no offense but all the minors making sad goodbye posts in the main tag is the funniest shit ever to me, like you can still enjoy medias made for older demographics theres nothing really stopping you. sure these are boundaries kittycorn wanted to make for herself but its gonna be hard to enforce when 99% of your fanbase were minors lol

honestly i prefer the premise of the preboot compared to the reboot

the hospital being like an evil purgatory that kept everyone captive in it and the nonsensical nature of everything way more fun than the reboot to me imo, its kind of like alice in wonderland in a way

anyways, the whole objectum/fictive children really dont sit well with me when you think about for more than a minute

as already seen on some other blogs, theres stuff like how childs could be seriously fucked up with one of their parents being a literal printer or not real at all. another big problem comes with the fictive children, that being actors in shows and movies. like imagine one day waking up and learning that somebody had a child with technicaly you without your proper consent but then you cant do shit about it since your a big hollywood star TM and famous and gotta do another shooting for the popular tv show again

as kittycorn has previously stated, anthries can still have eggs even if the other parent has died. hypothetically, could an anthry become fixated on like a dead actor and then be given a child based on them? the ethics behind this shit is crazy for the deceased guy and the child aswell. imagine being like a spinch vincent price kid and then grow up and then realize that your dad has been dead for 30 years. imagine one day learning that somebody had a kid with your dead relative

god the egg lore really needs some reworking. i understand wanting to have a world where objectums and fictives are normalised, trust me im objectum myself, but the children thing really feels like taking it too far and shittily thought out

im kind of curious on what v14 is going to be like considering how 'stressful and unnerving' its going to be since i do like horror stuff, but at the same time im cautious that its going to be another overhyped volume with 90% sex jokes and 10% story like v4

probably nitpicking but does anyone else find it off how despite winona being an adult, shes labeled as being a trans girl? like for example mood is an adult trans person but is labeled as being a trans woman

i get having preferences when it comes to labels but in this case it kind of feels like its another form of infantilizing her imo

honestly the thing that probably annoys me the most about the character designs in sparklecare is the animal variety, or lack there of. a majority of the cast are either cats, dogs or rodents with other animals sprinkled about. i kinda think its crazy how theres like 1 reptile and 2 birds within a sea of mammals...... theres so so SO many weird guys out there in nature to your advantage!!!

the whole no insect/arachnid anthrys thing confuses me as well because of mood and doom and it just feels like an excuse to not draw non-fluffy animals tbh (i think theres a whole thing with no bugs)

i dont really have much else to say cause i cant even remember it well since it all registered as slop in my brain, even when i used to be pretty against crit blogs

theres no bug anthries because mood and doom eat bugs. probably for the same reason eating meat on spinch is seen as "barbaric" or "wrong" or "immoral" or whatever

what the hell does kittycorn expect wild carnivorous animals to eat irl then, i think a bit of meat is ok to eat and is yummy. like even bugs eat other bugs

technically the rats are part arachnid, not insect, so it should be chill or whatever
