As Ochako and Tsuyu busted into your room, you couldn’t even catch your breath when words began to spill from their mouths in a haste to get an understanding of the situation at hand.

“Why was he there?” and “Was he the one who did it?” were the two questions that repeated themselves. Though, all you could do was look at them, with a soft shake of your head.

“Guys, she’s been through enough tonight. We both have...”

Glancing up at Kirishima, his sad smile makes your stomach twist.

He looked beyond heartbroken.

His grip on your shoulder tightens as the two females sitting before you quiet down, their expressions falling from ones of worry to understanding. They both extended hands to you and Kirishima, their hands giving the both of you comfortable squeezes before Tenya’s voice cut into the silence.

“Uraraka, Tsu. Did you hear if any of the other pro’s have caught up to Bakugo?”

The two females’ glance at each other and back to Iida, both of them giving him a soft no.

“They said he was able to get away. Sero couldn’t catch up to him either. But, that’s another thing. They said Bakugo got away in a car?”

Tenya nodded. “The explosions that went off when I pushed him to the backyard weren’t his. He never once attempted to even get close to me.”

“He did what?” Both Kirishima and you stared at Tenya in shock, and as he continued his hand met his chin, his fingers curling around his chin in thought.

“I know, it’s very strange. He’s not one to leave a fight i-” Before he could finish Uraraka interrupted him.

“Maybe he thought he couldn’t win?”

“No way. He’s way too overconfident to even THINK of that Ochako.” Kirishima’s voice grew agitated as he talked, his grip on you tightened even more. You hand flew up to gently rub his knuckles, hoping to calm his nerves.

“Well. Either way he was the one who did it. Ribbit Ribbit-“

“Yea but, there were others there. One of them stuck me with something, and I think they did the same to Izuku.”

They all looked at you in pure nervousness, your hand went to your neck to gently pull at the taped gauze patch, exposing the now darkened scabbed over puncture wound.

“It’s been driving me up the wall. They took my blood on the way here, and they haven’t gotten my tests back. I think they stuck the same thing into Izu. That’s probably why he actually lost. That fight.”

You took a shaky breath before continuing. “When they first stuck me i just …. I just turned so weak. I felt as, as if I moved. I’d just faint on the spot. It didn’t take long for it to work either. So, either they stuck him during the fight, or he didn’t see it coming.”

“But, Y/N that’s Izuku we’re talking about. He’s way too smart to not see anything coming, he should’ve –“

Ochako was cut off by Tenya’s hardened glare into her skull, her mouth immediately closing to keep the rest of her sentence to herself. Tsuyu just sighed and put a soft hand on yours, giving your hand another soft squeeze.

The tense feeling in the air was cut as your nurse came through the door, a small machine followed behind her as she came in.

Your friends moved out of her way as she moved over to your arm, checking the I.V. With a soft smile she begins to check your Blood pressure and goes the check on the wound on your neck.

“You moved the Gauze?”

“Yes ma’am. Sorry about that.”

As she giggled and re-patched the spot, she marked what she needed to down and sat down next to you on the bed.

“Alright. Mrs.Midoriya. I have some good news, and bad news. Which would you like first?”

Glancing at the people within the room, you turn to look at your nurse.

“Bad news first..”

With a sad smile she grabs your hand. “Alright, Bad News. Both you and your partner are going to have to stay for a while. We need a few more tests from you specifically.”

Your eyebrows cock up in confusion at her statement. “Is it because of this?” You point towards the now rebandaged spot on your neck, and as you did so she shook her head.

“Yes, but also We actually found a rather large amount of hCG in your blood, but just to be safe we’d like to- “

“Wait wait wait you found what...?” Your voice full of nervousness as your hands began to shake.

“It’s means you might be pregnant. But we aren’t sure. With the amounts of hCG in your blood we need to have another test. When was your last cycle?”

At her question she pulls a small clipboard from the machines stand, and you stumble over your words to attempt a response.

“U-Uh A f-few we-weeks ago..”

“Ah. Alright. Have you had any morning sickness? Breasts having any problems; swelling, pains, anything like that?”

As you begin to answer her questions, the air in the room becomes thick with tension. Your form shaking like a leaf from your nervousness.

“Alright. Good news is you’ll be able to visit you partner in a few days!” She said with a smile, and as she left your stomach began doing twists and flips. Everyone’s gaze slowly turned to you.

“Is it his?”

That question was immediately followed by a hard slap, and as your head shot up to see what happened, you see Ochako bent over, her hand covering her cheek.

“You. Have no right to ask her” Kirishima points towards you as his voice rose. “that question.”

Ochako stands straight, her gaze turned dark as she stared at the floor. The anger in the room only grew in intensity as Tenya shot up from his chair.

“KIRISHIMA. I demand you apologize to Uraraka! She-“

“Iida don’t you DARE sit there and tell ME to apologize. You of all people KNOW what she–“

“All of us need to calm down.”

Tsuyu’s voice was able to completely calm the situation, everyone turned to look towards her as she walked back towards you. Her hand grabbed yours and began giving it a squeeze.

“She’s been through enough tonight; she doesn’t need everyone fighting. And, I’d hate to say it but Ochako. That was uncalled for.” Tsuyu’s voice fell as she sent Ochako a disappointed look. You just let out a shaky sigh as your eyes fogged over.

You couldn’t take all of this.

Your thoughts ran wild as you leaned into Tsuyu, her hand going to the back of your neck to give it a soft rub. Tears streamed from your eyes as you sobbed into her shoulder, her soft rubs and pats on your neck only brought small comfort to you. The others in the room stood frozen in their spots, their eyes stared at you as you continued your sobbing.

Tsuyu curled up around you as her hands rubbed comforting circles in your back, your arms wrapped loosely around her waist as she curled around you.

“We should go.” Ochako’s voice rose as she began slowly walking towards the door, Tenya in tow.

Kirishima didn’t move, instead he decided to take the chair next to your bed. He sat down and crossed his arms, his head leaned back onto the chair and his eye began to close.

As the two fell asleep, your thoughts began running wild. The only comfort you got was the warmth Tsuyu provided throughout the night, her and Kirishima’s soft snores filled the room.

You only fell into a light sleep, and as you did finally begin to fell deeper into sleep, you hear the door to your room open, and your nurse walks through the door. She sends you a small apology as she walks over to you, she checks your I.Vs and does what she needs to and she glanced at the two others in the room.

“Friends?”

A soft nod and she smiles, and as she packs up her equipment, she gives your shoulder a pat.

“We’ll do another test tomorrow alright?”

Nodding once more she leaves the room and you slowly fall back into a light sleep.

The morning came by rather quickly, Kirishima was already up and about and Tsuyu was pushing stray hairs out of your face.

The smell of coffee was the thing that woke you up, as you sat up Kirishima handed you a small foam cup. The warmth coming from the cup left a rather pleasant sting in your fingers as you slowly sipped away at the liquid.

“You feelin alright y/n?”

Sending Kirishima a smile and a nod, you continue to sip away, only for your stomach to let out a rather loud growl.

“Sounds like someone’s hungry!” Kirishima’s large toothy smile made a giggle leave your mouth, and as Tsuyu stood from the bed the feeling of dread began bleeding through your body.

“You’re leaving?” You guessed the nervous shake in your voice was what sold you out because the duo glanced at eachother and they nodded.

“Tsuyu can stay with you, I’ll see what they have in the cafeteria! If it’s disgusting, I’ll leave and get some takeout or something.”

“Be careful kiri.” As Kirishima left the room your hands fall to your stomach, your eyebrows scrunched together in worry.

“Are you feeling alright y/n? Ribbit..”

“Uh … Well, on one hand I feel fine. But on the other, I don’t know. I might be pregnant. My husband almost died. My Ex almost fucking killed him, and now we don’t know where he is. Ochako is like…Right there. I wanna hit her Tsu. I wanna hit her. I just don’t know...”

She lets out a sigh and sits next to you her hand on yours.

“It’ll be alright y/n.

“Tsu. I don’t think it is.”

As your conversation carried on, minuets turned into an hour, and as you two began to worry over your redhaired friend, he busted through the door, bags in hand.

“The cafeteria food was garbage so I went and got-“

He was cut off as a nurse pushed past him.

“Uh Mrs. Midoriya?”

“Yes.?”

“Your Partner is out of intensive. He’s still out but if you’d like to you can see him today.”

Your head shook vigorously as your heart began to race, and as you shared looks with your friends the nurse walked towards you with another small machine.

“I just need to take a bit more blood. Hope that’s alright!”

You pulled your sleeve up enough to give the nurse room to stick the needle into you, and as they did so Tsuyu held your other hand.

After a few more minutes they collected what they needed and left with a small thank you.

Kirishima had already fixed your takeout box so he handed it to you along with a plastic fork, sending him a thank you as you begin to dig into the food your thoughts began to cloud over.

You were thankful. Hopefully later you’d be able to see Izuku, and hopefully you’d get your tests back sooner.
