Me and one of my moots been chatting once again about Jimmy on Pirates smp. I've mentioned that Kite Jimmy would be a funny idea.
Jimmy would join the kites but he's IN NO WAY good at fighting. He's quite frankly pathetic at pvp and everyone knew it, no one took him as a threat at all!
But Bek and Krow very much so saw the guy and went "sad lost puppy", but thats not what made them take him in at first. It was just out of spite for Martyn and Scott.
But now both Bek and Krow actually care about him and act like overprotective siblings, bodyguarding him to keep the others away. No one can resist the loser boy swag.
Krow banters with Jimmy constantly, tattle-tellih on him, just like in the rat's smp.
I miss rats smp

“i’m not sure that was called for but hey? you don’t like the sound of my voice? there’s the door, you’re the one who came to sit with me. remember?” scott tended to sound a lot braver than he felt but at the same time, how much more of this crap could he willingly take? his family were the opposite of safe because of this guy. he was hardly close to being in scott’s good books. “oh leave hank out of it, will you? do you ever wonder why people don’t have answers for you? hm?” perhaps because what he asked people to do wasn’t easy... no, it was impossible. “no? well clocks still ticking, there’s still time for that yet.” was that a threat? uh not exactly... it would have been if scott had any means whatsoever of being able to back it up but he uh... didn’t. “so we’re saying i have about zero luck of finding my way out of there? AWESOME! you’re really good at these pep talks! that was exactly what i needed to hear. thanks.” a loki had gotten out of there? well, that... that was something, right? where did he find one of these loki’s? because he needed to speak to them and figure out what the hell he was doing and fast. “and bring you the very thing you want back with me? so you can send me there all over again without it?” he didn’t see how that was going to work.  “that... that could have worked before but i’m beginning to realise you’re full of it. you don’t know anything about what my family feels for me. if you did? you know saying that was never going to work.” kang moved forward and scott was nowhere near close to being fast enough to pull back from him. “that... that could have worked before but i’m beginning to realise you’re full of it. “you are in a very public scene so unless you wanna’ give stark a rn for his money? i would let go.” in other words -- please, let go. however, he didn’t feel like he could literally say those words so he had to make that up instead. “are you -- are you going to do it right now?” @lcvenderhcze

[spencer] (pour scott parce que haspez forever) : “can you believe?” “i don’t think he needs our help! oh, never mind.” “he has the rest of his life to have a beard, you know what i’m saying?” “do you mind if i get rid of some of your clothes?”
Can you believe ?
Tumblr media
I don’t think she needs our help ! Oh, never mind.
Tumblr media
He has the rest of his life to have a beard, you know what I’m saying ?
Tumblr media
Do you mind if I get rid of some of your clothes ?

Chinese Operatives Revealing Shocking Biden Truths Warn America “Be Prepared Darkness Is Coming”
By: Sorcha Faal,
An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today discussing the summoning to the Ministry of Defense of the German defense attaché over his nation’s involvement in the NATO drilling scenarios for the use of tactical nuclear weapons in flagrant violation of the Nonproliferation Treaty, says these preparations for total war have caused the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) to reexamine the warnings issued over the past year by Francis Menton—who first rose to prominence in America in 1964 an economic adviser to Republican Party presidential candidate United States Senator Barry Goldwater, and for 31-years served as partner in the prestigious international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP—a law firm established in 1888 whose partners have included such distinguished elites as Secretary of War Lindley Garrison, Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter and Republican Party presidential candidate Wendell Willkie—and since he retired from this American government connected law firm in 2015, has seen Francis Menton writing about intelligence related issues on his blog Manhattan Contrarian—two of the most concerning over the past year being his 6 October 2019 document “The Bidens: Stone Cold Crooked”, and his just published 23 October 2020 document  “Biden Corruption: Trickle Of Information Becomes Flow Becomes Flood Becomes Avalanche”.
An information avalanche that now includes emails revealing that Hunter Biden was worried that his Communist Chinese business partner would “rat” to the “Feds”, as well as emails showing how Hunter Biden’s company partnered with the Communist Chinese military to acquire stealth technology, while being assisted by his “Big Guy” father Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State John Kerry—and were both beyond shockingly added to yesterday when Republic of China (Taiwan) intelligence operatives working for the National Security Bureau (NSB) gave a press conference on Gala Television satellite news channel GTV—where they released Hunter Biden videos showing him having lewd sex and smocking crack—released a second video showing Hunter Biden weighing crack cocaine on a scale—that was followed by them releasing two more videos of Hunter Biden containing pictures so sexually vile they can rightfully be deemed demonic.
Videos and pictures of Hunter Biden these Taiwan-Chinese intelligence operatives claim are but a small part of the massive number of such secret recordings the Communist Chinese having been using to blackmail socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden—and because of saw Joe Biden giving up to the Communist Chinese up to 20 secret agents working for the CIA that were then captured and murdered—and whose full purpose behind these Taiwan-Chinese intelligence officers chilling detailed in their video “The Truth”, wherein they warned the American people that the Biden’s were part of the Communist Chinese war effort called the 3-F Plan (Fall, Fail and Fell) designed to weaken, destroy and kill America—and who further warned the American people: “Darkness Is Coming, Be Prepared”.
A 3-F Plan known about by former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter, who a fortnight ago released his warning document “America On Cusp Of A Civil War: No Matter Who Wins The Election, There Will Be No Peaceful Transfer Of Power”—and by The Sunday Guardian, who just hours ago published their article “Election 2020: America’s Class War Disguised As Race War May Cause A Civil War” that warns the American people: “US intelligence operatives and the media have joined forces with the Democratic Party to deploy psychological operations, disinformation, and propaganda campaigns in an attempt to influence the outcome of the November presidential election”.
All of which explains why the American people by the millions are now panic buying military and survivalist gear, and why even socialist Democrats not supporting President Trump are arming themselves with weapons—one of whom is a self admitted “Bernie Bro” named Alexander Hillel Treisman, who to avenge his socialist leader Senator Bernie Sanders, was captured while traveling with a massive cache of guns and explosives on his way to kill socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden—that shows the socialist forces in America are fracturing—and while viewing, caused radical high-tech leftist billionaire David Barrett to send out an urgent message to his companies 10-million customers warning them that a vote for Trump may mean “CIVIL WAR”—and with the outbreak of this civil war being less than two weeks away, saw tech giant Google choosing its side by them suddenly this week killing off app that lets the American people check in on loved ones during an emergency.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
As fully expected to occur, this report concludes, immediately upon these Taiwan-Chinese intelligence operatives releasing their shocking information about Biden’s and what they and Communist China are planning, all of the social media giants protecting socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden began banning everyone trying to share this truthful information—a vile censorship tactic begun last week when news first broke about Hunter Biden’s laptop, but then saw it being observed: “Facebook and Twitter's frantic attempts to stop the spread of the New York Post's Hunter Biden story didn't prevent the article from becoming the top story about the election on those platforms last week”—an observation now joined by social media interactions involving Hunter Biden being the top topic among the American people following the debate this past week—which appears to prove that the American people aren’t as stupid as their socialist-leftist overlords think they are—and one hopes that before they tear themselves and their nation apart in a needless civil war, they heed the warning just given to them by The Sunday Guardian that tells them what’s really happening:
These same operatives have a long history of lying to the American people.
The propaganda campaigns and psychological operations currently being used against the American people are tradecraft hallmarks traditionally reserved for deployment on America’s enemies.
It seems that these intel agencies have gone rogue and become Stasi-like—charged with silencing all dissent to the Democratic Party’s ideological framework; this is extraordinary.
It is Orwellian.

I was tagged by @thebittervampire to answer these questions about books/reading! Thank you very much! :D
1. Which book has been on your shelves the longest?
Probably the first two volumes of D.Gray-man by Katsura Yoshino. I think I bought it back in 5th grade, when it was recommended by the manga club of my school.
2. What is your current read, your last read and the book you’ll read next?
Currently Der Ruf des Henkers by Björn Springorm. I’m also reading “The Call of Cthulhu and other weird stories” by H.P. Lovecraft then and again. Since there are only short stories, it’s great when I want to read something else and need some variation.  The last book I read was The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R, Tolkien. I’m still not sure what to read next, but I will probably continue with the other The Lord of The Rings books and start with the The Witcher book series by Andrzej Sapkowski or I read Pope Joan by Donna Woolfolk Cross. I have a long list.
3. Which book does everyone like and you hated?
I really really didn’t like The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I think it was one of the most boring books I’ve read, right next to The Host by Stephenie Meyer. Both have decent movies, but the books are just ugh no. I also really dislike Faust by J.W. Goethe for many reasons.
4. Which book do you keep telling yourself you’ll read, but you probably won’t?
Fantastic Beasts and where to find them by J.K. Rowling. I really liked the movie, but once I watched it twice and watched some interpretations etc,I don’t really feel the need to read it anymore. Maybe some day, when some time passed. I would also like to read Effi Briest by Theodor Fontane, but I probably won’t.
5. Which book are you saving for “retirement?”
Hmmm, maybe the Harry Potter book series?
6. Last page: read it first or wait till the end?
For a long time I always peeked to the last page, but right now I’m always saving it. Otherwise I might get bored, because I already know too much. xd
7. Acknowledgements: waste of ink and paper or interesting aside?
I really like when I see one. I think that’s just really nice and cute and just is a part of the book wich should not be missed!
8. Which book character would you switch places with?
Probably with Geralt from The Witcher. I would love to explore the world and know the characters in person. But I wouldd probably die pretty fast by a Drowner, so that’s debatable. xd
9. Do you have a book that reminds you of something specific in your life (a person, a place, a time)?
The Kingkiller Chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss always reminds me of @swingxilly, because she’s the one who recommended that brilliant book series to me.
10. Name a book you acquired in some interesting way.
I got one book from a flea market, if that counts. It’s a book about renaissance architecture.
11. Have you ever given away a book for a special reason to a special person?
Not yet, except some because I cleared out my room, but I wouldn’t call it that special.
12. Which book has been with you to the most places?
Most of the time the ones I’m currently reading.
13. Any “required reading” you hated in high school that wasn’t so bad ten years later?
Some books will always stay on my black list. Looking at you Kabale und Liebe by Friedrich Schiller. I still hate it to this day and that won’t change, same goes to the other terrible ones I had to read in school.
14. What is the strangest item you’ve ever found in a book?
Once there was chocolate in a book.
15. Used or brand new?
I’m more of brand new person, but I also don’t mind used ones, if they still look not too used and old, but it also depends on the book.
16. Stephen King: Literary genius or opiate of the masses?
Not necessarily my cup of tea, but I can see why people like his books. I also think his path to a great writer is admirable.
17. Have you ever seen a movie you liked better than the book?
As I already mentoned I liked the movie adaption of The Great Gatsby and The Host much better than their literary counterparts.
18. Conversely, which book should NEVER have been introduced to celluloid?
50 Shades of Grey.
19. Have you ever read a book that’s made you hungry, cookbooks being excluded from this question?
No, not yet.
20. Who is the person whose book advice you’ll always take?
I take the ones from @swingxilly and @kandilabre in consideration and I mostly take the ones from some blogs. I tag @swingxilly and @kandilabre. Have fun!

The December Marathon
The first week of December was Menton Week for Scott's work. Basically a celebratory week with events Every. Single. Day. It was fun, but I got nothing done on my personal to-do list during a critical pre-holiday week. But the boys got to see their daddy do incredible things, and it further cemented that he’ll forever be a superhero in their books.
Scott did fitness tests, a two-day long physical event (below is after a swim in the lake, leading to a 5-mile run, 7-mile ruck, a bunch of shooting...I don’t remember what else). He was giddy.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The week ended in a Ball.
Tumblr media
And then a Christmas party. William was still not into Santa photos.
Tumblr media
Hoping for better next year.
Tumblr media
Just to keep things interesting, Carson threw an ear infection into the mix.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He loves his Freya girl. They chew on bones together (barf).
Tumblr media
And then Scott and I went with some work people to Mt. Rainier.
Tumblr media
Just your typical glamorous, sexy ski bunny right here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We made it up. I sang Disney tunes to distract myself during the steep parts. Then I fell my way back down the mountain because my legs were so tired. And because I’m not a great skier. I probably would’ve sat down and cried...because that’s what I do on ski adventures and I didn’t want Scott to miss out on that... but I was too focused on getting home to the kids.
Tumblr media
Next up: Nonnie and PopPop for Christmas! Brett and his girls came to celebrate with us for a couple days too, and the whole Orr family was all together!
Christmas Eve Service.
Being three is fine. Both kinds kinda sucked during the service, but if I had to give an award to most problematic/unable to be included in events, Carson would win.
Tumblr media
He was so gentle with the bunny. Trying to get him to channel that energy with his brother.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Edited, but you get the idea. Love having Daddy home for Christmas this year.
Tumblr media
The kids decorated a cake for Brett...and Jesus.
Tumblr media
And had a great time with the Christmas toys.
Tumblr media
Bounce House--best money spent in a long time.
Tumblr media
We kept everyone busy and moving, including some exploring at the Chamber’s Bay Playground.
Tumblr media
Scott and I rented a trailer for an overnight ski trip (pause for a sec and read that again--I agreed to sleep in a trailer overnight), and William insisted on spending time in there before we went. There was no heat yet, but Bonnie was the best trooper and spent a solid hour in there reading him books.
Tumblr media
We had multiple things go off-script with our trip (car died, needed chains, no water for a potty, we were too early to skin the slopes), but since it was just the two of us, it was a refreshing reminder that not everything is a dramatic de-railed event when toddlers aren’t involved.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We came home, showered, and headed to the Polar Express.
Tumblr media
They did a WONDERFUL job. William was in awe and so excited to meet Santa. He was mostly concerned at the “North Pole” when he couldn’t get off and feed his graham crackers to the reindeer.
Tumblr media
But everyone took a turn with wiggle worm Carson.
Tumblr media
And it was a fantastic trip.
Tumblr media
Finished with a restaurant dinner in our own private room with two beastly (but happy) children that needed some good naps.
Tumblr media
We blinked, and we were on our own again. We took our stir-crazy crew to the airfield to run and throw rocks. William and Freya ran the ENTIRE way.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A drooling, teething, mess.
Tumblr media
So there you have it. Phew. So fun. So exhausting. A great end to 2019!

New Post has been published on http://yaroreviews.info/2021/05/battle-brews-over-banning-natural-gas-to-homes
Battle Brews Over Banning Natural Gas to Homes
A growing fight is unfolding across the U.S. as cities consider phasing out natural gas for home cooking and heating, citing concerns about climate change, and states push back against these bans.
Major cities including San Francisco, Seattle, Denver and New York have either enacted or proposed measures to ban or discourage the use of the fossil fuel in new homes and buildings, two years after Berkeley, Calif., passed the first such prohibition in the U.S. in 2019.
The bans in turn have led Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Kansas and Louisiana to enact laws outlawing such municipal prohibitions in their states before they can spread, arguing that they are overly restrictive and costly. Ohio is considering a similar measure.
The outcome of the battle, largely among Democratic-led cities and Republican-run states, has the potential to reshape the future of the utility industry, and demand for natural gas, which the U.S. produces more of than any other country.
Proponents of phasing out natural gas say their aim is to reduce planet-warming emissions over time by fully electrifying new homes and buildings as wind and solar farms proliferate throughout the country, making the power grid cleaner.
Homes and businesses account for about 13% of the nation’s annual greenhouse gas emissions, according to the Environmental Protection Agency, mostly because natural gas is used in cooking, heating, and washers and dryers. Climate activists say reducing that percentage is critical for states with goals to slash carbon emissions in the coming decades.
Opponents in the gas industry counter by citing the higher costs of making many homes fully electric, and pointing to the added security of having a second home energy source to heat and cook with during extreme weather events. They also highlight the preference many home and professional chefs have for using gas-fired stoves.
New all-electric homes are cost-competitive with those that use gas in many parts of the country, but retrofits can be considerably more expensive, depending on the existing heating and cooking systems and the cost of effectively converting them. A recent study by San Francisco found that retrofitting all housing units that now use natural gas would cost between $3.4 billion and $5.9 billion, costs that would fall on residents, the city or both.
Induction ranges, which use magnets to heat pots and pans directly, can be more expensive to buy than gas ranges, especially in professional kitchens. Restaurant associations across the nation have raised concerns about going electric.
Utilities that supply both electricity and natural gas could face more muted impacts if the shift accelerates. But those that supply only natural gas face the prospect of slower growth or even a reversal of demand, especially if momentum builds to electrify both new and existing homes.
Greater reliance on electricity raises the possibility that parts of the natural-gas delivery system will become stranded assets, facilities that retire before they pay for themselves. The Environmental Defense Fund, a nonprofit environmental advocacy group, in 2019 warned that in California, where gas utilities spend billions of dollars on their systems each year, stranded assets could complicate efforts to move away from gas by saddling customers with higher costs over time.
President Biden’s $1.7 trillion infrastructure plan calls for greater adoption of all-electric heat pumps and induction stoves, giving proponents hope that the government will do more to incentivize their adoption.

Panama Bartholomy, director of the Building Decarbonization Coalition, which supports efforts to electrify buildings throughout California, said the organization is pushing for the state to cut emissions from homes and businesses by 40% by 2030, and to adopt zero-emission building codes for each within the next few years.
“All of a sudden there’s a conversation happening that wasn’t happening two years ago,” Mr. Bartholomy said. “It’s the fastest-growing trend we’ve ever seen.”
Industry pushback has been swift, with many utilities and businesses voicing opposition to local gas bans.
Arizona last year became the first state to pass pre-emptive legislation barring municipalities from banning new gas hookups. The Arizona Chamber of Commerce helped lead a coalition of businesses that pushed for the legislation, even though no bans were under consideration in the state at the time. Garrick Taylor, the chamber’s interim chief executive, said the legislation was born of concerns that bans would result in higher electricity costs and reduced energy choices for residents and businesses.
“If you see something next door in California, there’s a chance that a municipality in your state is likely going to consider it,” Mr. Taylor said.

Do you support a ban on natural-gas use in new homes and buildings as a way to address climate concerns? Why or why not? Join the conversation below.
The American Gas Association, a national lobbying group, has been pushing for state laws prohibiting local bans. President Karen Harbert said an indiscriminate approach to widespread electrification could put strain on the grid, resulting in either higher electricity prices or greater reliance on gas-fired power plants.
“You have to do the math,” she said. “We can’t just say if we electrify everything, we’re going to solve the challenge of climate change.”
State agencies in California, Colorado, Massachusetts and New York have launched efforts to assess how the role of gas utilities may change in the coming years if demand plateaus or declines. Utilities across the country are beginning to ask the same question as they consider new gas investments.
Jan Berman, director of energy strategy and innovation at PG&E Corp. , which serves 16 million people in Northern and Central California, said it may eventually shrink its gas distribution system, if more homes are retrofitted to run entirely on electricity.

“We welcome the opportunity to avoid investments in new gas assets that might later prove to be underutilized as decarbonization efforts progress here in California,” she said.
Southern California Gas Co., a unit of Sempra Energy that is the nation’s largest gas utility, opposes bans on new hookups, arguing that customers should have the right to choose. The California Public Utilities Commission recently determined that SoCalGas misused ratepayer money to advocate against such bans and other energy efficiency measures, and ordered the company to refund customers for those efforts.
SoCalGas said it appreciates the agency’s finding that no violations, fines or penalties are warranted.
SoCalGas recently set a goal to achieve net-zero emissions by 2045. The utility is working to expand its use of renewable natural gas made from landfill waste and green hydrogen, which is produced using electricity from renewable energy sources. CEO Scott Drury said he envisions a future where the company’s existing infrastructure is used to augment wind and solar power, especially during periods of peak demand.
“What is flowing through those pipes will be different in 2045 than it is today,” he said. “How do you take the infrastructure that’s there, and use it in the most thoughtful way as a tool to enable what we’re collectively trying to pursue?”
