Not much is known about The Leak. And he endeavors to keep it that way. Regardless of whose throat he has to slit to keep loose lips from spilling his secrets. Villainous is one way to describe him. Greedy is another. His motivations for aiding the blood-ring are his own. He offers no explanation. Or dialogue in general, sans information pertinent to keeping the vampire blood flowing and his pockets filled.

He’s cold, calculative. Some have even described him as a genius. But one would never know upon meeting him. He seems personable, compassionate. The sort of man who got into civil service because he wanted to do right. And maybe, once upon a time, that had been the case.
