Lynye which you wrote about is perfect, we need more yandere platonic Lynye
Soft Platonic Yandere Lyney (+ Lynette) PT 2
Sorry this took so long, first one disappeared (it’s back up dw!) so this was set back a bit. I’m glad you liked it! I love platonic yandere it’s so underrated.
cw: kidnapping, (mild) yandere, completely platonic, child!reader, gn!reader, reader goes on a hunger strike, implied future force-feeding (but it’s vague + well meaning), Lynette feeds into Lyney’s actions,
Lyney supposed he couldn’t be too upset at your actions. After all, he had snatched you up from the streets and plopped you in a guest bedroom with a door that locked from the outside. None of that stopped the little pang in his heart when he entered the room, seeing it basically ransacked. The shelves and their contents were on the floor, the dresser tipped over, clothes he bought for you scattered about. All that, plus the pillows and comforter of the bed had been pulled off, and he could see it all shoved underneath the bed, where you were undoubtedly bundled up in a little nest. Hiding best you could from your ‘captors’.
“Hey kid.” He greeted, shaking off his disappointment and replacing it with something cheery. “Are you feeling good enough to come out? I feel as though I haven't seen you in days!”
No response.
“Oh come on. Lynette cooked this time, and she set aside a pastry just for you. She won’t even let me near those!” He laughed, taking a seat on the floor, right next to the bed.
“I’d love to run a few magic tricks by you while you eat. I really think these ones are gonna be real showstoppers!”
He heard a small, unamused huff from under the bed.
Spurred on by the acknowledgement, no matter how negative, he continued. “I mean it! The crowd is gonna love this one. I can show you it if you come out.”
The offer was met with a small sniff. Then another.
Panic flooded his veins. You were crying. Oh no you were crying. He was already failing as a big brother and and—
“Move, Lyney.”
His head turned to the door, where Lynette had strode through, closing it gently behind her. Lyney frowned—he absolutely did not need his sister’s help, not when he promised he could take care of you all on your own.. “Sh! Lynette, I’ve got this.”
“You don’t.” She kneeled by the bed, peering under it. Her ears twitched as she waited a second. Then, after one still moment, she reached under the bed, grabbing your small frame and pulling you out.
You make your anger known, your small cries turned into a shriek of fear as you tried to escape her. “Let go! Lemme go!”
She tucked you onto her lap, holding you tight against her chest. Your arms and legs were skillfully trapped and detained as she held you there against her chest, shushing you quietly. “Yes, yes I know. It’s all very scary and unfair. Shh. I know. I know.”
“Let—I wanna go. I wanna…” blubbering wails turned into hiccuping sobs as she comforted you. Eventually, you collapsed against her, hiding your face away in her neck, letting her place her chin atop your head.
“There we go.”
Lyney sat there uselessly. The gaping hole in his chest aching to hold his new younger sibling in the way Lynette was. Rocking you gently, shushing down your exhausted whimpers and sobs. He watched as you slowly fell asleep, exhausted from your outburst.
When your breathing leveled out and your limbs stopped moving, Lynette relaxed her hold, sighing down at you.
“You said you knew what you were doing, Lyney.” She chastised him. He looked away shamefully.
“I really didn’t expect… this.”
“You should’ve.” Lynette said simply. “They havent been eating the food you’ve been giving them. I doubt they've been drinking the water—I can hear the bathroom sink turning on at night. I assume that’s where they've been drinking their water. Also the reason they passed out so easy. They’re hungry, dehydrated, and most of all, scared.”
“I can’t fix their fear, Lynette. Only try to work through it.”
“You’ve kidnapped them, Lyney. They won’t allow you to work through it. You can’t play big brother when the doors and windows are locked.”
He sighed. “I don’t want to hold them down and force the family thing down their throat.”
“They’re young. They’ll hardly remember this part.” Lynnette brushed your hair back from your face. “When they wake up, make them eat. Whether they want to or not. And maybe make them take a bath.”
“…You’re right Lynette.”
“Of course. Now take them back.”
“Happily!” He chirped, back to a peppy demeanor. Lynette rolled her eyes, passing you into Lyney’s arms. You mumbled a bit in your sleep, shying into the cold chest. Lyney’s face erupted into adoration, eyes wide as he glanced between you and an unamused Lynette.
She rolled her eyes, “Good luck, brother.”

Platonic Yandere Lyney Thoughts
Just a little think piece abt what I think Lyney would be like as a yandere, and what I think would make a him a yandere. Small Lynette cameo. Repost cause the last one disappeared so sorry. PT 2 here!
cw: soft yandere, kidnapping, child!reader, gn!reader
Platonic and soft Yandere Lyney who really wants to feel like a good big brother. His siblings are both House of Hearth members, doing dirty work for the Fatui, so he knows he failed somewhat with them. But you?
The adorable little street rat that sneaks into the crowd to watch his shows, wide eyed and amazed? Who jumps and can’t help but giggle when he shows off even the simplest of card tricks? You just look so… starved. Like a baby bird without a nest. Easy to scoop up and take home.
He wanted to be your savior. The one who you look up at with admiration, amazement. “How did you do that, Mister Lyney!”
In front of you, he didn’t feel like a mistake of a brother that failed to save his siblings from this life.
If only you just came home with him. Every time he offered dinner, or invited you around to watch a new magic trick of his, you refused. He supposed he couldn’t be mad, stranger danger and all that. He knew better than anyone else. As days passed and he continued to watch you hungry, searching for scraps while he had a house full of food. It broke him.
Maybe thats why he followed you back to your little hideout.
You didn’t notice, after all, what match was a street rat against a master of diversion? The hideout was tucked in a thin alleyway, hardly wider than him, behind some shops not too far from home. The rooftops of the nearby buildings shielded you from the rain as you huddled in what could only be described as a nest—formed from ratty old blankets and the rare trinket or clothing item you undoubtedly stole.
Lyney sighed, gathering you up in the dirty quilt you clutched and holding you in his arms. “Lighter than you should be… poor thing. I’m taking you home now kid.”
You didn’t move, just laid in his arms, but he hoped warm glow of his pyro vision was soothing to your freezing body.
Lynette was awake when he came through the door, you in his arms. Immediately, her sharp eyes fell to the child in his arms, and she just sighed. “I suppose this is what you set the guest bedroom up for?”
“Oh come on Lynette.” He said, an edge of excitement in his hushed tone. “I couldn’t just leave them. Anyone could have come by and snatched them up!”
“Evidently, someone did. You.”
“They’ll be better off with us.”
“They don’t know that. They won’t. For months, even. Are you prepared for that?” Lynnette said, sighing when Lyney nodded. “Oh well, you seemed so set on this. I installed key operated locks on the windows throughout the house while you were away. You already did but I figured everywhere would be more helpful in case they escape their room before they’ve settled.”
All at once, Lyney untensed, a look of pure relief washing over his face. He honestly didn’t know what he’d do had Lynette rejected their new sibling.
“Thank you Lynnette, you’re always such a help.” He smiled over his shoulder at her as he carried you to off your new bedroom.

(Platonic Lyney anon) Alright then, I'll send my two asks separated so that you can answer the one you like the most. Take all the time you need!
How would Lyney (and Lynette too, she seems to have become interested as well) react if Reader ends up preferring Freminet? Like, they stay with him a lot and don't feel comfortable with the twins yet. Maybe it's because Freminet is more silent, and not forceful like Lynette can be.
Ooo Platonic Yandere Lyney is super family driven. He has a very intense desire to see his siblings get along. But when it comes to Reader having a clear favorite in Freminet, it really depends.
If you’re sticking besides Freminet because you see him as “safer”, asking to hang out with him in his workshop because it’s quiet and away from the other two, using him to limit your time with the twins, Lyney will allow it, coo over it (he melts when he sees you fallen asleep leaning against Freminet, snapping several pictures as quietly as possible. Ones that you might see framed in his room should you ever enter it), and have a private conversation with Freminet about doing more “family” activities (board games usually), in the hopes that with Freminet participating, you would overcome a bit of fear and do it too.
If you’re doing it to spite or avoid him, cuddling up to him and refusing to entertain Lyney’s brotherly whims (perhaps you stick your tongue out at him from over Freminet’s shoulder tauntingly), Lyney gets a bit upset. It’s obvious that you’re doing it to avoid him, and not even considering poor Freminet’s feelings about it! So you get grounded. Which, in a house you can leave, usually just means no dessert and having to sit through Lyney’s practice.
Lynette doesn’t mind either way. The idea of Freminet having a sibling he could be close to (they love him, but the twins are twins, perfectly in tune) is sweet to her, and defiance is a sign that you know acting out a reasonable amount won’t result in harm against you. If Lyney “grounds” you and refuses to give you dessert, she’ll sneak you some, don’t worry.
Bonus: Freminet’s brain short circuits every time you chose him over his siblings. He feels really bad that you prefer him over the twins, and doesn’t think it deserves it. He’ll try quietly to suggest you spend more time with them.

Not the same lyney anon but am also big fan of Platonic yan family set up here and am very curious!
How would the twins and freminet handle their newest ‘sibling’ when dealing with fauti stuff? For obvious reasons, the new ‘youngest’ of the family is of course not a member of the house of the hearth. But the trio still has missions and work to do. Not to mention that there is no way ‘father’ would somehow not find out; and if we say the three parts take place before the events in the Fontaine archon quest, then there’s the several days if not weeks or a whole month spend in the fortress doing espionage work to say the least
Balancing House of Hearth duties and taking care of his new youngest sibling is rough. Despite what he tries to make his crowds believe, he cannot be in two places at once.
Before the events of the archon quest, if they were away, chances are Freminet was home to take care of them.
(I’ll probably chat a bit about Father in another ask later but for now we assume she is either indifferent, unaware, or views Lyney getting to keep you as a reward he earned for his loyalty, but a responsibility of his own nonetheless. Essentially, she’s a non issue)
But when it comes time for the trio to assume their roles undercover in the fortress, an argument immediately breaks out. It’s obvious you aren’t coming with them (you wouldn’t even know about the Fatui stuff yet) but staying home? Alone?
You’d probably been with them for anywhere between six months to two years by the time the archon quest comes, having at least partially settled into life there. It was better than the streets, you’d learnt by then. So, they’re (mostly) sure you won’t run off.
Lynette thinks you can take care of yourself for a few weeks—Lyney thinks it’s ridiculous to expect his youngest sibling to do shopping, cooking and cleaning on their own. You’re just a kid! Lyney sputters when Lynette presses him on what he thinks they should do instead.
Freminet, silently witnessing this, sighs before going to his workshop and starting to draft a letter back to the Hearth—although, it’s not one for Father.
In the end, a house of hearth operative is set up to nanny you for the weeks the siblings are gone. They’re given very strict guidelines on how to take care of you. The upbringing that occurs in the house of hearth, while normalized to the children of it, is not appropriate for you.

I just read your two platonic Lyney posts and I gotta toss this thought to you. Enabler Freminet to finish off the trio. He obviously wouldn’t take a active role like Lynette did but he would be able to help Lyney in other ways!

Platonic Yandere Freminet (PT 3 of Platonic Yandere Lyney)
These two asks were related, so I figured I’d do both at once! Ahh… enabler Freminet! He’s a little bit of a soft yandere at the end. Reader calms down a bit after this, so I think this may be the end. Glad y’all liked this series :D
cws: previous kidnapping, platonic yandere, crying, child!reader

It wasn’t the first time you’d met Freminet. He often trailed just behind his siblings when they did street shows. He wasn’t often mentioned by name, but he was… an extension of them. Part of their family.
A family Lyney and Lynette both decided you were part of now.
It was a week or two after being taken before you saw Freminet for the first time. He shuffled into the room, pushed inside lightly by Lyney before the door was shut, locking you two in.
“Have fun!” Lyney said from outside the door.
You stared at him from your spot on the bed—the eighth to hide under it was gone after the twins blocked it off—wide eyed, a little scared.
The strangest thing was him almost seeming to share your apprehension.
He stared back, wide eyed. “Um.”
You shot him a small glare, grabbing the blanket and tossing yourself under it.
“…okay.” You heard from under your blanket, his voice distant due to the barrier of fabric.
You stayed under there a while, half expecting to be dragged out the way Lynette did sometimes, when you needed to eat.
Freminet stayed quiet as well, taking a couple steps before a russling sound was heard, then silence.
A few minutes later, you peeked your head part way out, finding him sitting on the floor, legs crossed, leaned against the wall, sitting silently.
He noticed you looking, almost jumping a bit. Was he… scared of you? What?
“…Lyney… um… wants me to spend some time with you. I-I know you don’t want to talk to me, so I’ll… let you do whatever. Knowing him, he locked us in. You know, to bond...”
“Lyney’s dumb.”
“He’s a good person. He wants to be a good brother to you.”
“… he locked us both in here.”
“To bond.”
“That’s dumb. Lyney’s dumb.”
“Stop saying that. Just…” Freminet sighed. “I don’t want to be here if you don’t want me here. But I’d like to get to know you?”
You shot him another, small glare. Unimpressed. He sighed, anxiety rolling off him.
Still, he decided to speak, starting to introduce himself formally. “My name is Freminet, I like engineering and diving. This is Pers.”
He presented a small clockwork penguin, about the size of your head. The little machine was delicately cupped in his palms, as if it was something precious.
“I made him when I was about your age… before I met Lyney and Lynette. Back then, he was my only real friend. Then I got to meet the twins, and they also became my friends, and my siblings.”
“Well he’s neither for me.” You crossed your arms. “He—he’s mean.”
Freminet tilted his head, face blank. “You’d die out there eventually. Or get picked up by someone who’d do awful, awful things to you. They were. You shouldn’t be so ungrateful.”
“I-I don’t need to be grateful!” You hissed at him, gaining no reaction. “I-I… what do you mean they were?”
Freminet remained silent a moment, before sighing. “That’s not for me to say. Let’s… let’s talk about Pers. I can make you one if you like. What’s your favorite color?”
“Don’t want your dumb penguin…” you mumbled. Freminet blinked. “Wanna go home.”
“Where?”
“Outside.”
“Winter’s coming. They aren’t harsh in Fontaine, but the rain will give you hypothermia. You’ll freeze to death if you were caught in it.”
“I… I don’t care.”
“… you’re so stubborn? In the last few weeks, have you even thought about the cold once?”
You sniffed. “Shut up.”
“That’s rude. Don’t say that.”
“Shut up! Let me out!
Freminet stood, nervously approaching the bed. You’d curled up, body shaking. Your cries were muffled. When had you learnt to cry quietly? Perhaps a way to avoid Lyney hearing and checking on you.
He hesitated a moment, before picking you up, gathering you in his arms. “Shhh…”
“Freminet… please let me out.” Your sobs wracked your body. “Please…”
“… I should call Lyney.”
“No! Freminet—no. I don’t wanna talk to him. I-I want…”
Freminet sat on the bed with you in his arms. You’d buried your face in his shoulder. Slowly, he ran an uncertain hand down your back.
“I don’t know…”
“That’s okay.”
“I-I’m scared…”
“No one will hurt you. Not here.” Freminet promised. “So long as our family stands. We’ll kill them.”
For a family with two performers and a diver, he seemed… honest, about tearing anyone who touches you apart. Eyes blurred with tears, you lifted your head to look at him.
His face was even, flat. Relaxed, you could say. With you in his arms, he seemed content. Gently, he shushed you again, guiding your head back to his shoulder.
“You are Lyney’s sibling, and you are mine. Nothing will hurt you so long as I live.” He swore, as if it was reassuring.
…it almost was.
