oh my god you guys I am not unreasonably weak and slow and whatnot, people are just shit at holding boards
#we got a contraption installed that holds up boards for breaking#set aside the weakness of the flesh for the purity of the machine etc etc#and that thing is sturdy and stable and does not bounce back like people do#and man you can just snap a board like a cracker???#like that was so easy it was like with the super thin little baby board#anyway that was very satisfying I am kind of exhilarated#even the ones I didn't go through with I felt it buckle a bit#unlike the way it moves back as a solid object when it was held by a person#m#fitness#ish#perhaps a separate tag yea#martial arts
