Dear @sogknives, 😭😭😭 #backstory... Heading from #philly to #nyc on @boltbusofficial, just over the #benfranklinbridge in #nj, the driver pulls over because of a malfunctioning mirror. He proceeded to tell the passengers that we would have to wait for a #mechanic to show up and #fixtheproblem before going any further. It would take an hour or two. I asked him if my #SOGtool would be helpful, which he replied yes. He took the tool and spent about #5minutes outside. When he returned he asked us #passengers, “Do you want the #goodnews or the #badnews?” Everyone yelled #goodness! So he said “I fixed the mirror”. Then a passenger asked what the #badnews was. He proceeded to hold up my #sogknife that he had broken while tightening a bolt on the mirror. He said that he would speak with his supervisor about replacing it. After several non-replies I think I will give up on #boltbus replacing it.
