for your toh au i think it’d be fun if someone “cursed” ren to be a werewolf. it doesn’t actually have any negative affects, all it does is give him some animalistic traits normally and allow him to transform into a wolf (or the boiling isles equivalent) at will. he thinks it’s sick as hell so he doesn’t do anything about it

it would probably have some drawbacks but they’re pretty minor — he develops mild allergies to some foods and can’t use magic when transformed, but it’s nothing so bad that he wants to reverse it. maybe it makes his eyes more sensitive to light and that’s why he always wears sunglasses?

ren is like eda in the harpy eda phase... content with the curse and just vibin. gets a cool sick form out of it. like yeah there's downside but his husband thinks he's sooo hot so he's winning B)

also the sunglass idea is really cool..... smth about wolves being able to see in the dark better but the daytime is just Too Bright so he wears sunglasses..... ough i love that
