Step aside butter / beans or even cheese on toast. This morning I decided to have this @aldiuk Soecially Selected Spicy Smashed Avocado on toast. Verdict: delicious Nutritionally it ain’t fantastic however, since it has more protein than my normal breakfast of a coffee it’s a good choice for me.
