Support for poor countries and learn about the charm of fair trade tea
Fair Trade certified black tea is not just a drink. By trading tea leaves produced in poor countries such as Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh at a reasonable price, it is a product that allows consumers to realize their contribution to society while protecting the lives of producers. In this blog, we will dig deep into the characteristics of fair trade black tea and the story behind it, and tell you its importance and charm.
Table of contents
1. [What is fair trade tea? The mechanism and significance] (section1)
2. [A mechanism to protect producers in poor countries: the role of fair trade prices and premiums] (section2)

What is fair trade black tea? Its mechanism and significance
The background of the birth of fair trade
In the global tea market, the harsh working conditions and the hardships of producers are hidden behind the cup of tea that we enjoy on a daily basis. Especially in tea production areas in developing countries, farmers and workers have been at the mercy of price fluctuations and unfair trading conditions.
Market prices are unstable, and producers are often forced to sell at low prices below production costs, making it difficult for producers to raise living expenses and education expenses. This has created a chain of poverty, and many families are living without adequate medical care and education.
A system called fair trade was born to solve these problems. The system aims to guarantee transactions at "fair prices" for agricultural workers and workers in developing countries and to provide a foundation for sustainable living.
The role played by consumers
Fair trade is a mechanism that builds an "ethical bridge" between producers and consumers. As consumers, our choice of fair trade products is a means of delivering direct support to producers in developing countries.
The point is that these changes come from the choices of small consumers. Even if the price of black tea is a little high, if you are aware of the efforts and lives of the producers behind it, the purchase behavior goes beyond mere "shopping" and becomes a "social contribution".
Changes created by the mechanism of fair trade
The changes brought about by fair trade are not limited to the lives of producers. It has created a wide range of effects such as the following.
1. **Independence and economic stability of producers**
The guarantee of a fair trade price allows producers to proceed with production in a planned manner without fear of fluctuations in market prices.
2. **Developming of local communities**
Fair trade premiums are used for the development of local communities such as education, medical care, and infrastructure development.
3. **Environmental protection**
Fair trade standards require environmental considerations to promote sustainable agriculture.
4. **Increasing consumer awareness**
By choosing fair trade products, consumers have the opportunity to learn about the current situation and challenges of the production area.
The future of fair trade: what we can do
To further expand fair trade initiatives, the active involvement of consumers is necessary. Specifically, the following actions can be considered.
- **Purchase of fair trade products**
Start by choosing fair trade tea in your daily life.
- **Information transmission**
By spreading the importance of fair trade on blogs and SNS, many people are more likely to sympathize with and participate in this initiative.
- **Educational activities**
It is important to provide opportunities to learn about fair trade at school and local events, and to convey that philosophy to the next generation of consumers.
Fair trade black tea is not just a drink, but a "bond" that connects producers and consumers around the world. Let's make our daily choices more meaningful, aware that this cup will help protect the lives of producers and build a sustainable future.

"Trustee Authority Affirmed: Rajasthan High Court Rules Power of Attorney Holder Can Lead Evidence on Behalf of Trust"
The High Court quashed the Rent Tribunal's order debarring the petitioner from leading the evidence and directed the Tribunal to proceed with the case, acknowledging that Parasmal Pipada, in his capacity as Manager and Power of Attorney holder, was indeed entitled to lead evidence and exhibit documents.

Shri Ramniwas Dham Trust through its Power of Attorney Holder Shri Parasmal Pipada v. Smt. Nirmala Choudhary & 12 others
WP 16508/2018
Before High Court of Jodhpur
Heard by Hon'ble Madam Justice Rekha Borana
Background
The petitioner challenged the order from the Rent Tribunal, Bhilwara, passed on July 26, 2018 partly allowing application of the defendant, requesting that the evidence provided by Shri Parasmal (the Power of Attorney holder) be excluded and that documents presented by him be demarked.
Legal Issue
Whether a Power of Attorney holder who is also a Manager of the Trust can present evidence and have documents exhibited on behalf of the Trust.
Legal position as per Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959
Section 2(17) defines “trustee” as a person in whom either alone or in association with other persons the trust property is vested and includes a manager; Section2(18) “working trustee” means any person who, for the time being, either alone or in association with some other person or persons, administers the trust property of any public trust and includes the manager of a public trust as well as – (a) in the case of a math, the head of such math, and
(b) in the case of a public trust having its principal office or principal place of business outside the State of Rajasthan, the person in charge of the management of the property and administration of the public trust in that State;
Court's Observation
A bare perusal of the above definitions makes it clear that Manager of a Trust holds the capacity of a Trustee. Therefore, the power of attorney holder of the petitioner-Trust who was Manager of the Trust, definitely falls under the definition of a “Trustee”. He could therefore, very well have led evidence on behalf of the petitioner-Trust and ought to have been permitted as such.

Deforestación
¡¡Hola amigos!!

Follow @alkalineherbshop Spending time in the sun stimulates certain chemicals and pathways in the brain that boost mood, health, and energy. ⠀ Sunlight helps regulate your body’s master clock, which is controlled by the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN) located in a region of the brain called the hypothalamus. The SCN influences hormonal and neurochemical processes involved in your body’s sleep/wake cycle, and relies on feedback from the light-sensitive retinal tissues in your eyes to function properly. One 2017 study involving 61 older adults showed that increasing sun exposure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. boosted sleep quality. ⠀ A 2008 review from Environmental Health Perspectives also explains that sun exposure stimulates the production of vitamin D. According to the review, just 30 minutes of sun exposure produces up to 10,000 IU of vitamin D in dark-skinned people and up to 50,000 IU of vitamin D in light-skinned people. ⠀ Vitamin D is important for bone health, but it also impacts mood and energy. A 2012 scientific review links vitamin D deficiency to depressed mood and fatigue. Sunlight is also thought to boost mood by stimulating the production of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is associated with a sense of well-being and happiness. ⠀ Sources: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6751071/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2290997/ https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/seasonal-affective-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20364651 https://www.healthline.com/health/depression/benefits-sunlight https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22536767/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28786887/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3779905/ https://www.healthline.com/health/mental-health/serotonin#functions https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/vitamin-d-deficiency-symptoms#section2 https://www.instagram.com/p/Cgap_3Uu2_0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

For many generations, Noah's people had been worshipping statues that they called gods. They believed that these gods would bring them good, protect them from evil, and provide all their needs. They gave their idols names such as Waddan, Suwaan, Yaghutha, Yaauga, and Nasran, according to the power they thought these gods possessed.
Allah the Almighty revealed: And they #Idolaters have said: "You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq nor Nasr (names of the idols). "
