Chayanne — Ive decided that every single egg is a dragonborn for the sake of simplicity, so that just brings me to figuring out class and subclass for each of them. I originally was thinking a simple fighter for Chayanne, but then, upon remembering what was quite literally an oath to protect everyone, decided he'd make a rather good paladin, particularly oath of devotion. he's devoted to keeping everybody safe, no matter the cost. if I were to give him a breath weapon, it'd be fire. he's a dragonborn paladin (devotion)!

Tallulah — Tallulah was always going to be a bard, are you kidding me? from there, looking through all the bard subclasses, I figured lore suited her best. she collects info! she gave qwil that book full of info about marigolds, she asks questions so she can know more about the world. yeah. she's a smart girl. dragonborn bard (lore).

Dapper — this is THE artificer. this autistic fuck (/affectionate bc me too buddy, me too) loves everything machinery, and he's fuckin good at it, too. considering his additional love for collecting animals, I've decided to make him a battle smith so he can have a steel defender. he would take very good care of it. I considered armorer due to the unique sets of armor I've seen him wear, but battle smith suited him just a tad better. he's a dragonborn artificer (battle smith).

Ramón — Ramón is also THE artificer! they are artificer pals. while Dapper focuses more on combat-ready mechanics, Ramon's been doing a lot of work on his elevator. also, bombs! fuck, he and qfit have so many bombs, they're practically their first line of defense. therefore, artillerist. he's good at throwing shit across the battlefield, staying stationary and hunkered down. dragonborn artificer (artillerist).

Leonarda — Leo was a little difficult. from the beginning, I knew I wanted her to be a primarily martial class, but I didn't want to leave her without any magic, either. so I figured a monk could be fitting due to their innate ki. considering. you know. dragon. I just had to give her ascendant dragon. dragonborn monk (ascendant dragon).

Bobby — oh yeah, this boy's a fighter alright. I considered barbarian for his tendency to sometimes throw tantrums, but it just wasn't right for him. I definitely considered gunslinger, but he's not particularly known for his guns, and I was eventually led to banneret, aka the purple dragon knights. he's definitely one of the braver kids, and I think his bold deeds could definitely inspire those around him. Bobby is a dragonborn fighter (banneret).

Richarlyson — he was kind of difficult! Richarlyson has picked up a number of skills from all six of his dads, making him fairly versatile and all-around skilled. I was, however, leaning a more martial class, and looked to monk first. none of the subclasses felt right, so I went bard due to their jack of all trades thing. wasn't right, so I thought about ranger, and that seemed like it could work due to their wide range of specialization. looking through subclasses, I picked monster slayer out of the bunch. just about all of his dads are terrorized by cucurucho in one way or another. he's practically got a sixth sense for the fucker now. Richarlyson's a dragonborn ranger (monster slayer).

Tilín — that's a rogue. yeah. that's a rogue. qQ himself taught them all about lying to other people to get what you want, and you're gonna tell me that's not a fucking rogue? right. rogue has a ton of interesting subclasses, but I felt like soulknife was a really interesting pick for her. soulknife rogues focus on the manipulation of the mind, fucking with a person's head to change their perception or easily slip by them. felt like they could use a little bit of magic, too, so he's got the psionic abilities that come with it. this is a dragonborn rogue (soulknife).

Juanaflippa — considered fighter gunslinger, but this is also a rogue! not a particularly magical one, though. Juanaflippa never really had much, always too busy shooting guns and coping with her parents' numerous divorces. HOWEVER, when you consider the whole necromancy element of her character (died, came back, fucking died again) on top of all the headcanons of her haunting the island, she's a pretty fun phantom. she's got an innate connection to death and the undead, and she knows what's dead when she sees it. I debated scout, but phantom was too cool to pass up. dragonborn rogue (phantom) for her.

Trump — I don't know shit about trump, but I like to think that if he survived longer, he would've taken after the crazy science aspect of both his dads, giving it a magical twist and going wizard. figured either evocation or abjuration would be good subclasses for him. decided on abjuration because damn, that's what this kid needed. dragonborn wizard (abjuration).

-it actually makes sense this guy wears the old style hockey mask since the fiberglass helmets with face cages were only starting to become popular in the 80s. Friday the 13th also came out in the 80s so he totally uses the face hugger mask for those reasons.

-he literally only met the turtles twice so I think it'd be funny if he just. forgot they existed. like "who are you small weird cosplaying kids"

-he'd probably be loyal to the Rangers because the Islanders play too close to Jersey. no he isn't bitter the Islanders were better, shut up!

-mans built like a football player, he wouldn't play. he just has the equipment to be a menace.

- both him and Raph are devastated during the 04-05 lockout. it's the hardest battle they've ever fought.

-Leo: what about all the times we fought the Shredder and almost died?

Casey Jr:

-i like the concept he learns to play hockey after the Invasion but I think he'd get ragdolled around by the people his age. yeah he can kill a Krang with one hand. but he's so stringy and spindly that he'd get knocked over by accident while on skates

-Casey Sr teaches him how to skate, but the first time he tries he immediately faceplants because he never learned what ice is.

-none of the Rise characters have hockey fan vibes. like, they all like basketball (even if Donnie pretends not to know anything about it) Raph likes wrestling and football. Leo would have a shrine dedicated to Michael Jordan, and that's about it. Mikey probably would watch anything his brothers put on. hockey is still very much a white person's sport, we don't have many POC players in the League so it doesn't appeal as much to POC as other sports like basketball, football, or baseball which are more diverse. All this to say Casey wouldn't know there's a pro-league until he stumbles upon it on TV one night.

-he's probably not into it the way the other Casey's are but he'll casually watch a game if there's one on.

-I don't see Casey having many interests for a while post-invasion because his entire life was basically surviving the apocalypse. He'll learn to appreciate the small things gradually.

-he would probably pick up on Leo's....appreciation...for Michael Jordan though lol

I've got a thought.

So as we all know Leo in most variations of Tmnt is a rather chill guy. He's calm and quiet and a bit of a dork and worrier yet he's also someone who's pretty laid back in the grand scheme of things. He's pretty much in control of his emotions and it takes literal years to get him to completely lose his temper and blow up on someone. All in all he's a pretty chilled out person.

Yet as soon as someone he loves is either threatened or harmed he completely throws that usual persona out the window and goes completely feral, like straight up pissed and out for blood type of ordeal. And I'm thinking about this and it came to my attention that Leo's not the only one who does this kind of thing. Oh no he's not the only one who goes absolutely unhinged when it comes to his family and their safety.

Mikey does this too.

Like Mikey as we all know is the carefree hyperactive little brother who loves to mess around and tell jokes or pull pranks. He rarely gets angry and rarely explodes in a big way and he's a huge nerd who's a bit naive and believes that everyone can be good. He's pretty chill much like Leo and he's able to keep his head when he needs to and like his older brother it takes a hell of a long time to make him actually snap.

Until something or someone threatens his loved ones.

As soon as that happens Mikey goes completely chaotic and literally in a way feral and he's basically incredibly terrifying and not someone you wanna mess with when he's completely snapped and you just so happen to be the reason as to why he's like that. He's literally ready to kick ass and take names.

Well I've got a little thought or rather head canon on this kind of thing and it's this:

What if Mikey picked up these kinds of tendencies from Leo?

Like think about for a second.

Whenever Mikey's not teasing Leo or pushing his buttons or messing around it's quite obvious that our favorite orange clad turtle really looks up to Leo. He's extremely close to him and he's always trailing behind him whenever things get serious and he's no where near Raph or Donnie. Whenever Mikey's scared or uneasy he usually goes to Leo for security and safety because Leo's the oldest and the leader of their group of four and basically the mom of the sibling group so naturally he goes to him for those kinds of things. And the feelings mutual as we see Leo's got a soft spot for his baby brother and he indulges him quite a bit and is always here to help him out or offer him advice or guidance.

So I figured that since Mikey is always somewhat looking up to Leo and is always somewhat learning new things from his big brother it'd make sense that he like many younger siblings would pick up on a few habits.

Say for example going completely fucking unhinged and kicking people's asses if they threatened or harmed his family.

Picking up on those little habits or behaviors and unintentionally reacting them would make a lot of sense considering that he's the baby of the family and that he's always watching or learning things from his older brothers who are fiercely protective of him and who are willing to kick ass should they need too.

Idk it's just a thought and I could be very wrong who knows lmao.

I GOT CHU, I GOT CHU! I think, at least, so let me take a swing at this. I am. so sorry it's taking me 800 years to get through everything. This semester be kickin' my butt, but I have been sitting on so many Leo questions for so long. Come back into the light, my favorite little smuggling goblin child...

DAY - What does your OC wear on a normal day? Why do they default to those clothes? Do they wear similar things, or do they change it up?

I think even in just casual wear, Leo felt a lot of pressure from particularly their parents growing up about what kind of image they were putting out as a family to the rest of Imperial society. That probably meant still a fair bit of neutral colors - gotta love those Imperial grays. And probably a lot more long sleeved shirts, partially because of the cold periods on Ziost, but also because it means Leo could fidget with the ends of his sleeves. Things were likely a bit more properly fitted in contrast to now that he's defected and running his own life (not... always well, but... running!), he definitely prefers things that are maybe a size too big. He wants to be comfortable. I could totally see him as a band tee kind of kid. Assorted graphical t-shirts for the win.

Also, not exactly a part of any of this set, but... I do imagine he was also a lot neater with how he wore his hair when still Imperial, at least around family. If only because Vivienne and their mother probably fussed over him almost obsessively before letting him out anywhere and he grew tired of hearing about it all the time. He's picked up the habit since defecting (unintentionally) of keeping a stock of hair ties around his wrist. Not actively because he needs to use three at a time, but because he habitually abandons them on any flat surface when he lets his hair down and then forgets about them, so he ends up collecting them as he finds them in an effort to try not to forget them again.

FORMAL - What's your OC's formal look? Do they like dressing up? Do they have different looks for different occasions?

Leo would... actually cringe if you ever suggested him wear a suit ever again. As much as I'd love to see him in maybe a dark blue vest or something at least because it'd probably look very nice with his eyes, I think some kind of suit look tended to be the default to please the family. Or at least a sort of... business, fitted top and... honestly probably a bow tie. Can't see this man in the long neck tie to save my life. He probably knows how to do one, but blood of the Emperor would it kill his soul to wear one kdanflsadfnlsfd.

He has very little in formal wear these days. He's... glaringly lacked the need to since his defection and he's quite happy to keep it that way. You'd literally make him pout like a petulant teenager if you asked him to dress up. He hates it. (Because it is so buried in ties to the expectations his father had of him to live up to the family name and their standards and impressions of what he should do; a lot of it is from his father's expectations, but his mother and older sister contributed a fair bit, too.)

I'm so sorry to Dash that Leo still preens over Dash like... Leo could have bangs falling in his eyes while he's trying to perfectly part Dash's hair and just shrug off this glaring hypocrisy. Which is... something in there about Leo's perception of himself being not all that great (and thus having a bit of a hard time necessarily seeing whatever Dash might see in him as far as positive and admirable qualities) because the Family Disappointment syndrome, but that's.... a whole other thing to unpack dfkladsnfls.

WARDROBE - How big is your character's wardrobe? Do they wear things threadbare, or can they afford new clothes often? Are they any good at mending and repairing their own clothing?

Listen. Leo probably has a selection of like five shirts that he loves to bits and, no, mending garments is not one of his little skills. He will wear things down and he'd also probably be the type to wear the same thing for several days straight because he got behind on laundry or just... because he was comfortable and not particularly seeing people. He still might honestly try even if neither of those things are exactly true. I don't think he... likes the idea of fashion shopping in general, given the connotations for him. And, again, for as much as he can preen about others, he's... not particularly always on top of his own appearances. He's... shit at taking his own advice, frankly. Including the bit that the way you dress yourself can affect how you think and feel about yourself. It's not necessarily about affording things, he just... has mixed feelings about the shopping bit. Sometimes it is liberating to add more one-size-too-large graphic prints to his collection by the handfuls and others the simple idea of having to replenish and update the wardrobe seems like the most insurmountable, horrible, terrible task you could ever ask him to do. How could you do this to him.

Family Feud

I want the gods to play Family Feud. But I want MC to be on one of the teams. So we'd probably have the King with a written script of what to say(at least until he gets the hang of the game.)

And then it would both both departments against each other. I would biasedly join Wishes. And we're not odd numbered---dont forget we have a forgotten 13th zodiac, Ophiuchus! Please welcome our 13th goddess of the Zodiac to the game! ✨ So we have a perfect amount for two teams.

This idea popped into my head when I heard the question "What's something that's easy to get into but difficult to get out of?"

So, that question in mind, this is what would happen first:

It's MC and Ophiuchus up against each other first with the buttons in front of them. WOMAN SUPREMECY. The King presents the first question "What's something that's easy to get into but difficult to get out of?"

It's an automatic response from MC! She slams that buzzard, ready for this moment. And she says "A RELATIONSHIP!" Of all the things she could have said...

The gods are flabbergasted that she has the audacity to date them and then give an answer like that. Like "What are you trying to say, MC?"

Things only spiral downhill from there! And most of the answers are the two departments calling each other out for petty reasons that sometimes don't even make sense to the question. But these guys would be out of hand and MC would have to try and referee everyone.

Since being able to play ffxiv, I ended up making my hosie fankids because I Am Weak to character creation lol

But also since I created my hosie fankids here, it got me thinking about what jobs Hope and Josie would have (along with the kids too). So I'm going to put my musings here under the read more if anyone is interested lol

Additionally, the jobs I'll be writing below for the kids are the jobs I will be giving them in the game once I get to unlock it (they're currently in their base class right now and I gotta lvl them up to 30 and do some quests before that)

Hope, even though she's a tribrid, I decided that she would have Dragoon as her job. I also did play around with the idea that her second job would be Red Mage since they use both magic and melee, but I definitely prefer the idea of her as a Dragoon way more. I mean, think about it, Hope with her lance/spear, jumping at great heights, and then plummeting down on her enemies to land hits? Hot.

For Josie, I was stumped between Black Mage or Blue Mage. Black Mage because that would be the obvious choice since it's a magic class. But Blue Mage was also appealing since Blue Mages--from what I've read--mimics the abilities of their enemies, and that felt really fitting since Josie is a Siphoner. However, I decided to stick with putting her as a Black Mage instead. It just felt better to me.

For the kids:

Lana is the first born between Hope and Josie and is a Tribrid like Hope, so my thought process for what job Lana would be is the same as Hope. I just think them being Dragoons is neat and totally not because I am biased lol (okay maybe I'm a little biased, but you cannot tell me Dragoons like Fang from ff13, Aranea from ff15, or even Dion from ff16 aren't badass as hell). Currently her base class is Lancer.

Hayley never inherited the magic genes and is a werewolf. So for her, I picked Monk for her job. She's a tough fighter and is always the one to rush into the front lines. Plus, with the training she got from Hope, Hayley is one powerful opponent. Plus, she has a mean right hook lol. So Monk made perfect sense for me when I chose her job. Currently her base class is Pugilist.

Jay was the same as Josie. Debated between Black Mage or Blue Mage, but I ultimately went with Black Mage foe him. I did think about picking a melee job for him since Jay is also an exceptional fighter when not using/relying on magic. But in the end, I decided to stick to my gut and keep him as a Black Mage. Currently his base class is Thaumaturge.

Leo is the last of my Hosie fankids! He was adopted by Hope and Josie after they found him scared and alone in an alley around Mystic Falls. He's also the only human in a family of supernaturals. He always felt like he's missing out in all the cool things because he's only human. Leo ends up learning about magic and can only create potions that don't require him to use magic or spells, only dumping and mixing ingredients and that's it. So anyways, I decided that with that logic, his job woukd be Scholar. As well as Summoner. Scholar because it would be the closest thing I'd think would fit with what he wants to achieve. And Summoner because I just think it'd be neat for him to be able to summon creatures. Plus, I honestly feel like Leo is just that personable to the point where he'd be befriending all sort of creatures (and giving Hope and Josie mild heart attacks when Leo comes home with a hell hound or something lmao). Currently his base class is Arcanist.

Edit: WAIT I NEED TO ADD ONE MORE THING FOR LEO! I think he'd also be great as an Astrologian as well!!!!!!! I mean I think that job fits pretty well, maybe more so than Summoner if I'm being honest.

Oh! And because Leo is adopted, I chose to give him a different race than the other three in the game. Lana, Hayley, and Jay are all Hyur and Midlander clan. When I was creating Leo, I originally wanted him to be an Au Ra Raen, but the shortest i could go for height was like. 5'7" or something? So I picked Miqo'te Seekers of the Sun instead and then I had a realization: Leo = Lion = Cats = Miqo'te. Unintentional Galaxy Brain lmaooo

I'm a fanfic writer when my executive dysfunction allows me to actually write, but otherwise I'm often playing shooter and rpg video games. Or drawing! I like reference drawing characters.

I'd rather stick inside but if a friend asks to hang out, I always say yes as I crave friendship and am rather touch-starved (friends who love hugs are the best)

I have diagnosed depression, anxiety, PTSD and autism. I often feel like people don't get me, or that they don't care, so I often need reassurance and kind words. I don't often get them tho ^^'

I care a lot about people that I become friends with and often share a lot about myself quickly into the friendship. But I also love hearing about others, and I try my best to relate or comfort them if they need it. I try my best to be as kind as I can be, although some old bad habits from my anger issues pop by and make that difficult sometimes. If I make a mistake because of it, I try my best to fix it. My friends mean so much to me that I'm often afraid that they'll leave me out of nowhere one day..

I love learning, especially random little facts that aren't entirely helpful but are just cool to know. An example is that a type of orange butterflies are called Monarch Butterflies! I love sharing these with people, although I sometimes learn morbid ones that creep them out. Morbid jokes and puns are my sense of humour so it's hard to tell when I go too far sometimes.

I've never dated, but I think sitting out under the stars or inside a car when it's pouring down with some food would be an amazing date. It'd be so relaxing...

Hmmmm with Leo as I stated in the last ask, he'd probably stiffen up when it comes to this and would lowkey get incredibly uneasy and might even trigger an episode of nasty memories if it's too much.

Mikey on the other hand.......he'd probably try to downplay just how effected he actually is. He's the youngest after all, the mischievous one, the one who helps keep his big brothers spirits high when things are going to hell. He's the emotional support that his big brothers desperately need and if Mikey's down it could make his older brothers who are already carrying the whole world on their shoulders even more stressed and upset and that's the last thing Mikey wants. So much like Leo, he wouldn't let on that something was wrong. But when he's pushed to that brink it'd be a panic response. If something small and squirrel sized came running at him he'd just.....shut down and freeze. Heart racing, fear gripping him as he remembers being choked and dragged into water by the hellish little monsters. He'd get phantom like feelings of tiny little hands on his throat, choking him and cutting off his air supply and it's suddenly hard to breathe he needs help please someone help him kind of thing. And much like Leo, despite his best efforts his brothers would definitely find out and they'd be crushed by it.

Raph much like with Leo, would be angry that Mikey didn't say anything about it. He'd be angry that Mikey tried to downplay just how terrified of water and squirrels he actually is. He'd be so angry at himself especially because he had failed Mikey, he'd failed to protect his baby brother from harm and he's now paying the price and Raph would absolutely hate himself to the highest degree. Donnie he'd just completely shut down mentally and instantly start to try and figure out how he can help Mikey because he didn't notice Mikey's unease and he's supposed to be smart and know these things how could he fail his baby brother, his partner in crime so badly?????? And Leo........good God. Leo who's the mother hen and eldest child of the boys, Leo who's only wish and mission in life is to protect his little brothers from harm and to keep them safe. It'd be like his world shattering and waves of guilt drowning him because he'd failed to do the one thing he'd sworn to do and that's something that'll haunt him forever.

As for the other two Raph's definitely got a heightened sense of fear towards bugs. After having a mutaed cockroach try to kill him and his brothers, an alien bug trying to pick a fight with him and several other instances involving the creepy crawlies, Raph's definitely got a freak out mode for them. If he even gets touched by one he's most likely instantly as stiff as a bored and he's nauseous, his skin literally feels like it's beginning to crawl and he's desperately wanting to scratch at his arms to get rid of the phantom sensations of bugs crawling on his skin. It's a horrific experience for him and he's literally on the verge of a breakdown. Like I'm talking hyperventilating kind of breakdown. Dude can't even be touched by anyone cuz it's just so incredibly intense.

Donnie's most likely got a deep rooted fear towards April. Though not in the way that you'd think at first. Despite knowing that April wasn't completely herself at the time, Donnie can't help but get a bit uneasy whenever his friend starts to lose her temper. It's incredibly rare for her to do so thankfully, however when she does and it's to the point where things are floating and flying around in her fury, Donnie would instantly get tunnel vision of sorts. Kinda an out of body type of deal, where all he can think about is his best friend, the love of his life holding a glowing crystal. Of her losing herself to her rage due to its influence and quite literally tearing Donnie apart down to his very atoms, essentially killing him even if it was only for a brief time. It's the kind of fear that's born from uneasiness from a rather brutal death and extremely traumatic experience. And of course he hides this from April with everything he has because he doesn't blame her, not one bit.
