what was that post about how people are getting afraid to ask stuff especially to popular bloggers because all of that person's followers will dogpile on them for something mostly innocuous,,,,
#just witnessed a blogger call out a single sentence in an asker's message and then all the replies are just making fun of that person#and the ask was harmless? y'all decided because they mentioned one trait of theirs that they deserved like 50 people being rude to them#how do you think that feels for the person who was just asking something silly and harmless?????#sorry i've just been annoyed about this for a while because i notice this with a lot of popular blogs#someone says something in their replies and if the op replies with anything remotely negative#their followers agree without question and suddenly there's tons of people attacking some random person and sending them hatemail?#like even if the person was wrong and aplogizes or whatever they still get a gazillion death threats#it's just frustrating to see because a lot of the people getting dogpiled on are probably just ppl who maybe said something thoughtless#but i've also seen people taken wildly out of context or misinterpreted that then get bullied to hell for nothing#liza post#it's just frustrating to see#feels like i end up unfollowing every popular blogger i follow for smth like this#shoutout doubleca5t though because i saw someone ask her something that could have ended up in this way but she responded respectfully#acknowledged what they were trying to make her aware of and apologized#anyways this happens so frequently and then people are like 'why do i get less asks? :('
