Visited the sites of @lostballparks in #Philadelphia yesterday before heading over to @CitizensBankPark, the @Phillies current home, for the game last night. #ShibePark, later #ConnieMackStadium, played home to the @Athletics (until 1954, they moved to Kansas City), the Phils (until 1970, the moved into #VeteransStadium) and the #NegroLeague’s #PhiladelphiaStars. Prior to the #Phillies move into #Shibe, they called home the #BakerBowl, a ballpark they played in from 1887 until 1938. Both locations are close to each other in North Philadelphia, Shibe stood at N 21st St and W Lehigh Ave and the Baker Bowl at 2622 N Broad St. #baseball #history ⚾️ 🏟 (at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) https://www.instagram.com/p/CcQMMVlLuxx/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

#TIYH back in 1923 . #Yankees Sam Jones no-hits the #Athletics, 2-0, beating Bob Hasty. Babe Ruth makes the only strikeout of the game. Not till Ken Holtzman's no-hitter in 1969 will another pitcher record a no-hitter with no strikeouts. . #SamJones #SadSam #NoHitNoRun #ShibePark #Circa1923 #BackInTheDay . #28thQuest #MightyYankees #NYY #NewYorkYankees #NYYankees #pinstripes #StartSpreadingTheNews #MLB #Baseball #Beisbol #ILoveThisGame #BaseballFans #YankeesFan #designbyBiGGiE

Watch out for companies that blatantly rip off designs! Over a year ago Shibepark approached B&Bs to have a shirt in there store. They’re original design wasn’t approved by us but I did have this design that i created, that we even offered to them to carry. They declined. We produced it ourselves. It did well. A few months later the owner of the company stopped in, as he was a semi regular and said he saw the shirt in the wild, and liked it. I thanked him. TODAY I get attached to the second picture, of a new shirt that shibe park produced. Should I be offended or flattered?
