A follow up to my previous post about Hidden Achievements --

Not sure why, but I was suddenly motivated to get these training achievements. It was one of those moments where you're super fixated on something to the point where it needed to be done (even if it was completed via auto battle, ahaha) Sheeesh~

It took me around 15 runs (give or take) of Senior Hunter Contest Round 01-04 for each love interest, though you can earn the achievement from any version of Hunter Contest since the requirement is an elimination count based in that battle mode.

No diamond were rewarded for these achievements, but you do get 2 new personal titles per love interests. So that's 4 new prefixes and 4 new suffixes.

The following titles you unlock are the following:

XAVIER'S UNDER CONTROL: Professional, Overlord

ZAYNE'S WINNING ATTITUDE: Promising, Distributor

RAFAYEL'S UNSTOPPABLE: Impressive, Genius

SYLUS'S PERFECT SHOT: Walking, Destroyer

Before unlocking these 4 achievements my total achievement points was at 207. These new achievements brought my total count to 211. This allowed me to reach the 210 milestone, rewarding me with 100x Diamonds + 1x Empyrean Wish + 20000 Gold.

‼️ PSA ‼️ This SHC season's 5-star Seasonal Boost Memories are, once again, exclusive to the limited cards in the current multi banner.

What this means that if you didn't pull on the multi, you will get 10% DMG Boost at most, making it harder for you to get all the diamonds from one of the very few sources of renewable diamonds in the game.

The last time they did this was on SHC Season 1/13 with the Nightly Rendezvous banner. This trend continued for another three seasons, encompassing Caleb's debut and the Catch-22 banner. That's a total of 4 seasons = 8 weeks = up to 2,400 renewable diamonds that were purposefully made more difficult to acquire.

Why should players be punished for not pulling on a banner that they don't like?

If this doesn't sit right with you, in the upcoming survey on May 7-May 18, please advocate to include at least 1 standard 5-star in the Seasonal Boost Memories every SHC season. Every voice counts!

i kind of want to do a little senior hunter contest series whenever i do attempt. i used to brute force with rafayel, but now since i swapped and have been maining sylus, i want to do the challenge again and once PG provides enough friggin memories for me to do all 3 divisions for SHC, i want to do that. for now...

i have managed to 12⭐ clear team a and team b with just sylus. weeee.

i think i'll use @scarlet-passion to stash those things. i'm excited!

I normally only focus to get 33/36 for the diamonds, but I'm so happy I got all stars 😭 I will post my stats bit later if someone is interested!

Quick question for anyone who got all 36 medals in the Senior Hunter Contest:

I finally managed to collect the medals today with the latest contest, but I didn't receive the rewards.

I'm talking about the dynamic avatar frame and the Badge of Honour... 🥲

Will they unlock after the contest ends or is it just a bug? Can anyone help? 🫠

FINALLY. It took so many tries! The past seasons were breezy but the new boss for Team B, the one with five protocore shields is a pain in the ass.

Some tips and my team details below:

Team A

Team B

To break one protocore shield, you need to coordinate with your companion to stand behind the same rock once the prompt appears (few seconds after the last boss appears). Initially, I sometimes miss this because I can’t get my companion to follow me). But I found out that you don’t have to hide behind the big far rocks (the LI won’t follow you anyway! 🙄). The rock surrounding the boss counts too and if your companion stands in front of that, you just stand behind him (make sure you are both standing on the same red path that appears) and it counts, breaking one protocore shield.

I used Master of Fate Zayne here after failing with Xavier (Caleb probably could but he is too underleveled). I tried after @hananoami told me she cleared it with him (tysm my lovely friend💕) and shared her run with me.

What I did was kill the first phase mob as quickly as possible (<5sec), pushed to kill the second phase mini boss before timer reaches 2:00 (did it with 2:15) , then use the last few seconds before 1:30 mark (goal for 3 stars) to finish off the last boss. For the last two solo bosses, after a few seconds, you’ll see a heart icon on its HP bar. If you see this, your damage is enhanced and you can time your active and companion skills here). I saved my ult for the last boss

Reference the videos if you need a visual aid for my notes. ✦ Team A: 1:33 clear. Hybrid build, Crit Rate to 40-50% and the rest into DMG to Weakened. First wave: - Regular resonance and 1 active skill. Second wave: - Basic attacks -> Fury resonance. - 1 parry outside of weakness. - A couple of charged attacks to heal up before hitting Fury resonance. Need as much HP here to maximize damage for the next part. - Fury resonance. No active skills. If things are looking good, you should be able to kill the golem just as weakness ends. Third wave: - Use active skill as soon as it spawns. If you can approximate where it spawns, you cap opt to charge your active skill for this. - 2 parries outside of weakness. The fire golem can punch pretty fast - watch out for that. - Once your HP is near full and you are at/ahead of 1:43 on the timer, use Fury resonance. Double active skill rotation. Use oath within weakness. - If it's still breathing after all that, beat it up until it dies. ✦ Team B: 1:32 clear. Crit build is crucial for the way I did this fight. First wave: - You need to kill 2 enemies in order to spawn and additional 2 enemies. - Once you're sure that you killed 2 enemies, circle back around to manual lock the newly-spawned shielded enemy as an anchor point for resonance. - The faster you can clear this, the better. My benchmark was 2:15-2:20 on the timer. Second wave: - Resonance when it spawns. DO NOT rush to shieldbreak. - When it generates a shield (white bar on enemy HP), keep attacking it until the shield depletes. Crits make this easier. - After its shield has been depleted, and you have 3-4 bars of Potential (under your HP bar), use resonance to shieldbreak. - During weakness, hold off on using support skill until the very end. You wanna time it so that Searing Slash fires off AFTER weakness ends, to delay the enemy from generating another shield right away, buying you just a bit more time to get some hits in to finish it off. ✦ Team C: Brute force 2/4. Crit build to take advantage of that sweet sweet Crit DMG buff fluctuation. 1:42 clear, but this was on a particularly lucky run, in most attempts I was closer to 1:30. Went low for this because I was curious just how much I could push it! You can go really low! This is a good opportunity to unlock the SHC SMS for an LI that you haven't cleared SHC with yet. I was so happy to use Pilot in this!! Even if he did die a lot. First and second wave: - For the first wave, tap on where the middle mob will show up and quickly use resonance. Targeting the middle mob ensures that resonance hits all enemies. - If resonance doesn't bring the Magma Knaves to the lower 1x HP or doesn't kill them outright, I reset the fight. - If the Magma Knaves still have a sliver of HP, ignore them. They will self-destruct or get killed by Pilot's explosions. - Active skill spam after this point. - Pick up HP at the end of each wave to improve survivability. Third wave: - Active skill spam. - Support skill to refresh the mark, but be careful that it doesn't put Caleb in a bad position. The damage is lethal. - When the camera zooms out and the boss has a red circle right underneath it, that's your cue that it's about to do the spinning attack. Active skill into the spin (BE BRAVE), if you have it up and still need to fill a big damage gap, but quickly dash out of the spin afterwards so you don't get knocked around. - Use oath, 1:34 at the latest, so that you can quickly hit resonance after oath to squeeze in a bit more damage.

16/12 SHC | 36/36 xavier only (30% DMG Boost)

my first 36/36 stars shc is here!! i can't believed i finally get to have the badge 🫦 here are my teams and some notes about my runs for this season shc. hopefully i get full stars too in the next one

Team A: R2 LT + claymore

i couldn't remember how much time i had left but it was a comfy run. no retries

Team B: R3 LS + MN companion + exclusive gun

hardest division i've ever run. fought this division for 3 hours straight.

readjusted my cores multiple times and had to retry everytime i'm nearing the 150 secs mark in stage 3

Team C: R0 MN + claymore

frenzy stage was relatively easy. was a comfy run

BUT stage 4 was kicking my ass. i always hit the 90 secs mark it honestly pmo so much

finally managed to pass with 4 secs left. i did double frangere slash during the second weakened state on the last boss wanderer
