When you say Mel is that Nordic-Madness or someone else because if it was Nordic-Madness, then that same person sent Haruka-Hourou and me the bee movie script too. I couldn't scroll on my inbox on this 3rd party app called shortblogger because the bee movie broke it.

Ever since I got my phone a few years ago I started using my laptop less and less for internet-stuff, so I’m rarely ever on tumblr with my laptop anymore. Because I didn’t make this blog a sideblog back when I made it (long story, but essentially it’s because I originally ran this blog with a friend and back in the day we didn’t want each other to know our personal tumblr’s names so we made a separate accont for it) I can’t use the offical tumblr app for it (since I’m logged in with my main/personal blog on there) and have to use this really shitty app for it, called ShortBlogger for tumblr, which crashes every two seconds and doesn’t have a lot of features (like I can’t see my activity, reply to replies or use the tumblr instant messaging system, etc.). I’m using my laptop right now, for the first time in forever, and it made me realize I really need to find a solution for this because running this blog just a million times more fun on here than with the shitty ShortBlogger app. Does anyone have any suggestions for tumblr app alternatives?

Hey there, do you have any other recommendation for ShortBlogger and washboard. I already use washboard and love it and I loved ShortBlogger for the 10 minutes it worked before it crashed. :/ It keeps crashing constantly for me

No, I gave up ages ago - the official Tumblr app has serious shortcomings, but at least for me it almost never crashes.

I just found a message I got via the tumblr messaging system in June which I never responded to because the app I used for tumblr (Shortblogger) didn’t support the new messaging system aaaaand appearently by now they either deleted their blog or blocked me. And... I’m sorry? Please know that I pretty much never see those messages as I’m rarely online on my computer. I’m really sorry, I’m not trying to be rude or anything. I should probably just switch instant messaging off.

Also, if any of you know of any alright-ish tumblr apps that are not the original tumblr app, please tell me? I can’t use that one because I’m using it for my main blog, but Shortblogger is absolutely driving me crazy with its constant crashing and everything. 🙈

For some reason editing a post using ShortBlogger now changes the date? I fixed a typo in the verbal-tics post last night, and now it says April 1st. But it’s retained all the notes, so it didn't just erase and repost it.

That probably is not something Tumblr should be permitting to happen?

The shortblogger app is really nice and quick compared to the tumblr app (at least that's my experience). But I can't reply to posts D: And I can't send fanmail and right now,  I'd REALLY want to do one of those things! Eugh! Need to start up the PC real quick for that...

And on another note, my phone's been trying to trick me into believing it's been 9.20 am for the last 20 minutes... Wtf?

Somebody knows a good/better tumblr app ? The original one won’t show images and the one i have now is shortblogger… Shows images but doesn’t have the chat…
