because his brand is apart of the UA family. Azzi is signed to SC30 so she’s basically an UA athlete. But again, she goes to a Nike school and Curry brand can’t necessarily post a highlight reel of her repping Nike now can they? No. It’s not that Azzi isn’t active on socials because whenever she does get Curry Brand merch she’s always promoting it on her story during the off season. It’s just a conflict of interest for the time being.
Yes, she can’t wear UA apparel while repping UConn. There’s rules against it. That’s why over the summer or even during their winter break when she’s away from school she wears all UA stuff. Her family wears all UA stuff. It’s not about her not being signed or not having good enough social media engagement. It is hard to post highlights cause she’s covered head to toe in Nike, but the NBA and NFL have UA athletes and the official uniform partner is Nike. I think that maybe they just don’t have a lot of plans for her right now which is unfortunate. I would’ve preferred that energy go into her than others. That’s just my opinion.

Note
she’s not directly signed to curry brand. i think shes signed to sc30 which is why they call her deal one of a kind cause she gets other deals from steph including other brand dels, training, management and mentorship. i do think when she gets to the league she gets to rep the curry brand more.
I know she’s not directly signed to the curry brand but still they aren’t really doing anything to highlight her as an athlete

no she’s not a curry brand athlete. prob too complicated with how strict uconn is, but she’s signed to sc30 inc. she’ll for sure be signed to curry brand after college though too
Oh I see that makes sense. SC is a UA school so I’m sure that makes that easy. Thanks anon

what are your anons smoking 😭 to clarify yes, Azzi is a part of the brand and was the first to be a long time ago lol. She’s almost like a heir to all things SC30 which is the bigger umbrella of all things curry brand.
and also yes on the other note you made people are so incredibly stupid. I sure hope karma exists.
