he's quiet as he moves in, but crazy d gently settles next to fugo, sitting cross-legged in midair as he offers a folded piece of paper and a bento (which he painstakingly prepared himself). the paper says 'for mr. fugo and purple haze' in neat handwriting and, when unfolded, has a careful drawing of the three of them enjoying a meal at tonio's. it's absolutely a wordless invitation.

the box is a bit heavier than he expected and fugo thinks not of the pieces of cut strawberries and small sandwiches that he’d typically bring with him on la serendipità. he doesn’t think that this time around crazy diamond is holding onto a bottle of wine either. no, without a doubt more care has been put into this than fugo ever considered in the times he ran solely shots of coffee, and bread. “is this for me?” he reconsider his question again when he feels the telltale signs of purple haze clawing at the space in the back of his head. ah, he understands now, or maybe he doesn’t as fugo can clearly make out the trio of them sitting inside tonio’s. has to consider the reality of possibly third wheeling his stands own interest in the other.  if only to clarify, “you want the three of us to go to lunch?”
