so i have a great idea. but it's going to involve drilling a hole through my wall. i'm gonna do it.
#so i got these cool battery powered lights from tiger -- 10 leds with these cool like.....ribbed bulb casing thingies?#like if they were traditional bulbs the glass would be shaped like idk an acorn squash kinda shape#and there's 10 of them in the string. they're pretty and go with the vintage occult theme of my bathroom#so i got this battery-to-mains replacer thing that basically puts a dummy battery into the casing and leads out to a dc barrel plug#that goes to the mains#but i also have a motion sensor with a dc barrel plug in on it#sO.#i'm gonna put them in my bathroom and then hook them up to the pir motion sensor thing#but because ireland there are no outlets in my bathroom#but there is one in the storage closet that shares a wall#so if i drill a wee hole i can feed the line to the mains through to the socket#and then have a motion activated string of low lights in the bathroom#which i'm going to fix around the framed phrenology puzzle i have in there#WHICH IS GONNA FUCK SEVERELY#anyway!#i don't see any way this can go wrong 👍#like tbh this is entirely more chill than the soldering job i was looking up how to do#which. tbh. the fact that i don't own a soldering iron is both ridiculous and probably good for my health and wellbeing
