I sincerely apologize for the number of zip files. I had a tough time finding a way to upload everything at once or compress the main folder as a whole. As a result, I had to create multiple folders to split up the CC. If you have any tips on compressing and optimizing large files, I would greatly appreciate your help!

Please note that this is a very CC heavy build, which might cause lag in your game. I organize CC files to their content creator in my downloads. Make sure you're actively running batch fixes on your files.

My game is DirectX11, so you may need to update your images to DX11 in the Sims 4 Studio.

Everything that came with that Vampire pack is kinda textured funny. My ultimate goal is to expand what I already did with more panels: one for Victorian, one for metal (I think I got this, but Idk), and one for horror. I'd like to see him at work. Let straight up at our job right now.

Then for the gloves this is part of @the-crypt-o-club's Angsty Adolescence pack, specifically the Rawrm Warmers (they are yellow and black checkered in the display image on the pick and choose.)

VICTORIAN GOTHIC

So for Victorian Gothic looks I am focusing *mostly* on femboy stuff since that's where this convo originated, though with packs or sets there will be some options. Also I may misremember if some stuff is fem frame only in which case, my bad.

-SENTATE OCTOBER 2022 SET- This is the big "may misremember" as a lot of sentate's stuff DOES work on both frames, but not everything, and some just look bad on the male frame. Now the corset from the Boudicca collection DOES look good on male frames (at least to me) and would also look great. I would definitely browse their stuff, as they have ALL the swatches and various things can fit the vibe.

Now Regina Raven also has some great stuff and they conciously make it for both frames. Downside- how big the files are T_T. But it does look great. For starters I would look at their Wendy set and Elizabeth set, but they have a ton of other options.

CandySims is underrated for their corsets. Once again, works on both frames, AND they have meshes that cinch the waist hell yeah. Examples are the Romance Corset, Violet Corset, and Charlotte Corset. They have pages and pages so definitely browse.

For some great Hairstyles that can fit the vibe and accessory sleeves and etc, @simandy has some amazing stuff, specifically the Doll Me Up collab with @infiniteraptor is great- though mostly fem frame only now that I think about it? But the accessories are for both I think. Regardless Simandy has some great hairs that fit the style of masc frame so hell yeah.

Also shoutout to the GOAT @strangegrapefruit for their amazing blouse I live I die I love it. They also have several accessories that can fit Victorian Gothic in a more casual, sleek way and it's amazing.

And finally for Victorian goth (until i do a whole reference post because I realized I can literally go on forever for Goth CC good lord) I would suggest @strangestorytellersims as they have a lot of great options for more formal stuff (or if your sim is just that extra) AND they have some awesome cyber goth stuff. And steampunk.

METALHEAD GOTH

Ok since you follow the femboy fridays I'm guessing you are familiar with @gloomiegalaxie who has so much amazing CC in general. Though they mostly do occult-adjacent stuff, so many of their accessories work for this style ESPECIALLY their piercings.

@sewerwolfx also has A LOT of amazing stuff, and they also got some amazing goth band tees and so much fun stuff for the style.

@wistfulpoltergeist is ABSOLUTELY worth browsing for masc frame sims and has so many great accessories and shirts that I don't know what I would do without their CC. Also on re-browse they have some stuff that works for Victorian Goth too so hell yeah.

Shoutout to @daylifesims Heavy Cut series for great metalhead goth hair.

And we got @the-crypt-o-club again with their DIY or Die pack which has some *chef's kiss* accessories and leather jacket.

Once again I realize I could link several others so I might just make a massive Gothic Style CC reference.

Like this isn't even counting my fav styles of Pastel Goth, Emo, and Cyber Goth of which I have even more CC on. Dear lord.

I take no issue with monetizing cc. You release good content and have an agreeable release window, I either choose to subscribe, or I wait. Cool. What I do take issue with is this

Perma-paywalls or ridiculous early access release windows. Anything exceeding thirty days is excessive. My opinion.

2. New creators setting up immediate early access. The skillset is just not there yet to put a price on your creations. You barely have a base to sell to. This includes creators who created for other games, then come over to The Sims and try to sell to us. For example, the creator that makes skins and admitted they don't even play the game. Simply here for profit.

3. Creators that do not qc their work, or steal from other creators. Girl.

4. Customer service. Once you start creating for profit, whether it be supplemental or your main source, you have to have a level of customer service and professionalism. You have now started a brand. A very niche brand, but that's what it is. You cannot be short with people for asking valid questions and catching an attitude with them. Like that one lady with the tree coming out in February. If you are one of those rare creators who is lucky enough money to hire someone to handle your social media, I suggest you do that. Or supply a friend with more patience with their favorite coffee or something and let them handle it. Something.

5. Not interacting with the community you are trying to sell to. Connect with people. Repost their edits, lookbooks, builds, leave comments, give a like. The creator mentioned above commented that no one comments on their stuff, at least not here. Fair. This community does not talk like it used to, but to each other like it used to, but you can go to creator pages and see that they are perfectly curated advertisements. Like a showroom. No reblogs of anyone using their content. If you want that for your main page fine, but at least have another side blog where you can do the outlined above.

6. Pushing something out just to push it. I think we have entered a space, both creator and follower/consumer, where everything feels so fast-paced. What's the new thing coming out, what's next, etc. So much so that I think it has made creators push out content just to keep up, especially if they rely on that income. This has resulted in some creators getting into hot water for releasing the same item(s) in different sets and in different colors. Or creators releasing duplicates of the same thing. It can be frustrating, but I question if it is because they're just trying to keep up, or afraid to try something new or different in fear of it not doing well. Some smaller creators who create different content don't get as much love and I question if they would receive more if they followed the wave, or were big enough to start one.

Now to this community

If a creator disrespects you or others or moves in a way that you don't fundamentally agree with, and you complain but still download and or advertise their content, you're moving counterproductive to your plight. Why would anyone reflect on themselves when you prove that you're going to advertise their content anyway?

2. Show love to these creators. Big and small, especially small, monetized or not. Everyone likes to hear or see that what they release is valued. Don't harass or disrespect creators if they take a break, or they don't get something out quickly. Especially the modders.

3. Interact with each other. Even if your aesthetics or different. This is a community. If you see something you like, LIKE IT. Share it, leave a comment.

4. Create the thing simmer. The edit, cc, build, lookbook, whatever. Create the thing and share the thing. Even if it isn't part of a popular trend or aesthetic.

I'm speaking about myself here too because I want to better about this.

I want this to feel fun again. Not just based on what is in at the moment.

Ever since the release of Goth Galore in 2024, CAS Hiders for newer packs have been neglected—until now. I’m here to fill that gap! Ciao Simblr friends! ❤️🩷💛💚💙💜 I'm happy to share my latest no-cc Super Save file with you — it's a work in progress where I'm rebuilding every lot in the game with architecture chosen specifically for different neighborhoods in their worlds and with focus on improving rotational gameplay.

Zero townies & empty lots! For all of the the unfinished lots around the world, you'll find empty spaces that you can fill with your own builds, download fun content from the Gallery, or wait for my upcoming lot remakes on the EA Gallery. This world also has ZERO pre-existing townies, making it perfect for creating your dream Sim world from scratch.

V. 4 - What's in this update? This time I've finished the Bridgeview neighborhood in Newcrest, featuring dedicated lots for Business and Hobbies gameplay alongside vibrant City Living elements - you'll find everything from bustling food stands to creative mural painting spots on rental lots.

I've also bulldozed all pre-made lots in the newest world Nordhaven.

Comfy Cubby!

Comfy Cubby is a charming little daycare in central Bridgeview. The ground floor provides childcare spaces, with the owner's apartment above. Children enjoy a secure outdoor playground, making it an ideal childcare option for local urban families.

Ink & Style House

Lot type: Residental & Small Business

Ink & Style House is the body art destination in Bridgeview. The main floor houses a professional beauty salon for hair styling and makeup services (and before/after studio photo sessions!), while the basement features an atmospheric tattoo studio. The top floor contains a residential apartment—making it ideal for a small business owner. Added bonus: A parking lot featuring an outdoor mural space and a creative garage studio.

Lot type: Residental Rental

Bridgeview Apartments offers low-cost housing for singles, couples, and small families. The shared indoor spaces include a laundry room, while the outdoor area features a basketball court—a favorite gathering spot for neighborhood children.

Old Oak Café & Bookshop

Lot type: Café

Old Oak Café & Bookshop is a charming community lot that combines a welcoming café with a thoughtfully curated bookshop and a dedicated second-floor space for the local book club. Named after the majestic oak tree that shades its entrance, this cozy spot creates an inviting atmosphere perfect for Bridgeview residents.
