Ship Rock and Shadows. Day one of our vacation, after a long drive this was the payoff. At 1583 feet tall from the desert floor and watching it grow for for over 40 miles in the distance. What a beautiful sight to see.

Shiprock Panorama
Considered by Native Americans to be one of the most significant places on Earth, colossal Shiprock - rising seemingly out of nowhere from the flat, high desert of New Mexico dramatically into the sky - is certainly a very special sight to experience in any kind of light, but especially with early morning sun.
