A new Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG forbidden/Limited list has been released!
Changes:
Forbidden:
Number 16: Shock Master
Performage Damage Juggler
Performage Plushfire
No other changes.
Just hits to Performage and pals probably because:
Performage Damage Juggler - can banish itself from the graveyard to add 1 performage monster from the deck to the hand except another damage juggler, Negate the activation and effect of a card that would deal damage to you by discarding this card and being able to discard this card to the graveyard during the battle phase to reduce the next battle damage you would take to 0 during that battle phase. 2 anti-damage effects and a search effect makes this card too powerful for a level 4 monster.
Performage Plushfire - you can special summon any performage from the deck(except another plushfire) when its destroyed by battle or card effect on the field. You can use Wavering Eyes or Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer’s(or any effect to destroy it yourself to trigger its effect) and no once-per-turn clause
Number 16: Shock Master - locks opponent from using certain type of card, almost always sealing games if you call spell, since most tournaments players used Performage and Pals(wont be able to activate pendulum scales)

ShadowRipper’s Card of the Day:
Charm of Shabti
This card received an errata that completely changed the effect of the card.
Its original errata was:
Discard this card from your hand to the Graveyard to make the damage inflicted to monsters that include “Gravekeeper’s” in their card name 0 until the End Phase of the current turn. However, the damage to your Life Points is calculated normally.
It was then changed to:
Discard this card from your hand.Until the End Phase, make the Battle Damage to monsters that include “Gravekeeper’s” in their card name 0.
and then to:
During either player’s turn: You can discard this card; until the End Phase, “Gravekeeper’s” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle.

ShadowRipper’s Card of the Day:
Dark Paladin
This card is the cover card for Magician's Force and Duelist Pack: Yugi.
When the 1st edition packs of Magician's Force were released, the artwork for this card was that of theDuel Master's Guide "Dark Paladin". It was later corrected.
This monster further suggests that "Buster Blader" and "Dark Magician" may have some connection. The two monsters do resemble each other, especially in their armor, and their attack and defense power is somewhat alike. They are counterparts, also, in one being a physical attacker (Warrior), and the other a magical one (Spellcaster). Also, "Skilled White Magician" and "Skilled Dark Magician", the two cards that can Summon "Buster Blader" and "Dark Magician" respectively, share very similar ATK, DEF and effect.
The explosion in the background of the Duelist Pack: Yugi version looks similar to the card art of "Diffusion Wave-Motion", the card Yugi used on "Dark Paladin" to win his Duel against Kaiba in the Battle City Finals.
This is the first Nomi Fusion Monster to be released in the TCG.
This card's first OCG (but second TCG) artwork is taken from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Duel 202: "", specifically from the panel showing this monster being Summoned.
This card's second OCG (but first TCG) artwork is taken from the title page for Yu-Gi-Oh! DuelistDuel 203: "".
This card's third OCG/TCG artwork is taken from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Duel 203: "", specifically from the next panel after this monster attacked, showing the 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" exploding. However, he has his right arm stretched out further and raised higher in the manga.

ShadowRipper’s Card of the day:
Demise of the land
This is a counterpart of "Terraforming".
This card's name appears to be a misnomer as it actually creates a field, rather than destroying one.
However, it can (fitting very appropriately with the name) instantly activate "Zombie World".
In addition to that, this card's OCG name actually translates to "Land of Demise", which is a more fitting name, since this card creates a new land that may become the foe's demise.
This card's name may refer to "Demise, King of Armageddon", in the "Demise" part of the name after the card destroys everything with its effect.

ShadowRipper’s Card of the Day:
Kozaky
This monster appears in the artworks of the following cards:
"Giant Kozaky"
"Kozaky's Self-Destruct Button"
"Fruits of Kozaky's Studies"
"Overworked"
"Level Conversion Lab"
"Woodborg Inpachi"
"Success Probability 0%"
He is responsible for the upgrade of "Gagagigo" to "Giga Gagagigo" as seen in "Level Conversion Lab".
He is also responsible for the upgrade of "Charcoal Inpachi" to "Woodborg Inpachi" as seen in the bottom right hand corner of said card.
He is a close friend with "Magical Scientist" as seen on "Success Probability 0%".
He and the "Magical Scientist" may be responsible for creating the Koa'ki Meiru monsters within his "Iron Core Specimen Lab" upon discovering/inventing and/or studying the "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru". If he is not the creator he may simply have found them and is experimenting on them.
According to Master Guide 2, "Magical Scientist" is both a friend and a rival of science.
The background of this card is made up of binary code.
However, this binary code is 5-bit and cannot be interpreted by any commercially available computers or binary-to-text translators.
The flavor text on this English card mentions "Dark World" six sets before the release of the first Dark World card. However, the Japanese card does not do this and instead refers to "Demon World" (魔界), meaning that the English card's use of "Dark World" was a coincidence.
This card's description and some cards related to him seem to tell Kozaky's history:
"A workaholic (Fruits of Kozaky's Studies) fiend who devotes everything to his research (Iron Core Specimen Lab, Level Conversion Lab, Giant Kozaky, Woodborg Inpachi) into the languages of Dark World (Dark World). His mind has collapsed (Kozaky's Self-Destruct Button) because of working too hard (Overworked)." That'd indicate Kozaky was responsible for the creation/evolution of many monsters, but worked too hard, collapsing and killing himself.
This is one of the few monsters who has its history shown out of the series.

ShadowRipper’s Card of the Day:
Cyber-Stein
"Cyber-Stein" and its Japanese name, meaning "Devil Franken", are both based off Frankenstein. In the novel, Victor Frankenstein revives a dead body comprised of body parts from several different bodies, much in the same way Fusion Monsters are comprised of Fusion Material monsters, explaining why "Cyber-Stein" summons Fusion Monsters.
This monster shares a common naming convention with another monster based off of Frankenstein's monster- Number 22: Zombiestein. In the OCG, their names contain "Franken" (Cyber-Stein's OCG name is "Devil Franken" and Number 22's is "Fran Ken") while in the TCG their names contain "Stein" instead.
This monster appears in the artwork of "Tour Bus To Forbidden Realms".
Before Upperdeck Day only 18 of the SJC-EN001 card existed in the world. $20,000 USD was bid for a "Cyber-Stein" SJC-EN001 card on eBay, but the bidder didn't pay. The card was eventually resold for approximately $7,000 USD.
In more recent years a copy or two have surfaced on card single sites for as low as $400 USD.
"Cyber-Stein" was the first of only three cards to be banned during the middle of a banlist cycle, and not during the new banlist announcements. It was followed by "Dimension Fusion" and "Temple of the Kings".
In the OCG, this card was Forbidden for sixteen formats before being Limited once more, which was the most of any card before it was surpassed by "Raigeki"'s twenty-four in the TCG.
The Dark Beginning 1 version "Flame Swordsman" has its name misprinted as "Cyber-Stein".
This card has the largest Life Point cost to activate of any card, barring cards with variable Life Point costs such as "Solemn Judgement" and "Backs to the Wall".
This is one of only two Shonen Jump Championship Prize Cards to be banned, with the other being "Crush Card Virus".
Coincidentally, both were printed as a Rare card in Dark Beginning Volume 2 and Turbo Pack: Booster One respectively. Before "Shrink" was printed as a common, this was the lowest rarity a Shonen Jump Championship Prize Cards was printed.

ShadowRipper’s Card of the Day:
Mind Master
The symbol on the glass dome that encases its brain resembles the universal symbol for power, commonly found on the power buttons of many electronics.
This card originally had the text You can pay 800 Life Points to Tribute 1 Psychic-Type monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Psychic-Type monster from your Deck in face-up Attack Position., but was given an errata soon after it was released. This is the first case in which Konami announced a card errata on their website.
This card appears in the artwork of:
"Mind Over Matter"
"Psychic Trigger"
"Psychic Path"
"Telekinetic Power Well"
"Brain Research Lab"
This card is the second Tuner monster to become Limited, along with "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind". The first Tuner to be Limited was "Plaguespreader Zombie".
This card is also the first Psychic-Type monster to be Limited.
This card is one of the two Forbidden Tuner monsters, the other being "Fishborg Blaster".
It is also the first Psychic-Type monster to become Forbidden.
It is also the only Level 1 Psychic-Type Tuner monster, thus placing a huge hamper on Psychic-type Decks that rely heavily on more than one Synchro Summon since it became Forbidden (and Psychic-types are uncommon enough as-is). The only other Level 1 Psychic-type monster that isn't Forbidden is "Doctor Cranium", who isn't a Tuner, and later became the nerfed successor of Mind Master (being first released in the same set).

This card is based on the Chinese Dragon.
This card appears in the artwork of "Attack Reflector Unit", "Cybernetic Hidden Technology", "Final Fusion", "Cyber Repair Plant", "Evolution Burst", "Cyber Network", "Three of a Kind" and "Tribute Trade".
In Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2007 and Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008, the hologram for "Cyber Dragon" was of its second artwork.
In Duelist Pack 4: Zane Truesdale, this card is harder to get as a Rare than the Ultra Rare "Infernal Dragon".
This card apparently has this evolution line:
"Cyber Larva" > "Proto-Cyber Dragon" > "Cyber Dragon Zwei" > "Cyber Dragon Drei" > Cyber Dragon > "Cyber Twin Dragon" > "Cyber End Dragon"
As its name suggests, "Cyber Dragon Core" may be the core of this monster, as it was inside of it or was its primary form.
This monster is listed on 4 Fusion Monsters as a fusion material
