The "sketchblob" exercise is actually harder than I thought. The random paint patterns are so hard to fill with sketches of actual figures 😢. Resorted to drawing cartoon-like drawings(?) just to create something more meaningful with the paint blobs. But nevertheless, the general idea for the exercise is truly there. Stressed me out a bit, but it seems like I have to do this more in order to incite ideas and creativity.

So... there’s this guy with half his head missing, who meets a weird person who chases after a cat, and then there is a bar where you can drink teenage girls’ tears and eat the sighs of the suicidal. The whole thing resolves around the guy’s past, his regrets and some other stuff, like bridges and gates and toothpaste.

going back to the basics, thank you Ms. Heikala for the tips! Will definitely do the other exercises in her video. Found a fairly old apple in our fridge (more than a month I think, which probably explains why it looks thinner? 😅) and made a still life art from it. Will probably do the "sketchblobs" exercise next ☺️.
