05. Relationship status: “Open”. (Eventually) marrying Cianna is about giving them both political status relative to one another, and solving her question of what his baby should call her after she offered to help raise it. It doesn’t include monogamy.

06. Ideal mate: Himself. Like… honestly. Who does he think is the only perfect person in the galaxy? It’s him. His sithy wife Cianna is a pretty close candidate. She checks all the important boxes with some good bonuses of her own to bring to the table. He did genuinely like Vette while they were together, but it’s ironic SHE probably expected it to last longer than he did. He was the one surprised when she finally dumped him. Meanwhile he’ll also keep Quinn around forever, despite the one-sidedness and everything that happened. For later, I have theorized that when Tarskal is in mid-life doldrums he’s going to decide the right side-relationship to pursue is a cynical Republic soldier with a great beard.

07. Turn-ons: The list would be L O N G. I mean, great beards just came up. MOST physical and personality-related resemblances to himself are turn-ons. He loves to hang out with goddamn trolls (in the same category as he himself is a goddamn troll) – that’s what he calls “a sense of humor”. He also loves when people react to BEING trolled in ways that entertain him (see: Quinn & the cynical soldier-man referenced above). 12. Biggest fantasy: … Why would u do this to me, @claudela​ & question-writer? All I can think of is Macro fetish material. WOULD HE BANG AN ALIEN OF A SPECIES MUCH LARGER THAN HIMSELF? Yes – absolutely he would take advantage of an opportunity for that experience.

12b. Ultimate fantasy: Shapeshifting. Preferably for himself, but he’d also be down with getting it on with a shapeshifter.

13. Bad habits: According to him? “Being too generous to those who don’t deserve it”. Actually, the real ones are more like: thinking only about himself, favoritism when he does choose someone to pay attention to, not giving other people their due generally, leaving the work to other people, being too hard on everyone but himself, shifting blame, generally being an asshole, losing his temper, holding grudges – and it’s a good thing he’s got droids to do all his house chores for him, because he’d be pretty awful about doing anything not immediately benefitting him.

17. Worst romantic experience: Possibly something when he was young because he was AN AWKWARD YOUTH, possibly a time when someone was actually trying to kill him (surprise!assassin), maybe something where he should have done his research about an alien species he met at a bar – or maybe just that time he traveled ALL ACROSS BALMORRA solving problems and doing errands for the benefit of the Empire, and Darth Lachris came to meet him just to give him a smooch on the cheek, a smile, and a “bye now”?! 8)!!! !!!
