Okay can I see all your reference photos for stars!wilbur’s fit because the brainrot got me and I Need to cosplay him now

oh boy okay I'll just give a lot of reference pics and explain how it actually differs in my head because none of my reference pics for his outfits fit exactly what I imagine. warning it might be incoherent.

so in regards to what he wore on eldingvegr, I don't really have any good reference pics for that because for some reason I just never had a super specific mental image in mind for his outfit there? I had references for niki and tommy's eldingvegr clothes but not wilbur's. all I can say about the eldingvegr outfit is that wilbur wore a lot of white, gold, and silver, because that tends to be the color scheme for a lot of eldingvegr clothing. it also wasn't too opulent if he was just going about his daily life, but it wasn't completely plain or anything either.

now onto zephys iv: I posted these images yesterday but I'll just post them again as a more summarized reference thing

this is pretty similar to how I imagine wilbur's first zephys iv coat. this is kind of the standard coat most ambassadors wear, although the shade of blue varies. wilbur's is this deep teal shade, and it falls roughly to his hips. he usually wears it belted with a white button-up shirt underneath it, with black trousers and black leather military-style boots. It also has a large foldover collar like this

then for wilbur's second coat he gets after the fight with tommy, I was inspired by this

except the coat is a much lighter shade of grey, and the speckle design you see are small embroidered stars in shades of teal and blue. the fabric itself is also a bit shimmery, almost like velvet, and it's not this long either. I'd say the closest comparison is this

so essentially it's like this coat but with a similar design to the one above it. unlike his ambassador coat, wilbur wears this coat open, usually with a plain white button-up shirt underneath along with a pair of black or grey trousers, and the same military boots as before.

I literally can't draw so this is the only way I can explain designs in my head I'm so sorry for how incoherent this is lmao

also, technically wilbur wears glasses, but I also keep forgetting he wears glasses so I never mention them in the text. his glasses pretty much look the same as cc!wilbur's glasses, except on eldingvegr they're gold, and then when he gets new ones on zephys iv they're silver
