“Prince Jeno. You are to wake up and get ready for studies.” You shake his shoulder ever so slightly, knowing that if you shook it too much, you could be scolded.
His eyes slowly peeled open, eyes locked tiredly on you, “Did no one tell you? I’m. Sick.” The tone in his voice bewildered you, taking you aback. How can a person, barely awake, even manage to speak to another person like that? Where did he keep all that energy?
“I apologize, my prince, I was not informed.” Though you were offended by how he greeted you first thing in the morning, you knew you still had to keep composure.
“Well? Leave. I need to get my rest before my illness gets worse,” he ordered. Jeno muttered something under his breath before turning the other way under his sheets.
Tightening your jaw and gritting your teeth, you bowed and turned for the door, leaving the prince to rest. Your annual break was soon. You can handle a few more days.
For the past nine years, you’ve been at the Prince’s side, helping him out through all his activities or basically just when he needed you. The meeting between you both didn’t sit nicely as Prince Jeno didn’t want you as his servant. He already had his eye on your friend Jaehyun who had apparently made a good impression on him. Then there was you who really did not want to be assigned to Jeno as you wanted to serve the Princess, who you deemed much more interesting than the Prince. The king had revealed that it was better that way since you were both of the same age, but that was it. To you that was an invalid reason, or not enough to come off as reason, but since it was the King speaking, you obeyed his order and forced yourself to stick by Prince Jeno’s side.
It took you an entire year to get used to the Prince’s purposeful mistreatment towards you. Sure, you didn’t really like him either but since he was a royal, you were to treat him kindly. You just wished that he at least tried to treat you back the same way. Of course he didn’t, and not subtly either.
There were days where he would obnoxiously order you to do deeds that were utterly useless and others when he’d ignore you yet still make you follow him wherever he went even when not mandatory. He would even reject your generous offers for help and when he did need help, he’d call for his father’s butler. If he wasn’t a royal, there was really no telling what you would do or say to him.
The sound of your slow footsteps echoed faintly throughout the corridor, as it was still early morning and the castle was still yet to be busy. The only thing that accompanied you as of now were the not-so-nice thoughts about the Prince.
“Could’ve asked me to leave nicely,” you whisper to yourself, “He has the ability to do so. I’ve seen him.”
Your mind floats back to the time of the Prince’s sixteenth. The growing excitement was visible as his smile reached his eyes, which was actually pretty rare to see, especially to you. It was actually nice seeing his eye smile once in a while.
“Y/N come here!” You were surprised at his burst of excitement. The way he spoke to you sounded as if he was speaking to a childhood best friend, and for once in the whole period you had been serving the prince, you were more relaxed than usual.
“Yes, your highness?” you made your way to his side, trying to get a look at what he was handling.
“Don’t you think the other princes would enjoy these activities?” He ran his fingers down the scroll of paper with bright eyes.
“They sound exciting, Prince Jeno,” you agreed genuinely, “Why is it that each prince has been assigned to an activity?”
“They’re not assigned, so to say,” he replied politely, “I was thinking of activities that each of us would excel at so that way we all would enjoy it. For example, Prince Donghyuck has prodigy-like skills in horse riding.”
You nod again, a small grin finding its place upon your lips, “I think that’s very thoughtful of you Prince Jeno.”
“Thank you, Y/N.” He turned to look at you, another one of his sincere smiles on reaching his eyes, and in turn, some type of flutter grazing your heart.
A sudden poke to your ribs had knocked you back into reality, looking around to remind yourself where you were, in the service headquarters. Chenle and Jisung, two younger servants, were looking at you amused.
“Are you okay?” snorted Chenle, “You’re almost drooling.”
You went to quickly wipe your mouth, only returned with no spit. Scowling you shake your head, “You guys didn’t need to poke me like that.”
“We wouldn’t have if you weren’t daydreaming or whatever,” Jisung retorted, “Anyways, you’re needed at the prince’s chamber.” Hurriedly, you stood up and made sure that your uniform was not messy in appearance before finding your way to the prince.
You knocked softly, afraid that if you did so too loudly, it would anger Jeno.
“Come in.”
“You called, your highness?”
Prince Jeno was sitting up in his bed but was still buried in his blankets. The strands of hair on his head were all far from where they’d usually be and his eyes were unable to stay open all the way. You couldn’t help but think he looked rather cute.
“You’re too slow,” he croaked out. Your thoughts of him being cute had dispersed quickly, leaving you back into a more annoyed state of mind, “All these years and you still think it’s okay to take your sweet time getting here.”
You didn’t know why he was talking when his throat literally sounded like someone had taken sandpaper and roughly sanded his vocal chords. He really should stop talking. Not only because you were getting deeply irritated by his voice, but also so his throat’s condition wouldn’t worsen. Or should he keep talking?
“I apologize, your highness,” you bowed slightly, “What is it that you need?”
“Water, room temperature,” he ordered, “And something to eat.”
You bowed again before turning to get what he needed, picking up your pace on your way to the kitchen. No please? Sure he’s a prince, but since he is a royal, he should know manners. When no one was around to see you, you ran as fast as you could. It was a good thing that no knight or maid or butler cared about your antics.
By the time you arrived at the castle’s kitchen, you were out of breath. One of the assistant chefs, Doyoung, looked at you with an amused look, approaching you right away.
“You don’t look okay,” he presumed, “Is it the prince once again?”
You were only able to nod once before your knees almost gave out from beneath you, “He wants room temperature drinking water and something to eat.” Hands gripping the edge of the counter, you thanked Doyoung as he handed you water of your own.
“And why did you run here?” he made his way to the nearest corner of the kitchen where a large jug of water sat. He filled the cup close to the brim and then returned to you.
“I’m too slow, apparently,” you mumbled. You took a tray located in one of the cupboards as Doyoung prepared some bread with butter, “So I ran here.”
Doyoung responded with a light, “Ah~” as he set down the snack on the tray, “Better get going then, before the dragon gets mad.” He whispered the last part, knowing that if a monarch hears his words, he’d get in trouble somehow. Letting out a careless laugh, you thank the boy and swiftly leave with the tray in hand.
After knocking, you slowly open the door to enter, seeing that the prince was reading quietly.
“Took you long enough,” he muttered, not looking up from his book. You weren’t going to lie that hurt, but all you could do was clench your jaw and tighten the hold on the tray to express the anger. It was actually irritating how you weren’t able to let it out, as bottling it up actually made you dislike him more and more every minute of every day.
“Forgive me, sir,” you say quietly. Scurrying over to his bedside table, you slide the tray onto it so that it wouldn’t make noise. Jeno finally put down his book and waited for you to hand his glass to him, head stiff. He took a sip of water, emphasizing the sound while keeping his eyes at the end of the bed.
“Good.”
“Would you like me to cut your br—”
“I did not want bread.”
You inhaled deeply, holding in the string of profanities tempting to leave your mouth. Instead, you forced an apologetic smile onto your hardening face and replied as calmly as you can, “Your highness, you did not specify a certain snack.”
From the facial expression that emerged on his face, you knew that he remembered that he did not specifically list a snack. He was doing this on purpose, “I didn’t?” The mocking tone in his voice aggravated you, yet all you did was nod stiffly at his response. How could I possibly believe he was actually caring at some point?
“Yes, your highness.”
“Well now, I want some fruit salad.” He waved off the plate with the lonely piece of bread and butter. Bowing, you pulled the tray rather aggressively before hurrying out the room.
It was like déjà vu as you ran through the castle corridors, a pinch of anger and panic swimming through your veins. If you were able to, you would have screamed out loud, letting the sound echo through the stone walls. Only you couldn’t and now your patience was slowly deteriorating.
“Back again?” Doyoung was sitting in the same spot he was when you first entered, “Looks like you ran even faster.” You couldn’t even explain yourself as you were all out of breath. It was a wonder how you were able to choke out the Prince’s wish.
“How do you put up with him?” Doyoung questioned, “If I were you, I seriously would have quit my job and transferred to picking the droppings of the horses.”
Shrugging, you chug down another cup of water. It calmed you down a bit as you replied to the cook, “I really don’t know… I guess I feel like there’s hope we’ll get used to each other and all will turn out well. The prince isn’t all that bad, I feel like he has this lil bug that needs to be fixed.”
“Nine years and you’re still going. I’m genuinely amazed especially with how he is,” Doyoung plopped the newly finished dish onto the same tray and patted your head, “Now go before he gets mad.”
Just as earlier, you cautiously entered his room, slid the tray onto his bedside table, and hovered the plate in front of him to take. Jeno put his book down and stared at the plate, looked up at you, then back at the plate.
“What is this?” he questioned, “Are you playing tricks on me, Y/N?”
The beat of your heart quickened, nervous as what the concern is now. Why was he questioning you when Doyoung was the one who made the dish? But at the same time you didn’t want any trouble directing to Doyoung.
“No, Prince Jeno, may I ask why?” At this point you were more hurt than angry, though that devil on shoulder was tempting you to yell.
“For the past nine years you haven’t learned what my favourite fruit is?”
“It’s strawberries, your highness.” You knew it was strawberries solely because he always glowed in the presence of strawberries. He looked like an innocent kid when it came to that specific fruit. It had created a permanent image in your head.
Jeno was taken aback at the fact that you actually did know. He hadn’t realized his face had softened, “Y-yet you didn’t remind the cook to add some. Now go.”
Quickly, you picked up the fruit that had fallen to the ground, before leaving.
“I’ve never hated someone so much in my life!” you whisper-shouted to Doyoung, “I-I don’t understand what I did to him for him to treat me like this! It’s annoying how I can’t give him a taste of his own medicine.”
“It’s funnier that way,” Doyoung stated. He was speed cutting a bunch of freshly picked strawberries, a calm expression sitting oddly on his face.
Raising an eyebrow, you look back at Doyoung like he was some madman, “And why is that so?”
“I know it’s your job, but you’re still kind and generous towards him. This is the third time you’re here in under an hour and his chambers are across the castle. He’s oddly and suspiciously rude to you for no good reason when to the rest of the staff he’s nothing like it. You’re being the bigger person. I just find it funny,” he explained coolly. Before you were able to reply, he had shooed you away.
“Hmm,” the Prince hummed. He examined the plate you held in front of him, before shaking his head, “I’m not eating that.”
“W-what?” you could feel your blood boiling and tears of frustration wanting to drip out of your eyes like a weakening faucet.
“I’m not eating that. I’m no longer hungry,” he smirked slightly before picking up his book.
“I’m sorry, your highness, all due respect, I don’t understand why you treat my improperly when I try me best to meet your needs. I have ran back and forth in this castle just to fetch you this and you’re not choosing to eat at least a small piece?” Attitude dripped heavily from your question as you were no longer to filter it. You had to wake up early just to endure nothing but rude treatment with no pleases or thank yous. You were suddenly jealous of Yerim, the princess’ lady-in-waiting, who was treated kindly.
“No.”  Jeno didn’t look up from his book so he was unable to see frustrated tears leave your eyes. You  stood there for a moment just angrily staring at the Prince with burning eyes. You held yourself back, just in the case of saying something  you’d regret.
Jeno paid no attention, a smirk dancing faintly on his lips until he heard your heavy footsteps making its way to the door with no formal excuse, “And where are you going?” The smug grin on his face had faltered quickly, a genuine concerned look replacing it. He knew how respectful you’d always been, you wouldn’t be acting this way if you weren’t actually offended or hurt.
“My break.” You didn’t bother with being formal or respectful. You didn’t even look back at him. You just left, leaving him confused with a pang of sudden guilt.
You let one last tear fall from your eye before making your way to  the servant’s headquarters. Jisung and Chenle were sitting and playing a board game at the far corner of the room. They noticed a new presence in the room and looked over at you, faces dropping in concern as they sensed your condition.
“A-are you okay?” Jisung wasn’t one to ask first, yet he couldn’t help but feel bad. He took note of the redness in your eyes and then turned to Chenle who expressed the same emotion as Jisung was.
“I’m fine. He just got too much for me today,” you replied flatly, staring at the tips of your fingers, “I just can’t wait for my break, it would be great to just have it now.”
Jisung and Chenle exchanged looks, lightbulbs going off in their heads simultaneously. It bothered you how smiles began to grow wide on their faces while you sat there straight faced and burnt out.
“You can have your break earlier,” Chenle declared.
Shaking your head, you frowned, “That’s not possible.”
“It is,” Jisung pushed, “You can leave, we can take your place for the extra days you leave. Besides, it’s good practice for us.”
Again, you looked down at the tips of your fingers and tapped your foot. It wasn’t a bad idea. It would benefit both you and them. No harm would be done.
“Would you guys actually be willing to do that?”
They nodded almost too enthusiastically and you guess you were too easily persuaded.
Tumblr media
Jeno hadn’t realized that he had been staring at the same page for the past ten minutes. He kept reading the same sentence over and over again only because his thoughts had kept him from processing the line. Where are they anyway? His stomach grumbled, causing him to look over at the fruit salad you had brought him hours earlier. It’s quiet.
Jeno stood up, almost falling in the process due to nausea. His head pounded aggravatingly as he made his way to his bedroom door.
“Oh I see you’re up, sire,” Johnny, one of the more respected knights, was standing by his door, “How are you feeling?”
“Not too well… Where’s Y/N?” he looked around to find you but you were nowhere to be seen. He didn’t think you’d take such a long break. Wasn’t a break only for half an hour or so? Hours had probably already passed.
“Ah~ I’ll call for them. Go lay back down, your highness, you look like you’re about to collapse.” Jeno nodded before slowly making his way back to his bed, already missing the warmth it brought him. He was in the mood for some type of soup, maybe some juice.
A loud knock at the door slightly disturbed the boy from silence in the room, “Come in.”
When the door had opened just a jar, Jeno was so ready to apologize to you. He felt a pang of guilt from what he had done earlier, which he didn’t mean to make extreme. The only right thing to do was say sorry. “Y/N I’m sor— Chenle? You’re not Y/N.”
“Sorry, your highness,” he bowed quickly, “I’m filling in for them.”
“Filling in?” his eyebrows knitted together, “What do you mean?”
“Y/N left today, so I’m filling in for them,” Chenle smiled nonchalantly, “What is it that you needed?”
Left? Jeno frowned, although he didn’t know he did. For some reason he didn’t like the sound of that. Did he really scare you away? Did he go too far this time?
“Uh~ Wonton soup and water, please,” he stared blankly at Chenle, who just smiled brightly with a nod.
“Coming right up, sir!” And he was gone, leaving Jeno alone with his thoughts.
Tumblr media
“Rise and shine~” Jeno was taken aback by the deep voice that had woken him up the next morning. He was used to your gentle voice and the shoulder shake you would do.
“Jisung?” Jeno’s head retracted into his neck, “Where’s Chenle?”
“We’re sharing this duty, so you will see both of us, your highness,” Jisung sheepishly replied, “Are you feeling better?”
Jeno nodded.
“That’s good to hear, your highness,” he sighed, “The queen tells me you have to continue with your studies today to catch up with yesterday. Chenle is on the way with your everyday attire.”
Just as Jisung finished his sentence, a knock at the door sounded and Chenle entered with Jeno’s clothes. He uncovered it and laid it down flat at the end of the bed. The two servants had left quietly, stating that they would be in the dining hall for breakfast and that he was to go there as well.
Without much hurry, Jeno stripped from his sleeping clothes and slipped the clothes he was given. Black dress pants that fit him nicely, and a loose dress shirt and tie, which his teacher insisted on. After buttoning his shirt, Jeno gaped at the tie like it was some sort of boss level in a game. You would also do the tie for him, as it was difficult for him to do. No matter how many times you would teach him, he still never got the hang of actually doing it. Nonetheless, Jeno tied the tie around his neck with an improper knot, probably looking as silly as the jester.
Once he was content with his appearance, he made his way down to the dining hall. It was funny how you haven’t even been gone for a whole day and Jeno was already missing presence? Which was odd because when you were there he wouldn’t even mind you. He just thought of you as there but not actually there.
As the week continued, Jeno never got used to Chenle and Jisung serving him. Sure it had only been a week, but he’s grown with you for nine straight years. To him, even if he wasn’t in favour of you serving him, you had started to seem like a piece of him. It was hard to hate you, yet he still didn’t like the fact that you had to be assigned to him, and being honest, he had no idea why. It was natural for him to feel this way.
“Can you place them like this next time?” Jeno rearranged his cabinet, “Y/N always does it like this, like the way I want it.” He never really heard himself talk, especially with Chenle and Jisung, so he never noticed the fact that you were always mentioned in his sentences. It had gotten to the point where his two companions would look at each other with the look before continuing with their job.
“Yes, your highness,” Chenle made sure that everything on and within his cabinet was neat and tidy, before turning back to the prince, “Anything else, your highness?”
“I have a question and you both can be dismissed for the rest of the night.” Jeno hadn’t realized how late it was getting and he had almost forgotten that Chenle and Jisung were minors and were to be dismissed early. Jisung’s eyes were growing heavy, and as a teenage boy, Jeno felt sympathy.
“Anything, your highness,” Chenle nodded, “I’ll do my best to answer.”
“When is Y/N coming back?” It was only then that Jeno realized he started growing worried about where you were. He was told you were on a break, but a little voice inside of him pushed the idea that you had quit because of him, and he didn’t like that idea.
“Y/N?”
Jeno nodded, attention sitting heavily on Chenle, Jisung standing by the door with eyes widened.
“They’ll be back in one more week. Y/N’s on her break, your highness, I’m sure all is well. You seem quite worried,” Chenle offered Jeno a reassuring smile.
“I-I’m not worried. I’m just curi-”
“Sir, not trying to disrespect you, but I truly don’t believe you’re just curious. You have mentioned her in almost everything we do. It’s far more than just curiosity. Right Jisungie?” Jisung nodded ecstatically, an awkward looking smile on his face.
“Far more?” Jeno rubbed the sheets that were covering his legs, “If you’re implying something, I don’t appreciate it Chenle. That’s not possible.”
“Whatever you say, your highness,” Chenle couldn’t help but let out a chuckle. He bowed alongside Jisung, before finally exiting the room.
“Wait!” But Chenle and Jisung were gone, and Jeno was, once again, left with his thoughts.
Tumblr media
“We come bearing stories,” Chenle dramatically stated, spotting you sitting on your balcony.
“And gifts!” Jisung added. He held up loaves of bread from the castle, neatly wrapped in cloth.
You gave them a look as you made your way down the outdoor stairs, gladly accepting the bread, “And the stories?”
“The prince is in love with you,” Chenle had stated simply, sitting down on a homemade hammock, “Y/N this, Y/N that… we do our job perfectly but to him it isn’t perfect because you aren’t the one doing it. Been shaking my head this whole week.”
The beat of your heart had gone up a bit, which was disrespectful to yourself. Why would the tempo of your own heart even think of speeding up for the prince? Especially with how he’s treated you. Foolish.
“Just because he likes the way I do things doesn’t mean he has feelings for me,” you sighed, “Just means the way I do things are perfect.” You smiled proudly at yourself as a joke, seeing the annoyed faces of Chenle and Jisung as you did.
“Or~~ he’s finally finding out about his feelings now since you’re gone and he misses you or something,” Chenle continued, “But being serious, he asked us when you were coming back.”
“I do not care, so why would he?” you retorted, plopping next to Jisung who had sat down on a wooden bench, “He never treated me nicely, there’s no reason to like him even if he does like me.”
“But you know yourself, he’s not like that naturally. He forces himself to act that way. Isn’t that suspicious?” Jisung questioned.
“Jisung, you never talk, and when you do, it’s nothing but nonsense,” you uttered.
Chenle snapped, “I can recall that too! There’s no denying when there’s two witnesses.”
“Can you both stop talking before you confuse my feelings? I’m trying really hard to hate him right now,” you sighed, patting the loaf in your arms, “I’ll see you guys next week. You guys should rest. Thanks for the bread.”
Jeno cussed for the tenth time that evening as he hit his head against his headboard for not laying still. He couldn’t sleep because of what Chenle had suggested. He didn’t like you did he? It wasn’t like he wasn’t allowed to like you. His great grandpa was part of the service staff himself… Jeno just didn’t think that he did have feelings for you. But then again, he couldn’t control himself around you. Like he would feel some sort of panic and words would spew out of his mouth before he was able to think them through. Maybe that’s why he treated you the way he did, though he can’t just use that to justify his actions. He was stupid and he knows himself that he was stupid.
“I don’t like Y/N,” he whispered out loud as if he would somehow confirm it to himself, “I don’t like Y/N… it’s natural for me to get used to their presence… nine years is a long time.”
“You wake him up,” Jisung’s voice lingered in Jeno’s ear as he stirred.
“No, you,” Chenle countered, “I did it yesterday.”
“May I ask what’s so scary about waking me up?”
The two boys jumped, mouths gaping before they bowed, “G-good morning, your highness.”
“It’s not scary. We just don’t want to disturb your peaceful slumber,” Jisung replied.
Jeno scoffed and sat up, “Funny because I didn’t have a good sleep last night. Because of you.” He pointed directly at Chenle who jumped at the close contact, “You should’ve never said that about Y/N… now I’m… confused.” Chenle really had no idea what to say, so Jeno continued, “I’ll have you know, I don’t have feelings for Y/N. I’m just used to them being here. They’ve never been gone longer than a day or two.”
“I don’t think that’s the case, sir,” Chenle quietly replied, “Anyways, you have studies again today.” Jisung laid out his outfit and grinned before they both left the room. Jeno shook his head at the two and then groaned out loud at the sight of the tie sitting on your bed.
He didn’t like the sight of the long set of notes laid out in front of him. This just meant he had more to study and more to memorize, which he wasn’t very good at. His teacher stood at the board’s side, mouth moving as he explained the lesson with no emotion.
“Understand? Any questions?” he made his way to Jeno’s desk with a stern face, “Were you listening?” Jeno had stopped underlining the important notes halfway through the lesson, head filled with thoughts other than the thorough political techniques his teacher was running him through.
“Sorry, Mr. Ahn, but I wasn’t,” he softly said. He was eyeing the small container of ink on his desk as he spoke, “I’m really sorry.”
“It’s all well, Jeno,” Mr. Ahn assured, “This is why I’m here… Are you okay?”
“To be honest, I have this continuous train of thought that has been running through my head for a long, long time.”
“About?”
Jeno began to spill all that he had been feeling and how he was unsure about how he felt and why  he treated you as he did when he didn’t mean to. Everything. Through some thoughts, he even surprised himself, as they were unknown to him until they left his mouth. Mr. Ahn had listened to Jeno for the entire time, nodding and humming at the necessary parts. He almost had forgotten all about the lesson, and suddenly became invested in his student’s problem.
Once Jeno finished, Mr. Ahn sat there and thought about the situation, processing everything the Prince had told him. It was like he was a student and Jeno was the teacher in the context of listening and telling.
“It seems to me that you do indeed have feelings for this someone.”
Jeno jumped slightly in his chair, “W-why do you say so? The way I treated them was wrong, intentionally or not”
“It seems to me that, at first, you really were doing it on purpose… but the reason you kept doing it was because it was an easier way to deal with possible rejection. You believed it was easier to make them hate you,” he explained softly, “If you’re questioning it, if you’re thinking about the situation to the point where you can’t sleep or focus… if you want them to be part of your life… I think there’s quite a high chance that there’s something there.
“You don’t avoid seeing them… you could’ve easily asked your parents for a new servant, yet you didn’t.
Tumblr media
“Didn’t bring you bread for once!” Chenle exclaimed, revealing a small miniature cake, “It’s your favourite cheesecake.” Jisung trailed behind him tiredly, eyes and body heavy. He was wondering how in the world a boy could be so energetic after a hard day’s work.
“How in the world did you manage to get this?” you gasped.
“The prince sent it over,” Chenle winked. As always, he plopped into the hammock, swinging back and forth childishly, “He probably can’t wait for you to come back tomorrow.”
Suddenly, you wanted to do nothing with the cake, handing it back to Chenle.
“Don’t act like you’re not flattered because your heart is beating exceptionally fast right now.”
You scoffed, “There’s no telling how I feel right now except for me.”
Chenle handed you back the cake and smiled devilishly, “You didn’t deny that your heart is racing right now at the thought of Prince Jeno and that cake.”
“It’s not beating any faster than how fast my fists can swing at you if you don’t shut up  about the Prince,” you threatened, half joking. You sat down next to Jisung, who was slowly falling asleep on your bench, battery running low.
“Woah, simmer down,” laughing, Chenle stopped swinging and seriously looked at you in the eye, “But real talk. Do you like him back?”
The boy’s eyes were burning holes through yours and you were ready to lie about any feelings you felt. You really disliked the way Chenle looked at you like he could read you like an open book, despite being younger than you. There wasn’t any use to lying.
“I mean…” you started, “I don’t hate him as much as I say I do, but I’m not in love with him.” You were only saying this because of the fact that Jeno was actually soft underneath his exterior. You didn’t understand why he didn’t choose to be himself around you when you. What did you do to him that made him decide to make him act that way?
“And by ‘I don’t hate him as much as I say I do’ you mean?” he trailed. Chenle was a good interrogator. He gave no room for questions besides his own.
“That simply means I don’t hate him.”
“But do you like him?”
“Define the word, ‘like.’” Eyes gaping at the small cake, you tried to recall all the possible moments that could’ve defined that word. All the possible hints that could have meant you liked the prince but you were just blind at yourself to know.
“I’m just a child…” Chenle hummed, “But I guess in your case, you tolerated him through the years, more even, you could’ve quit or requested for a change in position, but you didn’t. You have this soft spot for him but you don’t notice, right Jisung?” Chenle turned to Jisung, who had completely fallen asleep against the outside of your house, “He would agree, but anyways… what else… your heart races just at the thought of him… and not in a bad way… should I keep going?”
You felt like you were burning holes through the cake, all the way through to your thighs, then to the ground. Chenle wasn’t wrong. You knew yourself that there was something there, wrong or not as he is the prince. It was all in the matter of pushing them away because of the façade he put on when it came to you and the fact that he would act the way he did around you. But the stories Chenle and Jisung were, for some reason, excited to tell you with much detail had let you know that he truly wasn’t that nasty prince that you served. In a way, you just wanted to see how this all would turn out.
“No…” you murmured, “I think that’s enough.”
Tumblr media
You blinked at the sleeping prince, not sure if you were ready to face him after the two weeks you’d been gone. What if he’s nothing like the prince that Jisung and Chenle had to serve? What if he still treated you the same way he did before? It nerved you.
After finally making your last thought, you approached him like normal, bringing your hand to the boy’s shoulder. Shaking it, you let out a soft, “Wake up, your highness.”
Jeno almost jumped out of his skin at the voice he knew too well, one that he had found some comfort in, especially when at times the Jisung and Chenle would basically yell in his ears first thing in the morning.
“Studies will be continued tomorrow, but the king and queen want you to eat breakfast,” you stated, turning to the windows of his room. You let light in as well as the morning air, hoping that it would give his room a good atmosphere to wake up in, “I already laid out your clothes at the foot of your bed, your highness. Just let me know when you’re ready for me to leave.” Approaching the last panel of windows, using the string attached to the curtains to draw them open. You could hear some movement on his bed, indicating that you successfully woke him up. He didn’t say anything, which could be a good sign.
Turning around, you were faced with the bed-headed Prince, eyes still finding the energy to open to its full potential. He was sitting, legs dangling off the edge and arms being used as support to prop him up. It made you uneasy how he didn’t even hide that he was staring at you. It made you feel even worse thinking about reasons why he was even doing so. Was he mad or was he doing it because…
You bowed quickly, “Good morning, Prince Jeno.”
He didn’t return a greeting and continued to sit and stare.
“Your highness?” your eyebrows furrowed, “Is everything alright? Are you still ill? May I ask why you’re looking at me like that?” It was unusual to ask a string of questions that were directed to the prince, but you couldn’t think straight. Not when he was still going on with this act. Did you do anything wrong?
A prolonged silence had blanketed over you both. It was as if someone had frozen time, the way none of you moved a muscle or even breathed out loud.
Finally, as Jeno’s thoughts were being cleaned up and organized, he opened his mouth and spoke delicately, words causing your heart to go crazy, “I missed you, Y/N.”

You had one of the most amazing personalities anyone had ever seen. You were always caring, you put others before yourself and you gave second chances to everyone; even those that didn’t deserve it. That character trait of yours always got you into situations that had you blaming yourself for stupidity and too much kindness. Prehaps it wasn’t stupidity but it was the fact you saw the good in everyone rather than focusing on their personas and negative traits.
Some people called you näive, others called you gullible, you’d been called just about everything since you began high school. It was normal; there would be people who hated you, loved you and those that took advantage of you. You were accepting to everyone, you helped tutor those who needed it and you gave up your free time and time to do your own work in order to guide those who asked for help through the phone in order to be discreet.
It wasn’t until you met the Bangtan boys that you realized just how much people relied on you for help. They first came to you a year ago when finals begun to ask for help which basically involved you suming up an entire years worth of material in a week. It wasn’t easy since you had your own to study for at the same time but it also counted as a review guide for yourself. Since then they’ve come to you in secret or you’d go over to their shared house to help one or all of them review a topic.
Over the past few months you and the infamous bad boys had grown close meaning what had previously been school related meetings became a friendship with meet-ups that didn’t involve school at all. They became some of the closest friends you had in a long time giving you a sense of connection you didn’t know you needed.
That was however until you overheard one of their conversations as you were on your way to your vehicle. “She’s too close, we let her in and allowed this to go on for too long.” It was Namjoon speaking as he informed the others of their mistake. “But hyung, she hasn’t done anything to make us question her intentions,” Jungkook defended you in your absence which you were grateful for. It physically pained you to hear what they were thinking of you. It was one of those moments where you could actually feel your heart tearing apart as tears welled in your eyes. “Exactly and we aren’t sticking around to find out what they are.” Yoongi chimed in with Namjoon, defending the man who wanted you out of the picture.
You stood there leaning lifelessly against the wall contemplating whether or not to make a run for your vehicle. That option seemed like the best one to choose until you were too late. Apparently they had finished up their conversation and were exiting the classroom only to be met with you; the person who had shown them nothing but compassion and helped them. The soul who was once positive now felt that fullest depth of betrayal you had ever felt before.
“Y/n-“
“No.” You snapped as you returned from your lifeless state to look through blurry eyes at the men who stood before you. “I will not let myself be spoken about behind my back by people who I’ve shown nothing but kindness towards. I have no ill intentions with anyone of you unless wanting to be friends is such a terrible thing. I’ve done NOTHING but be help you when you needed it, not to mention I was the only one who took you all seriously because of the face you put up. So no. Don’t explain because I heard everything you had to say.” You told them trying to hold your composure together until you got home. You would not show weakness now more than ever, sure the tears showed it pretty well but you wanted to scream and yell at their ignorance.
Without another word you walked out of the hallway and entered your car followed by a slam of the door shut before you exited the campus. On the way to the condo which your guardians bought so you had a safe place to stay while getting an education, you broke down completely. It hurt more than you thought it would, of course you were stupid to catch a slight case of feelings for seven different guys who happened to be dating each other (a secret you came you find out when you got closer to them, they made sure no one on the outside knew) but that didn’t stop your battered heart from skipping a beat every time they smiled or laughed.
When you did arrive home you went to unlock the door with shaky hands and after multiple times of missing the keyhole you finally unlocked it. Dropping your bags you shut and locked the door behind you, taking a second before sliding down it in utter distress.
-
The next day you skipped classes all together; something you rarely did unless you were ill even then, that was only because you didn’t want to get anyone else sick. You had a headache from crying all night, your nose was stuffy, eyes puffy and red and to sum it all up: you felt like shit.
You spent the day moping around at the loss of a friendship. When classes let out you weren’t expecting anything from the boys however you received a text message stating one simple thing.
Taehyungie: Come over please.
There were no emojis, no use of a nickname....nothing, which must’ve meant this was important. So, against your minds wishes your heart dragged you to their home with heavy feet. You looked horrible and felt it too, but here you were yet again, putting others before yourself.
You didn’t even have to knock before the door was flying open followed by both Jimin and Jungkook hugging you tightly as you just stood there too tired mentally to do anything back. You were confused and they could tell so they backed off allowing you inside. You were guided to the couch where you sat hugging the arm trying to be as far away from any of them.
“Y/n, please let us explain.” Jin began hoping for you to look up at any of them but you kept your tired eyes locked on the empty space in front of you. “We have a reputation we must keep up, we can’t seem weak or things will be different for all of us.” Hoseok stated in an easy tone trying to stay calm even though he had the urge to run up to you and hug you. “Letting people in isn’t weak, it’s called being human.” You argued in a monotone still not looking anyone in the eyes.
“Yeah, well we shut everyone out. Don’t take it personally.” Yoongi spoke defensively making you absentmindedly flinch at the harsh tone in his voice. “How am I not supposed to take it personally!? You have no reason to shut me out and I’ve given you every reason to let me in!” You begun standing up and finally looking at the men who wore shocked expressions at your tone. “I don’t know what any of you have been through but I promise you this isn’t the way to live your lives. Let me in, let me show you not everyone has bad intentions with you. Let ME be the one to change your mindset. Because damnit I’m tired of being thrown out when I do nothing but help.” Your voice wavered at the end of your sentence making you curse yourself.
“Let me in because I’ve shown everything I am to you.” You whispered as a single tear rolled down your cheek but you were quick to swipe it away. “Let me in because I love you all.”
“You what-“ Jimin gasped standing up in surprise as did the others. “I know- I know it’s stupid and you’ll probably think it’s a schoolgirl crush, b-but over the past few months when I’ve gotten to know you for you and not the bad boys everyone else knows you as...I fell. Fast and hard. Which is why I’ve been so upset over what you said because I KNOW you will be fine without me, I KNOW you can move on and shut people out like you do but I don’t want to be shut out like everyone else.” You explained giving up at wiping the tears which just kept falling at this point. It was hard admitting your feelings especially at this time but this was either the making or breaking point if everything so why not?
“If it wasn’t for you, we’d be so lost right now y/n.” Namjoon begun taking one step towards you as you remained still. “We’ve all been thinking about you a lot lately.” Yoongi stated from beside you where you didn’t know he was until then. “You are a wonderful person, never forget that.” Taehyung said making you think this was goodbye. “You deserve someone who values you.” Jin whispered softly behind you as more tears filled your eyes. This couldn’t be it, not goodbye. “Someone who will kiss away all of your pain and scars.” Jungkook said stepping forward as well. “You know the hardest part about finding someone you love but being apart even though you have six others? It’s the endless nights awake knowing that the missing piece that completes us is right in front of us but we are too afraid to take that leap of faith fearing that we’ll be rejected.” Jimin stated grasping onto Yoongi’s hand to squeeze it. “Y/n, we’ve made a complete fool of ourselves that past day because we aren’t the people who we want to be. We are so sorry little one, so sorry and no amount of verbal apologies will show it until our actions change.” Hoseok said motioning to the other men who were gazing at you with something you couldn’t identify.
Your mind was going a million miles an hour at this point. Why where they saying this? Surely they couldn’t mean you...could they?
“You deserve someone who will treat you with the most respect, give you all the love and happiness you deserve and protect your kind heart. If you’ll let us, we’d like to be those men.” Taehyung said grabbing your hands which had been fiddling with the hem of your sweater. You looked at them with the most innocent, pure eyes they had ever seen, you were in total shock at what they had asked. When it sunk it you chocked on a sob. This wasn’t goodbye, it wouldn’t be the end.
“Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.” You said in a mix of laughter and sobs before running into Taehyung’s chest to wrap your arms around him tightly. The others followed your suit as you all began to express the feelings you had kept up for so long.
-
“‘Us’ I like the sound of that, don’t you?” You said as you laid cuddled into Yoongi’s chest while everyone was spread amongst the couches. You weren’t aware of what had slipped off your tongue until Yoongi was putting his hand over his heart saying ‘Ahh too cute’ while squeezing his eyes closed.
“I love the sound of us.”

Poly!Wonpil/Sana
Requested: anon asked:  hey!!!! I really love your writing alot, and I've been reading your stuff for a while. May I request a poly sana and wonpil scenario? I know it sounds weird, but I love day6/twice interactions and I've seen cute moments together :')
Pairing: Day6 Wonpil x Twice Sana x Reader
Genre: college!au
Warnings: it’s like pg13? unedited
A million years later and it is done. No lie, I rewrote this like 500 times because I was never happy with it. I love these two so much considering they are my biases and all and I really didn’t do them justice. (Also thank you anon for giving me this ship, as if I could be in a poly relationship these two would be my first choice)
Tumblr media
You have been best friends with Sana for a few years now
Ever since she transferred into your class in highschool and you were put in charge of showing her around
You immediately got along like a house on fire once you realises you had many things in common
One of which was the fact that you were both the biggest flirts
You were already known as the school’s flirt
Nobody was safe: not your friends, other students, not even the lunch ladies
On outings with your friends you were always the one to order everything as a you always got free food and discounts with just a flash of your charming smile and honeyed words
You even got caught flirting with inanimate objects multiple times, something you shamelessly admit
Sometimes people labelled you with not so nice things, but most people knew that you had no ill intentions
It just came naturally and you enjoyed seeing people flustered, finding it adorable
And your compliments were never fake either
And then when Sana came along, you were ecstatic
Because as much as you loced seeing people all blushy, Sana flirted with you as much as ypu did her and it was a nice change of pace
Your friends didn’t enjoy it as much the two of you often teamed up with each other
Especially Momo and Mina, who couldn’t even pretend they didn’t understand anymore as Sana would just fire the cheesiest lines in Japanese at them
High school quickly passed by and soon it was time for the next part of your lives
Thankfully you and Sana had aced your college entrance exams and managed to snag places at the same one, which made you both real happy
And you were especially happy, as not only did it mean upu wouldn’t be separated from your bestie, but also your big time crush
Yes, you had done the cliche falling for your best friend
Not that it was easy to tell considering you still flirted with everything that moved and even didn’t move
But in between the smooches on your friends cheeks and the extra portions at lunch, you could be found with your head in your hands staring at the girl with literal heart eyes
Never one to beat around the bush, you decided that as soon as you had both settled into your respective dorms you would ask her out
And ask her out you did
During your first movie night in a dorm instead of at one of your houses, you were sniggled up to each other when you just spontaneously asked her on a date, to which she happily jumped into your arms with a ‘yes’
Or at least, that’s the scene you had imagined in your head
In reality you kept silent, subtlely glancing at Sana as the movie played, too scared to make a move
Not that you would ever admit to being scared of course; no, you were just waiting for the right moment
It was nearing the end of the movie when you finally got the courage to do something
A scene played on the tv that caused Sana to burst out laughing and looking at her so happy caused you heart to do flips
And it was at that moment you knew you had really fallen hard for her and that you would be yourself up if you let the chance to make her yours go
And the flirty part of you couldn’t let the opportunity to be cliche and cheest go, and so pretending to yawn, you stretch you arms up before letting them come to a rest behind Sana
In turn, the girl looks up at you, her pretty eyes widened in surprise and you could see her ears start to turn red
This gives you more courage and you smile softly down at her, squeezing her shoulder before pulling her in close to you
Neither of you really ask the other out, you’re already so close that to the two of you don’t really find the need to define anything
But things are definitely different between the two of you after that night
Which is pretty obvious considering that, well, kisses are a lot less platonic that the skinship you usually shared with your friends
It takes everyone a while to catch onto the change in your relationship considering you and Sana act basically exactly the same as you did when you were just friends
They don’t realise that dates are actual dates as the two of you always went out together prior
And neither of you have let go of your flirty natures
You still team up to make people flustered
In fact it was only when you absentmindedly call Sana you girlfriend in front of everyone
At first they didn’t catch on considering you were always teasingly calling people your boyfriend or girlfriend
But they definitely caught on when Sana turnes to you all excited and planted a big one on our lips
She couldn’t stop the butterflies in her stomach or the grin on her face as you called her your girlfriend sincerely
After you had officially come out as a thing, you quickly became seen as one of the campus’ power couples
Not only were you both total visuals, but everybody envied your relationship
They loved the way you acted adorable with each other, they way you looked after each other, and the way you trusted each other completely
Because with the personalities you both had, people though jealousy would be inevitable what with the constant flirting with anything and everything
But you and Sana understood each other and were very open with your feelings
If either of you thought literally anything good or bad, you would talk it out and figure things out
Communication was key for the both of you
Which is how Wonpil came into the relationship
It all started during a date between you and Sana
One of your mutual friends, Jae, had convinced you to check out his band Day6 at one of the gigs they were playing and you and Sana had agreed, deciding to make a date of it while you were at it
And so dressed up nicely, you walked hand in hand to the venue, one of the nicer bars in town
Throughout the night you and Sana had a drink or two and rocked along to the music
Throughout the night though, one of the band members catch your eye
The cutie playing the keyboard
Not only do you think he is gorgeous, but his voice sends shivers up your spine
When you point this out to Sana, she nods quickly, her head almost falling off of her shoulders
Apparently he had caught her eye too and for the rest of the night the two of you pay extra attention to him, giggling together when he looks up and catches your eye only to look back at his keyboard blushing when you wink at him
And the two of you find his expression when said keyboard suddenly drops a bit absolutely adorable
Sadly though, the night quickly comes to an end and you and Sana head back to the dorms high of the music and atmosphere
The next day you message Jae to tell him how good you thought he and the band were and after bragging a bit, he invites you and Sana along to one of their practices to which you quickly agree
As it turns out their next practice was that evening
Your girlfriend is practically skipping beside you as you make you way to the music building
Finally managing to navigate the halls, you arrive at the specified room and knock with one hand, your other carrying a few pizza boxes (a good way to kickstart friendship you found out)
Jae is the one to answer the door, ushering you and Sana into the room while calling out for the guys to come meet you
That’s when you meet Sungjin, Young K (or Brian, you aren’t quite sure) and Dowoon
They quickly make you and Sana feel welcome, and thank you for the pizza which you all quickly start digging into
You start to wonder where the cute keyboard player is when suddenly said man rushes into the room, panting slightly and running a hand through his hair as he apologises for being late
You and Sana immediately meet each others eyes and small smiles appear on both of your faces
“Yo Wonpil, this is y/n and their girlfriend Sana” Jae introduces around a slice of pizza
Wonpil says a hello as he is dumping his bag in some corner of the room, but immediately becomes silent as he turns around and catches sight of the two of you
Memories from the previous nights gig return to his mind and he can’t stop the tips of his ears from turning red
His blush only gets worse as they night goes on
You and Sana clap and dance along as they practice different songs, complimenting the group constantly
But the two of you can’t help but pay extra attention to Wonpil
The rest of the band finds it hilarious when you sit either side of the boy asking about music causing Wonpil to become a flustered mess at the close proximity
And everyone practically dies when Sana quite innocently comments on how quickly Wonpil’s fingers move across the keys
At that moment you are practically a puddle on the floor, dead from the innuendo, Wonpils blush and Sana’s adorably confused face
Over time you and Sana become pretty good friends with the band, supporting them at gigs and studying with the members often as college students do
You and Sana don’t let up on your flirting with Wonpil either
If anything, it gets more intense as the two of you stop flirting as much with other people and instead focus your attention on him
One of your friends, Jihyo, points this out one day as your hanging out at her dorm
At first you dismiss he idea that it’s anything more than innocent flirting like your usual, giving the excuse that most others are used to it and so don’t give reactions like his anymore
But the thought sticks in your mind
So much so that one day you are in your dorm with Sana, sat on your couch making out when you suddenly think ‘I wonder what it would be like to kiss Wonpil like thisx
You immediately feel guilty for even thinking that, especially in the middle of kissing your girlfriend and so you break away from Sana, leaving her to look confused when she sees your troubled face
But you hate keeping stuff from her, and so instead of brushing it off you tell her about it
Much to your surprise she doesn’t get angry, or jealous or any of the emotions you would expect
Instead she lights up and says “you too?”
Which prompts a heart to heart throughout which you talk about feelings and whatnot
You are both 100% sure that you love each other still, but you are also sure that you both fancy Wonpil at this point
A quick internet search helps stop your worries though as you read up on polyamory and by the end of it you are both discussing about how your feelings are valid and how out of all the different type of nonmonogamous relationships and polyamory, the stuff you both feel points to wanting to make Wonpil the third in your relationship
By the end of the night, instead of a heated argument like you kind of expected, you instead start debating on what you think Wonpil kisses like
(Sana is sure he is a cute, shy kisser whereas you are sure he is real passionate)
You flirting with Wonpil becomes a lot different after that
It’s a little more serious, less greasy as you re trying to figure out whether his reactions are beause he may fancy you and Sana as well, or if it is purely his natural reaction to any attention
You didn’t want to just jump into deep water, so to speak
After all, getting into a relationship is a pretty complicated thing, let alone getting in one that includes more than one other person
But you didn't have to wait too long
As Wonpil told Dowoon all about his ever growing feelings for you and your girlfriend
And Dowoon told Jae, who told Jimin, who told Bambam, who told Chan, who told Jihyo
Which ended up with Jihyo gatecrashing one of your dates, almost skipping in excitement
You see, Sana had confided in Jihyo about everything (with your consent of course)
And so of course Jihyo is going to get excited when she hears that her friends' crushes are returned
So after trying to burst out squealing in happiness in the middle of a busy coffee shop, the three of you brainstorm when and how to confess
It comes to your mind that Day6 would be performing at the upcoming charity fair that the school was putting on
The fair would be happening in the evening and your friend’s Nayeon and Woojin were a part of the team organising it and so you knew that it would be one of those really aesthetic fairs you see pictures of on pinterest
And what place for a better first date?
Mentioning this to Sana you come up with a plan and for the next couple of weeks, the two of you are unusually giddy from nervousness and excitement
But with the both of you caught up in wanting to give Wonpil the confession and (hopefully) first date he deserves, you get caught up in your own world together and sort of neglect your friends
Of course, most of them are up to date with all the gossip and so understand why, but poor Wonpil has no idea
Despite constantly blushing when you and Sana were around and the following teasing from his friends, he really enjoyed your company
Like, really enjoyed your company
And so when you started avoiding him, started coming to band practice less, started flirting with him less, he was a little heartbroken
He felt like the thing the three of you had going was taken more seriously by him than it was by you and Sana; that he had misinterpreted it all; that you had moved on from him
And so while for two weeks you and Sana were practically sparkling because you were so excited, Wonpil was the complete opposite
He walked around with a pout constantly on his face
The boys didn’t know whether to laugh because they knew he was wrong, tease him for acting like a baby, coo at how adorable he looks or cry along and baby him, because nobody likes a sad Wonpil
Finally the day of the fair came and you and Sana were buzzing, running round to get things and yourselves ready
Wonpil was also buzzing; his sadness had been pushed aside briefly to make way for the hype of getting to perform for a large crowd
The band was performing pretty early into the evening which gave you and Sana time to roam around and get your bearings, brainstorming what you think Wonpil would like to do
Finally the time came for their stage and you and Sana managed to squeeze in right in front of the small stage that had been put together for the evening
“What’s up guys! We’re Day6 and we’re going to perform a few songs for you this fine evening, so feel free to get hyped up and go crazy! First up is ‘What Can I Do’, we hope you enjoy,” Jae introduces, and with that the music starts
It doesn’t take long for your fellow college students to get hyped up
Those that have seen the band or listened to them on soundcloud shout along to the lyrics (mind you, that’s a lot considering how popular Day6 are on campus and around town)
You and Sana are one of many doing just that, your joined hands up in the air as you sing along with the guys
(One of the perks of joining them at practice constantly is that you know their music pretty well)
Day6 end up playing four songs, not including the encore, and sooner than everyone would have liked they are thanking everyone and walking off stage, making way for the techies to set up ready for the next act
As much as you and Sana would have loved to hear them play more, you also are glad that it is finally over as it means the time has come for your plan to be put into action
Sana grabs your hand and pulls you through the crowd to ‘backstage’, quickly catching sight of the guys and heading over
After a quick conversation and “you did amazingly”s, you and your girlfriend turn to face Wonpil
And your breath catches in your throat when you properly look at him
He has sweat rolling down from the hot evening and jamming out so much, his hair is messed up from where he had been running his hands through it, and he was wearing sinfully skinny jeans, a shirt with the top few buttons undone and a choker round his neck
To sum it up; Wonpil looked hot af
You knew Sana thought this too as her hold on your hand suddenly got a lot lighter
After a couple of moments just admiring his beauty, so pull yourself together and clear your throat, pulling Sana close beside you so you are both looking at Wonpil, who looks back at you both with a confused look marring his face
It doesn’t stay that way for long though
“So, as you know, Sana is my girlfriend. And we have an amazing relationship. Mainly because we have amazing communication. And through that communication we discovered something. And that is that we both really like you and so after a lot of talking and researching we decided that it wasn’t merely a crush or anything and so. Well, this is us asking if you would want to go on a date. With both of us. Tonight,” you say as Sana pulls out a bouquet (that Sungjin discreetly handed over) and holds it out to Wonpil
Speaking of the guy, Wonpils face goes through a variety of emotions as you talk, settling on shock as he takes in that you just confessed to him
Needless to say, Wonpil accepts and with that the three of you are off on your first date
Wonpil is very shy at first, not sure on how to act but you and Sana are quick to notice and stand either side of him hand in hand, making sure to make him the centre of attention as you walk through the fair, playing games, winning him things, buying him food and such
And it is same for the dates that follow, which there are plenty of
It isn’t long before you are both officially calling Wonpil your boyfriend, much to the surprise and delight of everyone
Because your poly relationship is accepted by everyone because nobody dislikes any of you alone, let alone together
Your friends are especially accepting of it, glad that now the three of you have each other hopefully you will smother each other in love and affection and not them (ha they thought)
It is kind of true though
Each one of you are quite needy for love and attention and so none of you are ever starved of that, all of you always happy to snuggle or something
Usually you just end up in a puddle, none of you a set big spoon or little spoon
Though in the beginning of the relationship Wonpil ends up the center of it all as you and Sana are well aware that sometimes he feels a little like an outsider intruding
He quickly forgets those thoughts when one of you pull him in for a long kiss though
Speaking of kisses, both Sana and you were delighted to find that you were both right in your speculations, as it turns out that Wonpil is very diverse when it comes to kissing
He will give you and Sana little pecks on the forehead as a hello, soft open mouthed butterfly kisses on your stomachs when you’re cuddling, sweet, long kisses when he is feeling romantic and simple hot and heavy make out sessions when one of you is feeling stressed, or he is high of adrenaline from performing
This is something Sana loves as she is a big fan of kisses no matter the type (and she is very good at it herself as well)
It’s very rare to see the three of you apart, and you can often be found at each others places
Usually Wonpil drags you into a cuddle/nap session, though sometimes you can be found studying, other times you will be doing, well, exercising as Sana puts it
You really love making Wonpil and Sana sing for you, if you’re picking up what I’m putting down
And you’re always sleeping round each others, usually Sana’s as she has the biggest bed considering she lives in an apartement
You love waking up to see your boyfriend and girlfriend cuddled up with adorably messy hair
Just because you are in a relationship doesn’t stop you and Sana from flirting with Wonpil
You just love his flustered face too much to not do so
Though he slowly starts learning your ways and every now and then will say or do something that will get you blushing ever so cutely
None of you ever really cook, usually buying takeaway or sweet talking your friends into buying food for you, but sometimes you and Wonpil will attempt to cook some Japanese dishes for Sana because she might not admit it but you both know she gets homesick sometimes
(Momo and Mina are on speed dial when you do this just in case)
Usually you end up doing the cooking while Wonpil backhugs you, causing the two of you to waddle around the kitchen
When Sana comes home to find her favourite dishes from back in Osaka on the table she almost sheds a few tears, bringing you and Wonpil into a hug that lasts forever
Sana often starts speaking in Japanese whenever she is really happy or excited, leaving you and Wonpil standing there in confusion
She also calls you petnames in Japanese that Momo and Mina refuse to translate for you, claiming they are too cheesy or too naughty for them to repeat
You and Sana are Day6′s biggest fans, and you can always be found screaming in the crowds of any shows they do
Well, even in the practice room you will be hyping them up
And neither of you can get enough of your boyfriends voice, often getting him to sing for you
Sometimes the two of them join up to do a duet and serenade you which gets you soft every time
Which is the perfect way to describe your relationship; soft
Everybody is jealous of it, and sometimes you join people in their questioning of it
Because how did you end up with two of the kindest, nicest, most talented (and prettiest) people on Earth?
spoiler: it’s because you are also one of those people
yo what are endings and how do I do them
