do you ever look back on an interaction you had with someone and think damn, that probably really changed their perception of me
#dw about me im just having one of those 'my friends all think im stupid and insecure and depend too much on outside validation' moments#none of them probably even remember that conversation but every so often i remember it and feel awful lolol#someone sounded like they thought what i was saying was bullshit#so i backtracked and said to forget i brought it up#and then the way they reacted sounded like they thought i was like#really insecure and needed outside validation to hold up my self esteem#which is not the case#i just have very few friends and have easily triggered RSD#so the second someone seems even slightly displeased with something i said i spiral n shit and jump to the worst conclusions#(especially since i dont really have other friends to fall back on)#and then i react to things in ways that dont come off very well#this interaction was ages ago and im sure everyone forgot about it but#still#and yknow im sure that wasnt the intent with what they said but like. thats RSD babeyyy#vent#WOW i did not mean for it to ge tthat venty but. yknow
