ScatteredTrees - “Hollohills” (2005)

20 years ago, I was given the opportunity to play bass on the debut recording of the project ScatteredTrees. “Hollohills” is a delicate, heartfelt album that was written by an amazing and talented songwriter. although the recording itself is not online. Check out the album art from my own original copy. 

Indie rock outfit Scattered Trees make yearning, heartfelt music centered around lead singer/songwriter Nate Eiesland. The group initially formed in 2003 after Eiesland moved to Illinois from Minnesota and wrote a song a month, which culminated in the release of a 2004 debut, “Hollohills”.
