Ive done it! My Skeksona! His name is SkekFre! He is the illusionist and is a snow owl! This guy usually is night active. But since he is an entertainer in some way he needs to stay awake when it's light out. He is usually drowsy and quiet forward with his business. His pride of his own work can sometimes be a problem and jealousy and hatred fills his heart. He can perform silly magic tricks and even temporary illusions. Sadly through that he sometimes has hallucinations that he can't shake off. He can be quiet selfish too. If there is no benefit for him, he is usually not willing to help.

He does have a soft spot for a certain Ritual master. He will visit him at night and shows him the newest illusions he created and they talk all night over mostly theoretical subjects and and rituals. Mittens is a little mothcat that is used primarily for the illusions, because of the dust he produces. He is a sweet companion for SkekFre, but sleeps mostly in his cage. Hopefully I can make his counterpart soon enough (His name would be UrDey) <3

I swear to the old faith I will work on cotl stuff again ahhh!

Anyways this is a skeksis sona I made right after watching AOR UwU she's very chaotic neutral and has a slight rivalry with her other half

Sophie is a half Vapra (mother), half Sifa (father) gelfling...... let's pretend I can draw gelfling lmao. She Does a lot of trade and works with her artisan-merchant father, much like the rest of her siblings, but he is away at sea quite often so she is usually at home selling glass-made trinkets out of their home or a marketplace stand. She's still a very angry lil person, definitely loathes the Skeksis because of how they, in her opinion, exploit her people. Her short temper often leads to her having little outbursts, so needless to say she both is and isnt a good saleswoman 😔😔

Edgar, on the other hand, is a Skeksis known as SkekEdd, "The Emissary". He is called this because he often goes around to the gelfling kingdoms of his own accord, to talk to the gelfling and learn if their cultures, customs, etc because he finds them fascinating! He's diplomatic! He wishes no ill will upon them, and is a genuinely friendly Skeksis! However, gelfling are, understandably, wary of him, which he's sad about but he continues to be nice to them anyways 🥺 he isnt really well-liked by the other Skeksis because they think he Is "too soft" and "too attached" to the gelfling, so Edd doesn't really belong anywhere 😭

I've posted him here before, but he deserves a redesign.

SkekShaw is also know as Captain Oldspice by his friends and family (Believe me, there is a lot.)

He is what you would call a defect skeksis as he wants nothing more than to protect all gelfling and hold his word to it. He has tried essence as he was force fed it, but he immediately spit it out and punched SkekTek in the face for it. The thought of him ingesting his family did not sit well with him at all, and he wrecked the Scientist's lab as much as he could before freeing what gelfling he managed to get hi hands on. He then put a hole in the wall and escaped with the gelfling he freed.

I'm making a skekNyx stop-motion puppet!!!! At least I hope it will work for stop-motion, I've never made something like this, but so far it's going well!

I'm going to make her body with fabric and filling material!

Finally got around to drawing a young version of my skeksona.

So ok. First I need to clarify that I had a lot of struggle to choose which Skeksis would work with what prompt (especially since SkekSyn is a clone of Skekso after he died, so there would be only 9 Skeksis left) So I just shoved the death of Skekso further back in the past. At least I have the opportunity to let him interact with other Skeksis that are dead in the movie.

Since the Monarch has the birthright to be the leader, SkekUng wasn't really happy with that. There might be an opportunity to work together, once SkekZok gives the approval of that. But no matter what. The Monarch is always above the others, even tho he is still a tiny childling.
