Are there any political unions yet in your game?

I don't think political unions are a thing in CK3. unless you mean like, have any of my nation-tans married each other? occasionally Arthur tries to marry one of his sisters because they're not related in-game and he just REALLY wants that Brythonic alliance I guess. but I don't typically go out of my way to make any of them marry each other.

there was one time Olena/Ukraine married Herakles/Greece and they obliterated Bulgaria together. that was fun.

Midday most likely during spring. Realistically and HOPEFULLY on Beltane because that's..one of Erin's favorite holidays and it holds so much meaning in general to her. ( Unless Reiner has a better date in mind in which case Erin won't argue too much about the general date of their wedding. )

HANDFASTING. Which means Slavic an Celtic traditions are gonna be in full bloom. You won't find a single Christian/Catholic thing involved when it comes to this wedding. Handfasting is the main event of their wedding, no reading from a bible or any of that jazz. I'm sure they're also going to do fun things like toss the bouquet and the garter, but these two are gonna stick to mostly Celtic and Slavic wedding traditions.

But he does one day and she has to sit down on the couch and calm down because she can't actually process what's going on. She says yes though. How can she not say yes if it's him?

Clearly, Reiner is gonna be waiting at the altar. Erin will be walking down.

Well we know Erin’s dress is gonna be This, but Reiner? Has free range? Is he gonna wear a suit? Is he gonna wear something traditional? That’s totally up to him and either way he’s gonna look handsome as hell.

They're going with more neutral colors of course. Even Erin's dress isn't white, but it's more of a nude color. The only thing to contrast the nude colors are gonna be the bright orange tulips they got.

Orange Tulips and Bells of Ireland. Orange Tulips apparently mean happiness and mutual understanding/connection between two people. And Bells of Ireland mean luck as well. I think it's also good luck to place a fresh shamrock in the bouquet so that's gonna happen.

what their vows are ( eg poetry, traditional, improvised etc. )

As with all Handfastings, they will go with the more traditional vows first until it's time for their own vows which come somewhere in the middle once their hands are tied together. And man... I bet their vows are gonna make everyone cry. They'll make each other cry too. It's going to be a mess for both of them.

NOPE. No one is late because uh. They just...wanna see if this wedding is real and if these two are gonna ghost each other lmfao. ( They don't. They refuse to. )

THERE ARE NO SIDES AT THIS WEDDING. Mostly because uh? They have such a small group of friends anyway and their family members are "shared" at this point... Yeah. They're not very pressed about it.

So this wedding is somewhat informal. They're not too pressed about groomsmen or bridesmaids. So long as they all match the color scheme it shouldn't matter too much? Literally, they do not care what anyone else shows up wearing.

Given the wedding is very small, I think everyone is gonna want a turn to give a speech. Mostly, we know for a fact Maria is gonna give an embarrassing speech on how Erin fell for Reiner for the very first time. ( And everyone gets to see the bride sink down under the table and pray that death takes her. ) There's also Gilbert...because I mean...we all know he HAS to say something. And Erin won't stop him either she wants Gilbert to give the most embarrassing and sappy speech ever.

Everyone...is gonna be married at this point probably. At least everyone that happens to be there. Which means, Erin is gonna aim it directly at Zs so her and Gilbert can renew their vows. It's what they deserve.

So, I think their wedding photos are gonna be a mix of more serious ones and absolutely balls to the wall ones. ESPECIALLY when they split up to do photos with just the women and just the men. The girls are absolutely gonna do a recreation of Bridesmaids because they're dumb like that. ( Also it's gonna be hilarious imagining them around Erin given she's gonna be THE SHORTEST ONE THERE. ) With Reiner I mean... Given the men that will be there, his wedding photos are gonna be wild too. I'm assuming they'll be doing Something Like This and it's just... It's gonna be wild. They're gonna look back on these photos and laugh.

Uhhh good question? I'm not sure if they'd think that far ahead. This wedding isn't very formal after all. It's small, they're trying not to make a huge deal of it, they're only inviting family and very close friends. I don't think they'd have any favours for the event. Does free booze count? I mean everyone can enjoy that and the food so I mean...

Reiner's Summer Home? I don't think there's any place these two would rather be after all. But if they wanna genuinely get away from everyone...they could go to Paris...and visit the safe house again. 8)

Not a priest that’s for sure. I was thinking what if someone in the family did it for them? I'm not sure who they could get though... Either that or they'll find someone from Spreewald to help officiate the wedding instead.
