I thrifted dis Dino the other day an he had the yellow friend inside his mouth when I got him!!! I think his name is spike I've been holding onto him while I sleep and have woken up with him still in my arms twice :3. He's already so special to me

He is a "stuffies" brand stuffie which means he has pockets in all of his legs, a velcro pocket in his back, his mouth is a zipper pocket and his tongue is even a little pocket!!!

I'm so excited to stash little stim toys an stuffs in his little pockets!!!

WARNING// REFLECTIONS ABOUT AGERE FROM BIG RAIN💚

Something I go through with agere is this weird binge/purge cycle with it. Its like I have some sort of internalized shame about regressing so I will get rid of a TON of toys and stuff and try to purge it from my life completely and I'll be fine for a while but my brain ALWAYS goes back to it when I'm very stressed, anxious, or having a meltdown. Nothing works better than allowing myself to slip to cope for me. I've always found it difficult to balance being 27 and being 4 because no matter how much it feels like I want to, I can't abandon my responsibilities, or I will be swimming in overwhelm.

All I know is that whenever my brain comes back to acceptance, agere feels like home. Thank you for holding this space with me. You all are beautiful 💚
