I recognize you are important.
You did important things and made sure someone wasn't alone. I'm so sorry you had that choice, to be altruistic, taken from you. You didn't deserve that.
Your days aren't wasted because you aren't "contributing." Your existence is your birth right, and every day you're able to wake up and be in this world is a productive day.
There is no "should be," just arbitrary rules made up for a system that was fundamentally insufficient from the start.
You are not insufficient. The people who love you will take you with everything you are.
Things will be okay in the end. It's not over until things are okay.

just know that every single time you feel like you can't do it, you've cried, gotten hurt, etc, you've survived.
you've survived 100% of all your worst days and experiences, and just know that you can do it again, and again, and again.
whether its very serious or as simple as seeing something you don't like, keep in mind that you'll be okay, no matter how long it may take for you to stop being scared.
and if you can't? don't worry. everyone goes their own pace, and some people need more comfort, support, and reassuring than others.

im sure many of us have experienced some form of regression block ! affirmations can be a good way to relax, as well as to remind you that your regression is valid !
how to use :
♡ read n repeat 2-4x ! sometimes you have to make sure that your heart and mind are really listening
♡ write down affirmations that speak to you ! you can write them in your journal or make some cute flashcards !
♡ use phone apps to send you affirmations/affirmation reminders ! (once i find some, i will link them below)
♡ practice affirmations with your cg, sibs, or friends ! read them together or to each other !
♡ keep practicing your affirmations ! consistency is the key to habit and growth !
♡ combat negative thinking by instead practicing positive self talk !
