For your villain Bruno, maybe U thought that it could also be that not only he wants to be liberated from the gift, but also like, he loves his family (or at least his sisters) and he believes that he could help them by getting rid of the magic, Pepa could express her emotions freely without suppressing all her negative thoughts that emotionally damage her and Julieta could learn to take care of herself first. He feels that the gift robbed them all from having a average human childhood. And Mirabel, who is "blissfully" deprived from a gift is trying to keep them chained to their assigned rol.

So maybe they could sort of talk at first, but then they inevitably become nemesis.

IT'S ABSOLUTELY BANGER HEADCANON, I LIKE IT Like, of course, i thought that there is more than his feeling about himself that made them fight and turn them into nemesis, but i didn't really think about it. I just had a thought that they definitely misunderstood each other, they were so obsessed with their troubles, that they didn't listen each other properly. Mira definitely told him things that made it clear that she was broken and needed support, after all she still a child. And Bruno heard these things, but he did nothing - it's likely that he didn't attach any importance to these things. In the same way, Mirabel didn't attach importance to his problems.

And after this converation they both did understand - "You don't wanna listen me".

Hello! When i saw this message, i sat at my kitchen alone and just start thinking about this. Two ideas came up in my mind, i just wanna share it here and for you, because you made me think about this.

It is a summary (not a fanfic, just a summary) for final of AU. And English isn't my first language, have mercy on me

ok in this au Mirabel didn't came in Bruno's tower alone in the middle of plot. She didn't saw prediction about her, Bruno himself reveals it to her, and they're going together to his tower because Mira doesn't believe him.

Mirabel with Bruno in his room, he shows her a shattered prediction about her. They talk, Bruno insists that the magic must disappear.

"Magic depends on the Madrigal's unit. Without this unit, magic feeds on nothing."

Mirabel tries to convince him that when they will save the magic, she will help him return into family. Bruno doesn't believe in this, his mind is covered with hatred and resentment. It seems to him that Mirabel is only using him to save magic.

"I'm leaving. If I talk to Abuela, everything will be back to normal. I have to save my family."

"Stop this nonsense! Magic is what brought us all to this, it needs to be done away with!"

"No, we can't gave it up! These are the efforts of Abuelo, it cannot be lost. Otherwise, his death will be in vain!"

Bruno says that she won't go anywhere. That even if he had to end her life to stop magic to be saven, he would do it.

Mirabel runs away and the room slowly collapses. Bruno runs after her, he tries to stop her. The sand level slowly rises, and pieces of rock fall from above.

Bruno catches up with her almost at the very exit, he shouts: "It took everything from me! And you are taking away my last chance, my dream! Why are you doing this to me?!"

Mirabel freezes at the ajar door and turns around. Bruno stands two meters away from her with a heavy, evil look.

"I beg you, stop, Mirabel, I want peace. I don't want to live with such a gift anymore."

Mirabel hesitates, clutching the doorknob. "I'm sorry that we met at the wrong time and in the wrong place."

She abruptly runs out the door and tries to close it, but Bruno doesn't allow to close it. Mira notices that the house is crumbling, the door flickers. They're fighting: door between them, he tries to get out, she tries to close it.

"Let me out, Mirabel!"

"I'm sorry-"

She slams the door with an effort, leaning on it and holding it. Shouts are heard from the other side of the door, he slaming on the door, loudly and scary.

The door fades out.

The slammings stops.

OR ANOTHER OPTION

"I'm leaving. If I talk to Abuela, everything will be back to normal. I have to save my family."

Bruno sighs heavily. "Okay. I'll walk you through."

Mirabel rejoices, she rushes to hug him, he is very awkward and cautiously waiting for her to let him go. They quickly go downstairs together, the room collapses. And at the very door, Bruno stops her.

"Tio, it's not time to talk, we need to get out of here!"

Bruno looks at her with a heavy look. "You are truly a brave girl. I believe that you will save the magic."

Mirabel doesn't understand.

"I want peace, Mirabel. I'm tired. I can't live with such a gift."

With these words, he pushes her out and closes the door, forcibly holding it closed. Mirabel is trying to breaks back inside, to open the door. She screams and cries, begs Bruno to come out. The door flickers slowly and then fades out.

Mirabel harshly opens the rotten old door.

Inside is an empty dark room. Four walls. And nothing more.

I'm not sure that he will attack a child, but i'm sure that he will try to defend himself if something will happen

for the vampire bruno au, all i can think about is bruno passing out due to his visions or from hunger, with vicente being slightly worried at first, then just being like "....eh, he'll be alright" before chucking bruno over his shoulder like a sack of potatos and walking off

no one ever paid him for this, Vicente is just very kind man

For the Villain Bruno Au how would Bruno react to Mirabel and how would Mirabel react to Bruno? We know from the movie that Bruno left to protect her and I've seen a lot of things where Mirabel is Bruno's favorite so I wanted your take on how Bruno being a villain would affect their relationship.

thank you for asking! first of all, eng is not my first language, so be patient with my poor text <D And second - i need to rewatch movie, i already forgot most of it so, firstly, i think villain!Bruno doesn't live in walls of Casita, he actually left, but was unable to leave Encanto because of mountains (and turned into cave man ahah oop), so maybe Mira did actually went to find him? Let me start with this - I have always assumed that magic has no soul, it is neutral, it can be good and evil at the same time. Someone received a blessing, and someone a curse - because we all came to this world to learn something from different positions. Bruno became a vessel of misfortune, destruction. No matter how he tried to restrain his gift - under the pressure of Alma he couldn't make it. So Mirabelle's door was destroyed, and so was her gift. Tio Bruno was banished, and Mirabelle was protected from the truth, but everyone did it out of pity (in a bad way, y'know) for her. Bruno wasn't happy about meeting MirabelI, she just came and made him remembered bad things. I guess Bruno, under the weight of resentment, guilt and exile, could blame Mirabelle for all this - but is that her fault? No. And he understands this, but he is too tired and angry. He was not heard by his family and he himself was deprived of the opportunity to hear. Casita getting destroyed because he destroys it with his gift and emotions, but without knowing about it. But when he finds out that it's his "work", will he stop? "I didn't wish to receive a gift like this"

And Mirabel? Imagine, ur fam constantly hiding something from you, and you know that this is something about you. You pissed off! And then your tio is acting like a bitch, you wanna punch him so badly, but you need to save everyone. Of course, Mira also doesn't happy about meeting Bruno and about this truth, she angry, she have her right to be angry, but Anger is a choice.

Did Bruno ever get burned by the sun and Vincente have to save him? Like right when he first became a vampire? Also does Bruno just use his hood to shield the sun now like Vincente uses his hat?

His name is Vicente!! Not Vincente or Vincent :D For your first q - i think yes! Vic needs him healthy and well, so he might save him from sun and not a single time - since Bruno is kinda doesn't care about his own life (too desparate/depressed/etc). Fernandes will scold him for that for sure, "you should be careful, God created you not for death that stupid like this one". I think Burno (haha) has some burns that he cannot heal with his vampire regeneration (as well as Vicente even if Vic's regeneration is more powerful) And yup, Bruno using his ruana to shield from sun. Ofc it's not 100% protection (same for Vicente's hat and gloves) but still!

Kinda intimate one! But NOT platonic, sexual or romantic, remember that!

Vicente is obsessed with him, Bruno is just being Bruno. They're got into a co-dependent relationship, it's abusive friendship, Vicente is helping him, he hides him from people, teaches him about his new vampire nature, and Bruno just being handyman in church - fix something, dust off something, sweep da floor. Bruno believes, that Vicente can help him find cure, and Vicente can't say no to this good man.

Vicente also believes, that miracle was given to Madrigal family by the God.

"Bruno Madrigal, you're were given me by our lord"

And Bruno is pure in his eyes, nothing bad behind those green eyes, it's easily possesses. Possesses a person, who's faith in God are already twisted and tainted. And his name is Vicente.

Bruno being worshiped by wrong one, but does Bruno know that his friend and savior are not very good guy? Don't think so.

hii hello! thank you for reaching out, i'm fine, just deadly tired after 11 and 4 years of non-stopping education stuff. right now i'm finally graduated, but i still being in idle state because....idk? i'm really tired, not in negative connotation ofc, just tired. i wasn't alive for 15 years and now i'm free and can feel it. i wanna rest till autumn and then seek for job thank you for your love for my character Vicente! let's talk a bit about whole vampire bruno topic, i wanna speak out personally, not through our team voice - i don't feel that we gonna get fanfiction, we have plot, we have a lot of cool details, but i always considered this as our cool journey with chatting and gushing around in local conversations (and i'm grateful because of that i found my people and i love them). But writing fanfiction - it's a big work, writers are AMAZING PEOPLE, they do amazing HUGE work and this is not for us, i guess, At least not for me, i'm not good at writing things + i don't know english well. And i don't wanna force our local writers to do Vampire Bruno fanfiction. I'm fine with that we didn't catch our chance to tell you this story. I planned to make art series, like little show and tell just to let y'all know this story, but right now i'm resting and i don't know if i won't change my mind in near future. Don't get me wrong, i'm in love with our AU!!! But i did grow out little bit from it and i wanna move on. But i still wanna give you a chance to know story, i don't wanna feel pressure of unspoken story on me. Maybe it will be better if we gonna tell you this in text format, like quick summary? Let me know under this post what do you think?

i saw your villain bruno stuff (it's really fun btw) and for people talking about whether or not he'd ever fight, i feel like he could just drop people into pits like camilo does during the song. instant dungeon creation lol

It makes sense to be, to be fair! but in this au Bruno doesn't live in his room, where he could push people down the cliff, and where he lives now - no one visits him. Now he is safe and also he doesn't pose a threat - as long as he is not in danger by someone. I think that once, when he was still with his family, he could get into a fight with someone on the basis of a struggle to destroy a candle. Of course, he lost this fight, one healthy man, for example, Felix, was enough to put him down.

Ofc Bruno could have done something with Mirabel, but he won't, she is a child and still part of his family, even if he have very difficult relationship with them. However, at the very end of the plot, this changes haha *sweats*

But yeah! He could do that, it's in his vibe

But again - only if he is in danger, he won't be attacking anyone, only self-defense. His mental state isn't okay, but he has no will to kill left and right

Anyways, in response to your post:

And I also thought of it where it’d be permanent, it could theoretically be reverted?(Not by Julietas cooking if it were possible, gotta be something more complicated than that.) Depending on how severely the vision is altered the worse it would be, like something small, that just changes what leads up to the outcome, maybe just a small patch, which would originally just look like it’s porcelain-ish? Or covered in glass as you said. But as he alters more things it’d get worse and worse until it’s become its own little hourglass.

Now if what Bruno does changes the outcome, or just changes the events incredibly, potentially whole segments would turn into glass, ranging from fingers, hands, eyes, etc. Theoretically, this could kill him if he does it too much.

I’m also torn between having it where it’s like ball joints on a doll, or if it’s just stuck in place completely. Though I’m leaning towards it being just glass. Either way, his movement would be limited substantially. If it’s ball joints, it’d either be like glass eyes or a ball filled with sand, this would also perhaps be the case with his eyes if it ever got there? (It’s random, can happen wherever)

If it were like ball joints, there could be the problem of the joints getting jammed or stuck, of course, if it were purely glass, it’s stuck that way until he figures out how to revert it. If it got completely jammed, welp. That’s his problem, isn’t it? Not to mention if they break there’s the open possibility that it could just fall apart.

It could also appear practically anywhere, I originally thought of it being in one of his forearms, and his hand and the rest of his arm would function like normal, but like the ball joints in the hand, it’d still slow him down.

So if it started in the fingertips he could move his fingers like normal but if he kept altering visions and it got worse at some point his hand would lose its function.

Also as an experimental thought, the sand in the parts would be representative of blood. So if the glass parts break, he needs to stop it from running out completely, otherwise, it’d draw more blood in the form of sand, and the glass would spread. Either that or if he could still move those parts, they wouldn’t be able to move anymore, at least for quite some time.

Forgive me if I'm just everywhere or if there’s some grammatical/spelling errors, I'm a sucker for sharing my interests and ideas 😭🤚
