Lars Swane (Oct. 19, 1913 - 2002) was a Danish artist who specialized in color lithographs of flowers and objects in a window with a pleasant landscape backdrop. His parents, Sigurd and Christine Swane, were both artists, and part of the Fynboerne group.

Danish painter, Sigurd Swane, was born June 16, 1879 (d. 1973). Swane studied at the Danish Royal Academy of Art, and visited Paris. Here Impressionism and esp. Fauvism had an impact on him, as evidenced by his early landscapes from Odsherred and later Skagen.
He remains a leading Danish colorist, as witnessed by canvases such as this one:
