Spirit of Discernment

“And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,”

Philippians 1: 9-10

Spirit of Discernment, I need you to enter the room I call a heart, the closet I call a mind, and the home I call a body. I need you to craft and mold, sculpt and fold, design and anoint me. Make me to where the spirit of discernment resides in me so heavily, the enemy know you’re here before he gets to me. I ask that you enter me and receive this gift, that I will not accept myself to be hosted by anyone’s books of lies, where they treat me as causality and I treat them as royalty.

 “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

1 John 4:1

Allow me to be able to discern all characters of good faith, with the reality of false recognition. Lead me to know people that are truthful in your teachings, and steer me away from the false reality. Work in me spirit of discernment, so that when I walk into my church house, it is the people that defines the church and not the church that defines to people.
