tragically, colin beach passed away, the first day of winter. molly is, obviously, distraught as she’s lost both parents now. colin was a great sim, and he will be so so missed

happy love day to the beach-jameson house! colin and evie moved in with molly and noah (who’s home office is currently a desk in the living room with his work laptop sitting on it, while colin and evie brought their bed from the old house over to the new one). it’s a tight squeeze, but with everyone’s work and school schedules (and a soon to be college student elliot), they’re making it work. 

for love day, colin and evie took myrtle for a walk to the beach and came back to have some breakfast, molly and noah celebrated later in the evening with gifts and a romantic movie, and elliot invited his crush brooks over for an evening stroll, where they held hands and had their first kiss on the little bridge behind the house.

colin and evie have aged up recently! they’re thinking about moving from the old family house soon, something that makes the kids a little anxious, but colin is eager to live in brindleton bay again. molly’s been talking with noah, who isn’t quite sure how he feels living with the inlaws (that’s six people and a dog...) but he loves molly and wants her to be happy.

checking in on the rest of the beaches! colin and evie are officially empty nesters as april and henry have now moved out, to windenburg and san mayshuno respectively. april surprised her family by eloping with her girlfriend melody, and henry and ami surprised everyone by moving in together after starting at britechester at the same time. 

note from me: i’m pretty much focusing on molly until gen four of the beaches are fleshed out. mccc SHOULD do a few things here and there, i’m hoping april and melody will adopt, and henry and ami will marry autonomously. but for now i’ll be focusing on molly, noah, and elliot (and if they have another, that one as well)

“evie, i promise to never wear a bear costume, so long as you promise to stop bringing it up at family events.”

“you know i can’t do that.”

molly and noah got married in a fall ceremony just like her parents did. noah never had much family, but today he became an official member of the beach clan! colin gave an embarrassing father of the bride speech (and cried), evie watched her first born get married (and cried), and the other beach kids seemed pretty happy for their sister, too. the vows made everyone laugh, the kiss made everyone sigh, and the cake was exquisite.

happy graduation day molly! colin is so proud of his eldest for graduating from his own alma mater, and with such amazing grades, too! molly graduated with a 4.0 and a distinguished fine arts degree, and she can’t wait to see what happens next....after she sleep for line nine hundred years.

can you not do that here? just because bailey and her daughter in law get along doesn’t mean she enjoys this part of it.

happy new year’s eve, beach family! colin and evie are going out. molly is attempting to negotiate a new bedtime. but once she’s asleep, bailey and leo have their own celebration. you’re never too old, amiright?

on this week’s episode of why is my kid crying? newest beach clan member henry broke the doll house. and then started crying. because someone broke the dollhouse. but it’s ok! we had a swift recovery. colin wasn’t sure how they would do with a third, what with april and molly as old as they are, but henry just belongs with them, and they’re happy he’s here!
