Where did you get your ej design inspo from :0? I love how cute it is!

He's a poor victim of me liking monster characters and giving them horns, fluffy tails and fluffy ears 😔 That's honestly most of the inspiration, as well as other cryptids for example Mothman (the floof...)

I had like two different variants of EJ too, one which was more cryptid, where he had wooden horns and hunted exclusively in forests and another where he was much more demon-like and gets his prey from the city.

However, I'm pretty random when it comes to things I'm inspired by, because some things can just randomly pop up in my head and I go: yeah.. that sounds dope.. kinda cringe, but cringe culture is dead, so whatever >:)

to answer your questions: if lando pulled his head out of his ass, he and oscar COULD have a healthy relationship. i think to get to that point, he'd have to get the wakeup call of a lifetime, some sense knocked into him, and maybe some time away from the environment of f1 (think summer/winter break), but it's possible! oscar also has a few issues to work through, so it wouldnt be a magical "i love u and u love me, ok we can be together now" thing. they'd probably have to have some time apart. pretty hard when u work together LOL

i too am guilty of daydreaming abt dramatic rain scenes 😭 i listened a lot to back to friends whilst writing AOI, and i dont smoke whilst writing TV, and dramatic confessions/"but i love you!" (read that in elena gilbert's voice) scenes are my guilty pleasure 💔 i dont have an outline for further instalments, but i do intend to write myself out of this knot of feelings at SOME point. they'll get a happy ending! maybe.

hiiii 🩰 (◕‿◕)♡ mmh i feel like ive been keeping myself pretty busy lately as an excuse to not think abt writing bc im really quite fed up with my brain right now,, its already sprouted a new fic idea and the novelty makes it literally eat at me till the point that focusing on current fics is extremely difficult. im good at starting projects or coming up w ideas even but absolutely never executing them (forget abt finishing them). im glad you have some free time! are you on break from classes? (if you are a student ofc idk why I’m assuming…)

and i gave baby bugs a listen, i especially liked the song u recommended “my lucifer”,,, tbh im a big fan of music that’s kind of unsettling or creepy. and now im getting creepypasta nostalgia LOL ugh good i just love anything creepy or spooky in general

also that’s super cool to hear omg i have respect for ship writers bc im a self-indulgent woman and have always gravitated towards self inserts , but i think stories with two fully fleshed out characters can often be a lot richer

either way i suspect some of the best fics to exist are the ones that aren’t ever shared and only the writer can read bc then u can write without any pressure or expectations , and it’s easier for the work to stay authentic ig (idk if that’s the right word),,,,buttttt that might just be me speaking for myself hehe

hmmm i wanna say i do, in the sense that i like to play around with symbolism in small details and stuff a lot, especially in long fics (i don’t think ive posted any here tho). my brain is blanking right now but ig what immediately comes to mind is that if certain types of flowers are mentioned in any of my fics they almost always hold some kind of meaning. for example the tuberose flower can symbolize a dangerous love and even death since it was often used as a funerary flower in Victorian times due to its very intense, almost narcotic scent. add to it that it’s a night blooming flower and you have some some rich symbolism to play around with hehe. essentially if I go out of my way to point out small and very specific details , it probably holds some kind of meaning.
