also i REALLY like the flooding mechanic, it's such a cool way of giving aquatic creatures more advantages and abilities to move around. As well as a reminder that nature is wild. I was deep in a cave when i saw a water levels rising up for the first time, and had to find the way out as fast as possible, it felt so cool

Plant-based creatures can now be set on fire by prolonged sun exposure in Sunny weather or the Drought season! Getting into water / standing in rain puts it out. You can also smoke creatures (especially shiyaros) with the condition that you are cruel. A "Cruel Regulator of Population" or something :P
