      ‘  aw hell,   why’re you here?  ’ Ryder asked,  folding his arms over his chest.  Despite being part of Overwatch,  he still had his rusty old mechanic’s shop he came back to from time to time.  Not many people knew about it,  only the few that he was close to...or let’s say,  a hacker who worked for their  R I V A L  group.  The only reason he wasn’t already attempting to call Overwatch was because it was pointless,  and if she wanted him dead,  she would’ve already.  It either had to be information or just wanting to annoy him. Both were very plausible. ❛ You already know I’m not joining,  so just  SPIT IT OUT. ❜

     He probably shouldn’t be so worried about somebody who could hack and ruin his programming in a matter of seconds, but it was barely something he could help. Caring for humans was a trait that had never left him, even after his awakening.      And the omnic wasn’t one hundred percent certain on how much blood was too much. Sombra didn’t seem to be dying, but as far as he was concerned just a little bit was too much.      ‘You should see to your injuries,’ he said, ‘before they become something worse.’

The God program was in the middle of hacking a security camera for the duo’s latest heist until she picked up something within the ethernet. Advance hacking equipment a God program had to mention meant it must be some serious high tech stuff.

“Shit, how close is it? Abandon the hack, we can’t let anyone detect you.”

💊 ❀ ✿ ❦ .  OVERWATCH ALTERNATE UNIVERSE  |      ↳  In which Percy is an Omnic and Arthur is a nosy, nosy soul.

NOTE :  ( i’m sorry if putting arthur in the future or changing percy into an omnic offends anyone, but i’m doing this because i came from the overwatch fandom and there were a few people that i left behind that i still want to actively role play with. not to mention, since percy was back in the 30′s - 60′s considered “slow” and “lame” for having a mental illness, it only makes sense to change him to a more judged race that has prejudice. which in the overwatch universe, the omnics are the most judged race for the moment. i hope that makes sense to you. )

Though having grown up in King’s Row for nearly all his life, Arthur really didn’t have any problem with omnics. Of course, he was too scared to really help any that he saw harmed or wounded unless he knew he would be alone while he was doing it, but he usually was too afraid and would shy away from the blatant violence that came about in the area. All-in-all, he masked his love for his omnic brother Percy, by hating omnics in the outside world. When in reality, he could care less and deeply loves him. For Percy was there first -- how could he not adore him?

It wasn’t until Arthur was a teenager that the Null Sector terrorist group attacked. When they did, Percy and Arthur were walking in the sidelines, trying to hide from the public eye so they could run away and make it home without anyone judging them or with anyone hurting Percy. But as they were waling home, a small group of Null Sector bots caught up with them and snatched Percy away from Arthur. They questioned Arthur and threatened to harm him, but the younger brother told the Null Sector bots that he had never seen that bot in his life, and that they had just randomly started talking to them.

Thankfully, Arthur escaped. But guilt began to encompass him as he ran further and further away. Fear controlled him then, as his emotions always did. As the guilt consumed him, he tried to control it through writing and reading, or through smoking and drinking. But nothing worked, not for a while. Not until he decided to finally conform with society. For a while, only to get rid of the guilt, Arthur became an active anti-omnic citizen in the community.

He worked as a journalist for the newspaper in King’s Row, and was often told what not and what to publish as a result of such a job. However, when he received an article about the Null Sector attack and how the anniversary for it and Mondatta’s assassination were coming up, he knew that this wasn’t the person he was supposed to be. Dropping everything, Arthur decided to investigate Null Sector in any way, shape, or form through Overwatch, through Talon, or through any third party resources.

All to ensure that his elder, omnic brother is safe.
