clark i saw you’re having some ear aches, i’m so sorry hon :(( i used to get ear infections all of the time as a kid and mi abuela used to crush ginger and soak it in some warm olive oil for a few minutes. after it’s warmed up (but not too warm) she would put it around the outer ear canal (but not inside!!). she would always say that ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that could help with any pain and it did help a bit!! i hope you feel better soon and remember to drink lots of water and rest <33
