I love your self-insert artworks so much! But why do I think there's not many people out there appreciate the beauty of self-insert arts, or is it just me?

because most likely those ppl have been influenced by the mentality that oc x canon/selfinsertart is bad and “”””cringey’’’’’, that oc x canon/selfinsert artists are out there to destroy our crops and poison our water supply, and making fun of said artists makes you cool.

because apparently being deeply invested in a fictional world and its characters and allowing them to affect you in a positive way is dumb when that’s EXACTLY what fiction is for, it’s an escape from reality.
